Très bel hôtel face à la mer
Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, repas exceptionnel et accueil chaleureux.
Tout simplement exceptionnel. Autant au niveau de l'hôtellerie et surtout de la cuisine étoilée. Accueil, service , literie, décoration, CUISINE et l'emplacement tout est magnifique. Et pour un prix très bas pour les prestations proposées. Tout simplement le meilleur hôtel restaurant en 20 ans de route! Je reviendrai en famille..A essayer vraiment !
Hôtel idéalement bien situé face à la mer.
Le restaurant est magnifique avec une cuisine inventive.malgré une réservation tardive, nous avons pu profiter du menu de St Valentin et de places face à la baie.

Soirée étape qui se transforme en plateau repas, sans être prévenu au préalable.
Habitué à venir dans cet hotel pour la qualité de son restaurant, j'ai la mauvaise surprise une fois sur place de m'entendre dire que c'est désormais un plateau repas qui sera livré dans la chambre sur les coups de 19 / 19:30.
Même si la qualité du plateau est au rdv, je ne ferai plus de détour pour venir jusqu'à cet établissement.
Très déçu par le repas ! Jolies présentations mais sans saveur (de l'entrée au dessert). Quant au petit déjeuner, il faut réclamer sinon vous avez le strict minimum car il n'y a pas de buffet.

Very pleasant Vendée getaway, the hotel is very well located facing the sea, very beautiful view from the restaurant room. Warm and efficient welcome. As for the restaurant, the restaurant is absolutely worth the detour, cuisine prepared with excellent seafood (special recommendation for lobster). This cuisine is at once inventive, delicate and delicious. Service provided in a professional and courteous manner.

A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Very peaceful and right in front of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s outstanding feature though is the restaurant. The food is simply superb and it’s expertly served by the very professional staff.
Simple and welcoming hotel. Air-conditioned room and mini fridge appreciated in summer. Breakfast with homemade pastries and breads served at the table. Beautiful location with sea view. Bretignolle sur mer is a good spot to discover the coast from La Rochelle to Noirmoutier.
Super address / Very professional / Friendly ... Perfect!
Overall satisfied but room service to improve, we spent 3 nights but the quantities of product were for one night only: 1 single bottle of shower gel for the stay, 1 Kleenex, 1 single bottle of water per person! I also regretted that there was no private parking, during peak periods at the beach the places in front of the hotel are taken by tourists!
Friendly welcome, easy parking in high season, beautiful room and exceptional food. What more ? Thank you to the Brisants team and its Chef, Mr. Perrochon, a true artist in the kitchen. Hurry back. DL

the reason for choosing this hotel was the restaurant's reputation. Unfortunately, the Monday of our stay, the restaurant was closed. If the restaurant is closed, then there is no particular reason to choose this hotel.
Ideally located near the beaches (you only have to walk a quarter of an hour to get there), the hotel, in May, is very quiet. Impeccable cleanliness.
Very nice hotel and absolutely friendly staff. Restaurant was surprisingly fine with tasty vegetables and extremely well prepared fish as main course. I would like to go there again :-)

I am a sales representative in the South-West sector and I have just recovered the Pays de Loire. Looking for a great hotel around La ROCHE sur Yon and well I found it ;) even if there are a few kms... And the restaurant is a nugget with very professional and top notch staff. See you soon.
Great dinner
Hello, the hotel manager canceled my evening stopover reservation made a month in advance to favor a longer stay. I can understand it but it was his duty to reserve the same services for me in another establishment, which he did not even offer. The sales people make the hoteliers live all year round, it would be good to respect them....
A very high quality hotel restaurant in an exceptional setting by the sea.
Excellent location but at a price
The Grand Large suite is on the ground floor with a palisade as a view of the ocean and this duplex does not have a toilet upstairs... an older person therefore has a lot of difficulty going down and up this floor , but that is not said. the fridge never worked and we had to throw away the few foods taken for our doggie after two days... the sink faucet s de b was rickety and the strainer impossible to close to keep the water in. .. no need to leave the sign "Do not disturb", the maintenance woman insists and forces you to open to clean the room when it suits her ... on the other hand the spider's threads remain behind the toilets for several days .. In short, not happy at all!!! Restaurant: The "discovery" menu is a delight of taste and creativity!!! But after the 3rd meal, the menu is over! Nothing more... when it comes to the "roasted" lobster (barely 120 gr in a dish at 75 euros) in addition to the starter and the dessert, it's really very expensive, but it's worth "trying": once and one day, not more!!! The star is good, it still has to "illuminate" but it was not the case... really!
An exceptional evening stopover!
We had a good stay in this hotel, too bad there was never anyone at the reception, suddenly it felt like entering a "formula 1". The room was very good, the sink a little small suddenly a lot of water on the worktop, our room was on the side and certainly we had a view of the sea but the kitchens being next to the kitchens we heard the staff talk late at night outside.
As usual for the high level on the table as well as in the comfort of the hotel, Thanks again to Mr and Mrs Perochon who contributed to our pleasant stay, and to help to maintain in the kitchen this quality and diversity of dishes and pass on the knowledge of a recognized chef to a second who follows the path of his master chef. Congratulations to the whole team.
