Big room close enough to the center. Breakfast a bit expensive (15 euros each) and therefore we did not use it. For the rest all positive. I advise.
The hotel is overall satisfactory, but the paintwork is aging and needs updating. We had a very comfortable room so it would be good to put a table and a refrigerator there for a room of this standard.
We stayed several days. Very well soundproofed despite our room overlooking the main street. Nice hotel. Comfortable. Discretion. Large secure car park. Very very good breakfast which is worth its price. Only downside, the dinner we had, the menu of the day: prawns as a starter, announced langoustines on the menu, and strawberry soup made from canned strawberries. Too bad, as we are near strawberry country.
Everything is good in this hotel: the welcome, the quality of the silence, the quality of the bedding and even the charging of electric vehicles!!
Usually satisfied with this hotel, I was disappointed this time by the deformed bed, the noise from the boiler room and the street, the broken shower head holder, the coldness and the dated side of the room. The value for money was not at the appointment. Hoping that all this is only due to room 216!

It's time to redo the floor. To clean the windows .. to repair the cupboard doors ... room on the road side noisy and the fireplace in front of the noise until 2 am ... (do not sleep with the window open) restaurant disappointing for the price and very long with 2 children 3 and 6 years old
Great hotel! Just one downside, the car park is a little too small and it is not uncommon for it to be full if you come back after 10 p.m. Otherwise, nothing to say and we will return there if our paths lead us to Brest one day….
Perfect, We would have liked a little more responsiveness on the restocking of breakfast. Almost nothing left at 9:00 a.m., it's weird when you arrive with the children and no more bread, only 1 croissant, 2 pains au chocolat, no more cheese… 1 pancake… a replenishment has been done but we were about to leave having just had drinks, crackers and yoghurt everyone! Otherwise the rest was great!
IN THE ROOM, THERE WERE STAINS ON THE WALLS, I THOUGHT I HAD A BATHTUB IN THE ROOM. OTHERWISE VERY QUIET AND A VERY GOOD WELCOME.

NO PARKING SPACES. AT THE RESTAURANT IS THE SERVICE TOO LONG? YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO HAVE SOMETHING TO DRINK AND ANOTHER 30 MINUTES FOR THE ENTRANCE. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY AVERAGE. NOT TOO MANY CHOICES.

In the evening stopover, hotel well located but rooms on the street side noisy at night. Mixed review: I start with the negative and end with the positive (the two are linked). Cons: We came as a family (with our 16 month old) at the beginning of February 2023 (arrival on the 1st in the evening, for 2 nights). We were unpleasantly surprised by the cleaning of the room (n°121) with kitchenette. Obviously, it was half done: - Thick dust (therefore visible) everywhere: edge of the entrance wall, entrance cupboards, cupboards & shelves in the kitchen area, in front of the microwave (!), interior window sills and bedside lamps. One of the 2 griddles was stained with cooking oil. I took pictures of all these elements, in case the Management wants to verify my statements. - We have never seen this in a 3-star hotel: an employee who does half his job, it's not normal! We had to clean ourselves for 15 long minutes (because the next day I had a graduation, so I didn't want to stain my suit). During our previous stay (in November 2021, in the same room), we had a somewhat similar situation, but not to this extent. Positive points: - We recognize that there have been some improvements since then, especially in the bathroom: paint on the door, on the sliding door of the shower and ventilation that works (it's nice). - Big commercial gesture at the end of the stay (I warned the reception the evening of our arrival and I understand that they could not do much, since it was around 8 p.m. and that there had no other rooms-kitchenettes available): they finally offered us one night out of the 2! A big thank-you! The young women at the reception and their manager were therefore very understanding. We really appreciated this gesture, that's why we put the average (rating "Correct"). Cordially.

One night with the family (1 couple, 1 child aged 6, 1 child aged 1.5) in a family room with a mezzanine. Very good customer relationship on the phone before booking online. The pack with the entrance tickets to Océanopolis was a criterion of choice and a nice surprise for the price (148 euros room 1 night and tickets). Arrived at noon to collect the entries, the welcome was very pleasant, clear explanations in particular on room service (the restaurant is closed on weekends): the menu is available at reception, 24 hours a day, available in 5 minutes minimum, 15 minutes maximum. It is posted on the site, and everywhere in the hotel. Question of choosing the hotel for the return with the children and the time of dinner. Arrived around 6:30 p.m., the room was up to our expectations, although the cot was badly placed but we were able to move it. 7:30 p.m., I go to the reception, I am shown the room service menu (which is not one, you have to go to consult the menu and collect the trays). Everything is no longer available. 7:45 p.m. I phone to order. Lack of staff, I am told that they will call me back in 2 minutes 20 hours, my spouse calls back. The pizzas are frozen and the meal jars are ready-made. There is no longer what we want. We are told that we are being called back to get off in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call back. There are still things missing. We meet at 8:45 p.m. (1:15 a.m. in all) with salmon spinach lasagna that looks like porridge. Just white wine in a vial (€8 a glass) that we won't take. We'll take cans of soda. The foie gras mousse is inedible. The rillettes, very passable. 11 p.m., my son throws up the "lasagna". Very average bedding. Convenient mezzanine with our large. Continuous noise all night, probably linked to the heating network. We hear a little traffic, and many passages of police sirens and firefighters. Positive point: the breakfast, very varied and replenished even around 10am, at the end, very pleasant room with piano and calm. Fresh fruit juice. We reported the problem of room service, and we had a commercial gesture up to our expectations. 1 night, eating out, but that's all you can expect unfortunately. However, the hotel has been tastefully decorated. Room service (you have to move around...) makes up for the closing of the restaurant on weekends...good idea if what is on offer is edible, especially given the prices. To review seriously
Too bad we leave only one person at the breakfast service on Saturday morning February 18, 2023 given the very large number, which is not normal given the quality of your hotel that we have been frequenting for more than 6 years. Despite the centrality of the hotel, calm reigns. A flat on the breakfast which has only one cheese on the menu. Disappointing especially in cheese country. The staff told us that it was planned to present a cheese platter at breakfast from January 2023.

The entire staff is professional, clean establishment. Clean room, bathroom. Review the spring of toilet paper WiFi, is not there to work. ! Too bad there is not a small coffee machine in all rooms, or a kettle with the rest in all rooms. Thanks again to the hostess for this Monday evening, not to mention the room staff.

Tout était parfait. Il manque juste la climatisation.
A l'arrivée un super accueil. Me renseignant pour réserver le jacuzzi et l'espace bien être on me dit "pas besoin il y a de la place tout le temps" mais surprise lorsque le lendemain je demande un créneau "tout est plein jusqu'à 7h le lendemain sauf l'espace détente dernier créneau à 23h". Après avec diner l'extérieur surprise sur le parking les gens sont garés n'importe comment ce qu'il fait qu'il ne reste sur le parking sécurisé (raison principale du choix de cet hôtel) que les places handicapées et voitures électriques. J'appelle donc la réception qui me dit de me garer sur une des places handicapées, ce que nous faisons. Mais surprise à 1h coup de fil de la réceptionniste qui demande à ce que nous libérions la place voiture électrique car un de leur client a besoin de recharger sa voiture. On lui indique que nous sommes sur une place handicapée comme elle nous l'avait indiqué. le lendemain lorsque nous rendons notre clef (il s'agissait de la personne qui nous avait accueillis) aucune excuse de la part du personnel, aucun geste commercial par contre on a tenter de me facturer deux taxes de séjour supplémentaires et des petits déjeuners que nous n'avions pas pris. Là encore aucune excuse. à FUIR !
Tout a été parfait - mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner pantagruélique, varié et excellent, et au personnel très souriant et efficace.
