The trademarks (names and logos) and in particular Logis Hôtels/ Auberge de Pays/Singuliers Hôtels/Cit'Hôtels/Urban Style/Demeures et Châteaux Hôtels are trademarks regularly registered and renewed by the Logis Hôtels Group.
No mention is made of rights relating to other trademarks or trade names, whether registered or not, which may be attached to certain terms or signs used on this website. However, the absence of such mention in no way implies that these trademarks, trade names, terms or signs are not protected.
Please note that any product, service or technology described in these documents may be the subject of other Intellectual Property rights in favour of GLH or a third party. No right to use such Intellectual Property rights is granted here.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE
This website provides access to data from the Logis Hôtels Group as a whole. Consequently, the data on this site may include references to GLH products, services or technologies that are not available in your country. The presence of such references does not imply that GLH intends to offer such products, services or technologies in your country.
Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be periodically made to the information herein and will be incorporated in new editions. The Hotel Owner remains solely and exclusively responsible for the legality, veracity, completeness and updating of the information relating to his/her establishment (prices, equipment, descriptive elements, etc.) that he/she communicates to Groupe Logis Hôtels and that will be disseminated as part of the latter's activities (various publications, website, etc.). All other prices indicated on the logishotels.com website are for information purposes only and are subject to change at any time under the sole responsibility of the hoteliers.
4. CUSTOMER REVIEWS
The website presents customer reviews collected via the Qualitelis platform after the stay of a customer who has booked exclusively through the logishotels.com website.
Both positive and negative reviews are published on the site within 24 to 48 hours of the response to the satisfaction questionnaire. GLH may carry out an a posteriori check.
Reviews are classified in chronological order by date of stay, with the date on which the review was submitted also specified.
No financial compensation is offered for submitting a customer review.
Reviews are displayed for a period of 24 months from the date they are submitted.
The reviews submitted cannot be modified, but the customer has the right to withdraw them on request to the e-mail address
Notices may be withdrawn for serious reasons: insults, discrimination, racism, defamation, no-shows, etc.... GLH may contact the author of the notice.
No personal data will be published on the customer review: only the first name and initial of the surname will be indicated, if the customer authorises publication. If the customer does not authorise publication, the customer review will be indicated as "anonymous".
Hoteliers have the right to reply, which will be displayed under the customer review if the customer has authorised publication.
5. PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Articles 12 et seq. of European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (RGPD) and Articles 48 et seq. of the amended "Informatique et Libertés" law of 6 January 1978, Groupe Logis Hôtels implements the processing of personal data intended for the management and follow-up of requests relating to the rights exercised by the persons concerned.
The data is intended for internal use only, namely by the Data Protection Officer (DPO), the department receiving your request and any department likely to hold data on the applicant.
Data will be kept for 3 years from the date of your request.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and with the RGPD, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, as well as the right to limit the processing of your personal data and to have it deleted in accordance with the European Regulation.

Please enclose proof of identity.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights with regard to data processing, data files and individual liberties have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
