Very good. I just mentioned to the reception staff that it would be helpful to have a dog waste bag dispenser there, and in doing so, raise awareness among customers with dogs about respecting the rules. Perhaps dog owners would then understand that the garden/picnic area is not a dog park! Thank you.

Very nice hotel, just lacking air conditioning in the room. I slept poorly because of the heat and the fan was very unreliable.

It's a shame there was dust under the bed and wooden decorations. It was too hot in the room even though the fan was running; the toilet and shower were very clean.

The bedding is very comfortable and the hotel is quiet. However, the bathroom is outdated, the bathtub drains slowly, and there are unpleasant odors. Breakfast is very disappointing, with little choice, and the bread, pastries, and fruit are not very fresh.

I do not recommend this hotel. The interior decor needs updating; the rooms are small, very poorly insulated, and the bathroom smelled musty and wasn't clean. The bedding was of good quality. I didn't feel safe. Breakfast had no coffee or hot chocolate, and the machine wasn't working.

A very nice hotel, in excellent condition. The only downside is the noisy fan, which doesn't prevent the room from getting too hot. I think it really needs air conditioning; otherwise, it's perfect.

The staff were pleasant, but it's a shame the hotel didn't reflect that. The room was barely cleaned, the temperature was stifling, and the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste stains on the toilet walls—I don't know exactly what they were, but in any case, it wasn't inviting. And let's not even mention the mold in the shower and the stained towels that didn't smell clean. Booking through Booking.com is misleading; the photos aren't representative of the hotel. You might want to compare them with other hotels in the same group, as well as the reviews. It's best to check them on other sites, which we unfortunately didn't do before booking. In short, we didn't have a good night's sleep, and we were even more exhausted after our 500+ km trip. I won't be returning, not even for free.

The room had no air conditioning (difficult during a heatwave) and the two bedside lamps were hanging by a thread. It was borderline unsafe.

The room was adequate, however, there wasn't enough pillows for each person; they were far too thin. The bathroom was clean but dated. There were no vending machines for drinks or snacks. It's a shame there was no air conditioning. The surroundings were very quiet. Parking was fine.

Perfect hotel for a small budget, comfortable bedding for a room at this price. Good breakfast. The two young people who run it are friendly.

The toilet kept flushing automatically all night, there was no air conditioning, and the towels were damp! The hotel was noisy and poorly soundproofed. Luckily, the staff were much better; on the contrary, they were very helpful. A sleepless night.

Good overall but there's a problem with the sink drain, it's blocked.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to our holiday destination. It's conveniently located near major roads, easily accessible, and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat nearby without needing to use the car. Perfect.

It is a simple, noting fancy hotel, good location near the highway, the staff was super nice and helpful, nice breakfast and everything was clean. Perfect if you are traveling. There are restaurants, petrol stations and a Lidl nearby.

Warm welcome, the hostess perfectly met our requests.

Perfectly acceptable for travelers passing through. Small room, breakfast adequate. The building is somewhat dated and could probably use a renovation.

The hotel price was very reasonable, however, all the extras were disappointingly expensive: kir €5.50, port €4, pizza €15

Friendly staff, easily accessible hotel. Renovated common areas and some rooms. Generous breakfast. Rooms without hairdryers, but they are available upon request from the reception staff.

Extremely budget friendly hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with a window, and they immediately offered us another room. The breakfast was excellent.

The mattress is very good, but it's missing a small shelf near the bed to put your phone, glasses, etc.

A very friendly welcome, attentive staff, comfortable bedding, cleanliness of the premises. The peace and quiet of the place is very much appreciated. A very varied breakfast to suit all tastes. 10 minutes from the city centre or Futuroscope. A stop not to be missed at a reasonable price.

Friendly and smiling staff, a clean room, a comfortable bed. The breakfast room is very good, with a good selection.

Good service, clean rooms, good quiet location close to motorway. Perfect for a one night stay on long hauls.

Simpel,but very good hotel wen you are travelling through France or if you go to Spain. Very friendly people and clean hotel.

You wouldnt choose this hotel for a holiday as it is in an industrial area, but if you are travelling and just want a bed and a meal it is extremely easy to reach from A10, is all freshly decorated, offers a reasonable meal and breakfast at a sensible price.

We received a very warm welcome, a spacious room, a superb breakfast, and a very friendly restaurant... I highly recommend this establishment.

Good location, excellent value for money and recently refurbished rooms. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open on the night I stayed. It closes at the weekends apparently.

Very good! The fridge and freezer are very convenient. The only downside is that you can no longer adjust the heating temperature; you have to ask at reception to increase it... (this wasn't the case before).

The building was in the process of becoming an abandoned state, deep old trenches about the building exposed pipes, terrain overgrown and s-decrepit, room looked about 20 years past its due date for either refurbishment or demolition, the loo was filthy, the loo paper came from a concentration camp look alike, all in all this property should be closed down, and certainly not fit to be associated with the Logis Logo. To be avoided at all costs.

Just okay; an aging hotel that desperately needs a refresh. The photos were better than reality. The front door handle was loose, the room heater didn't work (the one with the timer in the bathroom did), and the bathroom was outdated. The staff were friendly, however, I was surprised that the receptionist didn't speak English (they spoke with the guest before us). In short, you get what you pay for.

A small, very friendly hotel at a reasonable price. Perfect for a few nights. Breakfast and dinner available on-site, which is very convenient. Easy access and free parking. The staff were very friendly and professional. I recommend it.

Very good value for money. The hotel is being renovated, however, the cleaning needs to be a little more thorough.

The welcome was very good. Otherwise, nothing was right. The toilets were in a deplorable state, the bed creaked with every movement, the hot chocolate at breakfast didn't have a single gram of milk in it... Luckily the welcome was good.

The welcome was perfect, no complaints there. However: - a leaking toilet, resulting in constant noise. - a blue light on the ceiling that flickers on and off like a lighthouse, also non-stop all night long in the middle of the room - cleanliness is questionable (shower grout, bathroom tiles, and rugs everywhere) - and to top it all off, no shower gel or soap!

Comfortable bed and OK breakfast. Poorly presented room with many broken fittings and very mouldy shower enclosure and fittings. I didn't like to go near it, let alone use it.

The establishment is under construction, there are bad smells, the food was disastrous, and the manager talks loudly and whistles during service. In short, I do not recommend it! I'm surprised it's classified as a Logis Hotel!

A pleasant stay after a few issues were resolved; friendly and attentive staff, ready to do anything to meet our needs! Corrections: - Regarding cleaning: there was a lot of hair in the bathroom and bedroom upon arrival, which was corrected after I reported it! - The bathroom ventilation was too strong, with a space heater on a timer that didn't compensate, resulting in a cold room! After I reported it, the team found a temporary solution to reduce the airflow!
