The room was too small, no space bed and bathroom, glass sliding door to bathroom offered no privacy and allowed light into the room, poor design.

Very well located hotel in the city center, easy to access, even if parking spaces are limited, plenty of parking around the establishment. Good welcome, good bedding, good and varied breakfast.

Great hotel for our one-night-stay while driving to the south of France. Aircon in the room worked well and the (pre-booked) on-site parking was really handy. Staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Top-notch and very attentive staff. Very clean establishment. Just be more meticulous about the operation of the safes; ours wasn't in working order, which was a shame because it was very practical in the room. Perfect breakfasts.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Far from parking and restaurants since the Brasserie right next door was on annual vacation. So not convenient for us. On the other hand, we found what we were looking for at the Logis in Nimes with parking and a restaurant on site.

Just the right amount of quality for a stopover on the way to your vacation.

A hotel with character, history, and yet very modern amenities. We appreciated the very large, very quiet room, the high-quality bedding, and the large, clean bathroom. Very good breakfast. All for less than an impersonal chain hotel. Bravo!

Perhaps the most beautiful room of all our travels

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Mâcon. Nice room and bedding. Too bad the stay ended with cleaning ladies trying to get into the room at 8am and complaining because we were leaving "only around 10am". The welcome at reception was pleasant.

We stayed in a just refurbished room. The room was really to small for the size of bed and there was nowhere to put a suitcase. Shame because we stay here on a regular basis.

Hotel that needs a refresh in terms of the carpets in the corridors Hair dryer that stops after 30 seconds Air conditioning not individually adjustable per room and very noisy (measured at 51 dB) Bathroom too small for my size no shutter and curtains not very blackout If the window is open, you can no longer pass between the bed and the window Incorrect invoice for one night of parking (but quickly taken into account once I realized it several hours after my departure)

The Bourgogne hotel is very well located, easy to access by car and very close to the city center on foot. The welcome, very professional and warm, the calm and comfort of the rooms, the quality of the breakfast, everything comes together to make it a perfect stopover or place to stay for a weekend in Mâcon or in the region.

Good place to stay for a night in Macon. Three minute walk to the main centre of town and its bars, restaurants and shops. Parking is a few minutes walk away if you can’t get into the hotel car park.

Welcome and departure was very friendly.

Room was a decent size though would have been better with a double bed - our room had two large single beds which made the room feel on the cramped side.

Hotel and breakfast were satisfactory. Unfortunately traffic was rather loud and windows had to be open all night as it was hot (25+ degrees) and it was not possible to use the air conditioning. At the reception we were told 'at this time of year we don't turn on the air conditioning because it's usually cold at night'. We got one of the rooms on the 3rd floor. Door of bathroom malfunctioned, it could not be closed.

A hotelier like you hardly find anymore! Here, you are very well received with one goal: to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Mâcon Ville train station. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked. In summary, everything is perfect.

The hotel is good I am just disappointed that only one 50cl bottle of water is provided for a reservation of 2 people at the price of the room

Very good location near the edge of the Saône and restaurants. Very spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space; very calm. Good bedding. Large bathroom. Breakfast with quality products. Location for the car.

Premium comfort room quite small but sufficient for a stopover; on the other hand, no blinds or shutters in the shower room which overlooks the street, hence the only one star rating for the equipment!

De koffie was echt verschrikkelijk!!!! waarschijnlijk is het water te koud waardoor er een ongelofelijk bittere smaak aan zat. Zelfs de cappuccinomelk kon dan niet verbergen. Het leek wel opgeloste paracetamol. Ook was de deur naar het toilet op de kamer slechts een matglas plaat die er losjes voor hing … geen enkele privacy dus. Dat was jammer want zonder deze twee punten zouden we het hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Wir fühlen uns mittlerweile in diesem schönen und zentral gelegenen Hotel mit Parkplatz im Innenhof sehr wohl. Wir nutzen das Hotel als Zwischenstopp unserer jährlichen Reisen in den Süden Frankreichs oder vor Wochen Spaniens. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Immer wieder gerne.

Well located hotel, friendly and professional welcome, clean, impeccable room and hearty breakfast. The only downside is that the room and bathroom are a little small but suitable for a stopover night.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center where you can find excellent restaurants. The welcome was very warm. The entrance to the hotel is in a very old style with a very beautiful wooden staircase that I personally liked. Then access to the rooms is modern and very pleasant. Our ELEGANCE SUPERIEURE room was comfortable, the fairly modern decoration is pleasant and the bedding very good. We also enjoyed the very good breakfast with lots of choice. Don't miss the chocolate cake!

Good hotel in Mâcon, tastefully renovated room, secure parking, I just found the bathroom a little small (but well heated, unlike what you often find in Accor group hotels).
