Séjour agréable et accueil parfait sauf l’acceuil au petit déjeuner avec une personne très désagréable qui vous met de mauvaise humeur dès le matin ! Heureusement le petit déjeuner était excellent même si moins fourni que les années précédentes. Personnel à la réception charmant agréable et de très bon conseil ! Hôtel à visiter absolument bien situé proche de la gare, calme et proche des marchés de Noël de la cathédrale et petite France…

Excellent welcome for one night at the Hotel Vendôme We spent only one night at the Hotel Vendôme, but everything was perfect. The welcome was exceptional: whether it was the day or night receptionist, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, which immediately put us at ease. Finally, the location is ideal, a stone's throw from the train station, perfect for a short stay or an early departure. A very good address that we recommend without hesitation!

Very clean hotel, spacious room, but the bed is actually an old, battered sofa and the shower is in the toilet (concept...). Regarding the bedding, I was apparently unlucky because the receptionist told me that a new bed was due to arrive the next day (?). The area is really bad in the evening, but fortunately no need to leave the windows open because there is air conditioning. In short, some very good, and some unacceptable (bedding), so overall an average rating. For one night it was fine.
The hotel is in a great location. Close to thestation and a walkable distance to the centre of Strasbourg.
There are many eateries in the nearby streets and a Carrefour next door.
The breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Our only issue was the shower. It was very small and a most peculiar shape. Absolutely no room to move. There was also a large step to get in and out of the cubicle.

Good welcome, decent room, shower that could use some updating, but otherwise clean. On the other hand, you should not be sensitive to noise if you sleep on the street side. The cleaning truck that comes by on Sunday morning at 6 a.m. is really violent. Very good, substantial breakfast.
The Hotel Staffs are excellent ~ Kind, Friendly & Helpful with their Smile -“You can feel that they are Welcoming you with Open Arms” :). Awesome Customer Service! The Location is Perfect! You can locate the Hotel the moment you walk out from the Strasbourg Tran Station main entrance (just opposite). In addition, the Room is Super Clean. Highly recommended! :)

The staff were rigid
Well located and very well maintained hotel: bedding, shower, impeccable sanitary facilities. Excellent breakfast for 11 euros. The only downside was that parking was only 13 euros out of 53 euros when we expected 50%.
The photos at Booking were not the real room we had. Very small , and the bathroom with some things broken.

Price inflated due to the Christmas market.
Elevator broken, establishment on 6 floors! Carpet in the room not maintained. Mold on window sills and under windows. WC not properly cleaned, urine smells. Hair on the bathroom floor. The water was not draining properly in the shower tray, because it was clogged and filthy, mold in the shower tray. Support to fix the broken shower head. The blackout curtain was hanging. Stained bed linen. Marks on the windows and mirror.
