I have nothing else to say other than: I will come back as soon as possible....

We took a superior room with a balcony, without a sea view, to benefit from the bathtub, which was a bit small. 120 euros for 1 night + breakfasts 25 euros for both. The hotel is very quiet, well located, we had a discount of 45 euros credited to our loyalty card and we were able to benefit from it. Varied and very good breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and a few spoke English which was very helpful

Surprisingly good, but a bit further out of town to be perfect.

This is the only hotel to charge me for the bike garage during my entire 11-day trip, without any prior information available.

The plus is the rooftop terrace with tapas bar. The minus is the noise from the city and between the rooms due to the lack of insulation.

Missing air conditioning remote control. TV remote control is the same, but the receptionist responded well and replaced it.

Overall excellent, little hiccup on the last morning where we had to ask for a table to be cleared and there wasn't enough water to boil an egg properly. Everything else, room, service, roof bar was brilliant.

It is a fine hotel, but a little too far from city center.

The city center is a 20-minute walk away via a pleasant promenade. There is plenty of free parking nearby. The nearby beach is not great, with pebbles.

As a couple for 3 days in Sète, the hotel proved to be perfectly suited. Impeccable location: bus stop (to get to town) and hiking trail (to Mont Saint-Clair) in front of the hotel. 2 beaches within a 5-minute walk. Little extra: rooftop with sea view for aperitifs, evening music or breakfast (if you take the trouble to bring your own tray). Atypical and nice. Very satisfied with the short stay.

We chose the hotel based on location as we were attending an event close by. Easy to walk to venue and also bus stop outside to take to centre of Sete. Restaurant/supermarket/bakery within 1 min of hotel. Rooftop bar was great!

I booked through Booking.com (indicated sea view rooms with balcony) but I felt like I was the "poor relation" I was given a room on the first floor with a view of the parking lot and people walking past the window. In addition, everything is chargeable (parking, early arrival, departure after 11 a.m.). In short, I was very disappointed, fortunately the staff was great as was the rooftop.

The first night there was a concert on the rooftop, it was a bit noisy

Renting out a room that has a horrible stench is more than acceptable. A room with parking and breakfast for 250 euros under these conditions is more than extortionate. Breakfast is served in a small room. By 9:30 a.m. there is no more bread, no fruit salad, everything is empty. The tables are not cleared. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Simply a rip-off. When we contacted reception, someone was too lazy to go to the room.

And the rooftop for an aperitif or evening, perfect!

Exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely stay. Tarik on reception was especially helpful with local information and helping to resolve problems. The hotel was clean to a high standard. It was close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice hotel overall. Disappointed by the family room, very basic bathroom. Sink faucet that moves as soon as you want to use it. Blackened bathtub seals. Poor insulation of the French window, exterior that overlooks a busy and very noisy street. Excessive parking price given the spaces allocated. Complicated to maneuver, if other cars were parked it would have been impossible unless you had a small car.

Small downside concerning the cleanliness of the bathroom with hair stuck to the walls. No VMC so a big problem with condensation and smell of humidity in the room.

Satisfied overall with only one downside the cleaning in the room was not done during our 3 day stay. We had asked for it but it was not taken into account. No commercial gesture for this lack. Not very commercial.

We didn't even stay at this hotel, because it looks different from the photos.

Overall satisfied but a 3 star deserves a toilet door that works properly, a towel dryer blowing in the bathroom. A surprising Osb decoration in this room.

We had wanted to be in the center and chose this hotel because it was called Cit'Hotel. So we were a little disappointed.

The soundproofing of the rooms is a bit limited, there is a lot of noise downstairs with the casino next door and the road in front. We were not offered to park our motorbike inside the car park.

Welcomed late in the evening by Tarik as a receptionist who managed to find us a parking spot to park our motorbike + trailer, a big thank you to him and to all the staff for these 2 days spent in their company

L'odeur de détergent etait extrêmement forte et dérangeante. J'ai demandé de ne plus l'utiliser pour ma chambre (6nuits) et c'était beaucoup mieux.
Ménage fait avec soin tous les jours excepté le samedi où il a visiblement été bâclé.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is located near good restaurants and a few minutes from the beach.

The staff were lovely but the room “with sea view” was rather disappointing: small, very small fridge, small balcony with very distant view of the sea. Breakfast rather average: very sweet “fake” orange juice, no plain yoghurt… difficult for diabetics for example.

Smiling team ready to help. Very well located hotel with the bus stop for the city center right next door, the beach, the rooftop...and free parking 2 steps away.

Excellent welcome day and night. But a few hiccups that we reported: 2 out of 4 lamps at the head of the bed do not work, strong smell of sewage as soon as we entered the room, almost no more soap in the dispenser and a nice brown stain on the bath mat.

Very friendly team!!! Great rooftop bar! Rooms are a bit basic (for the price) though. You have to be very flexible to go to the toilet (or leave the door open)... but all in all we were happy!

We stayed in this hotel for about ten days. We enjoyed our room, comfortable bedding, a large TV and a very large shower. There is a superb outdoor terrace on the fourth floor, you are very well received and you have the possibility to drink a cocktail and eat. The least nice part: The cleaning of the room is much too late, not before 3 p.m. The parking lot is really not very practical, it is small and very narrow with difficulty in maneuvering. You enter in forward gear and when you leave you are not sure of being able to turn around, it happened to me several times to be forced to exit in reverse knowing that there are two sharp corners to pass and cars on the side, it requires dexterity.

Superior room 114 on the 1st floor is very noisy. Being used to booking through booking.com and a regular customer, I would have really appreciated if this room had not been assigned to me. I would have preferred room 106 which does not overlook the sea but is very quiet.

I have booked here three times this year. I was impressed with this hotel from the first time. Good rooms, adequate breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff

You have to drive through the whole of Sète to get to the hotel and then it is so far from the city center that you either have to walk for half an hour or take the bus. In addition, the 8 parking spaces are very, very tight. A bathtub in the room is no longer modern and when we took a shower we flooded half the bathroom. The breakfast offering was so-so.

We stayed there for 1 week and everything went well, choice to change the towels every day or not, to have the room cleaned every day or not. The staff adapts according to your request. Complete and varied breakfast although I would have liked to have scrambled eggs instead of eggs to cook yourself. We recommend, in addition the bowling district is quiet and well served by transport if you do not want to use the car.

I am very disappointed my room smelled of disgust, to enter the toilet it's a commando mission and moreover the toilet flushes broken, with my companion we go up to the 4th to the bar we order half the alcohol was missing I think that's a real shame fortunately the waitresses were adorable

Nice and clean with a very nice setting and sea view especially from the terrace. The breakfast could have been included in the price, but there is a very good cafeteria across the hotel with a better price.

I couldn't get there

The boss can be proud of his staff, and that includes all of them. Whether it was at reception, in service, the friendly chambermaids or the housekeeper, everyone was very good. The friendliness and helpfulness was unique. Unfortunately I was only in this hotel for 6 days, but I felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it!!!

Excellent stay at the Impérial hotel in Sète, where we were very well received, clean room, delicious breakfast with a wide choice of good products, and a very pleasant rooftop for evening cocktails and breakfast with a sea view. will come back without hesitation if the opportunity presents itself!

Right in the middle of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and of course the beach. Has air conditioning and great bathrooms.

Room below a roof top, very noisy until 1am. In the morning we arrive for breakfast at 9:40 a.m., there is no more bread or orange juice, there are a few mini pastries left. We ask the waiter who sends us away, saying that we just had to arrive earlier. Unacceptable!!! We were reimbursed for the breakfasts which were payable in advance. Very disappointing.

Possibility of having lunch on the roof terrace but you have to transfer everything to a tray, not very practical. Perhaps we should set up a buffet on the terrace bar. Absolutely not emphatic receptionist, no flexibility; we arrived 40 minutes before 3 p.m. and he never wanted to give us the room. His attitude, his way of dressing and his nonchalance do not correspond to the requirements of a 3-star hotel. I think he needs to change careers! This hotel is actually a 2 star, not a 3. They will call you if you are 10 minutes late for departure, it's quite unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel for rest because the rooms are extremely noisy, the walls are thin: you can hear the neighbors and the entire hotel as well as the outside traffic despite the double glazing; the decor is aging (low-end plaster on the wall, chips in the joints), in the bathroom: lack of pressure, no shower screen so we put water everywhere. No kettle, no Nespresso machine (another brand), fridge which cools very little. In conclusion, the price of the rooms; 164 E does not correspond at all to a 3 Star Only positive point: the comfortable King size bed

Very warm welcome and advice. Clean, functional room, quiet and good atmosphere in the middle of a long weekend. Maybe a little pricey, but it's a tourist area...I enjoyed the fresh fruit salad at breakfast! It would be good to offer organic and local products to respect biodiversity.

The rooms have been renovated. You should be able to speak French. When we checked in, the employee was able to explain everything to us in English, which we speak well as well as German, since a lot of our relatives live in the USA. On the morning of our departure there was a nice young woman there and we wanted to have breakfast. She held out a piece of paper to me with a selection and I was supposed to choose and she would prepare it. We didn't manage it and left without breakfast. Later on the motorway we had a good breakfast for a lot less money. The hotel itself is south of Sete, and it's just awful there, just concrete, noisy streets, etc. We definitely won't be coming back. And the hallways smell strongly, of what??? Just a little. The windows can't be tilted. If I were an engineer, I would just tear the house down. You can't renovate it.

Disappointed with the room, big difference with the family room we took at the end of October. Animal hair everywhere. Bedding and accessories less good. And above all no sheet, direct contact with the duvet. So personally twice in 2 months but I'm not thinking of a 3rd.
