The welcome was friendly, though a bit slow, but I arrived during the evening service (the hotel restaurant is quite busy). The room was clean and pleasant for one night, even if the bathroom was dated and the bedding not very comfortable for my taste (too soft). Nevertheless, I would return without hesitation if the opportunity arose, even if just passing through for a night.

Electric recharge needed for cars

Lack of civility from some guests who make noise all night, slamming doors, which reverberates through the walls and prevents sleep. The rooms need a little updating. My radiator was loose from its support.

Hello, we were very disappointed with the hotel accommodation. We requested a room for people with reduced mobility due to my wheelchair use. We got it, but it wasn't wheelchair-friendly at all. And it wasn't very pleasant to have a small creature like a cockroach in the shower.

No air conditioning, it was very hot in the room. Impossible to ventilate because the room overlooked the road, so there was a lot of noise.

The hotel isn't in a very glamorous area, but the rooms are comfortable with 160cm beds, and the food is homemade with quality ingredients. The overnight stay package is very good value for money.

I was unlucky; the restaurant was closed for staff vacation. I found a very good replacement table less than 5 minutes away.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I had called the day before to request a baby cot, but I was never informed of the €10 supplement, which I find unacceptable (they were supposed to get back to me, but no response). In addition, the family rooms are located on the 4th floor without an elevator, which made our arrival very difficult with luggage and the baby. On the other hand, the breakfast is excellent and very complete. Be careful, however: it is better to arrive before 9:15 a.m. if you want to enjoy the hot dishes like bacon, sausages and eggs.

I liked this small hotel. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite adequate. The value for money is good. The comfort is quite acceptable. It lacks air conditioning and the rooms on the boulevard side are noisy.

Room a little cramped for a 3-star hotel. The mattresses seemed very soft. Everything else was satisfactory: welcome, meal advice, quality of breakfast.

Hello, how is it possible that in 2025 you don't have an elevator? I had to carry my suitcases on the third floor... PITYFUL.

Although located in a commercial area that makes it seem trivial, this hotel restaurant is worth the trip for the quality of the staff, the hotel and the restaurant with its excellent chef who works with fresh products, not to mention the remarkable breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs of high quality. The next time we are in Angers we will come back!

I made a mistake with the reservation date and so I called at 8 p.m. to move the date to the next day and this rat didn't want to.

Very decent hotel room, comfortable bedding. A small drawback at breakfast: either sandwich bread or baguette. A different style of wholemeal or Nordic bread would make for a healthier breakfast. People with gluten intolerance???

Réceptionniste trop rapide pour encaisser l’argent pour la nuit, normalement on paye au départ le matin. Il avait déjà fait la note et encaissé le somme et il n’a pas écouté lorsque je lui ai dit avoir des points de fidélité. Il a donc remis la somme sur mon compte mais comme je ne suis pas sur la zone euro, bénéfice net, dans cette transaction j’y ai laissé des plumes.

Cleanliness of the cleaning staff Ok. On the other hand, damaged floor, room not maintained as a whole (shower door seal detached and in poor condition; rusty and moldy shower column; broken office furniture in room 23, etc.). Atmosphere and decoration of the corridors and rooms very clinical and soulless. On the other hand, dining room very beautiful and modern. Feeling of emptiness and worrying in the evening because there is no staff at night.

Reservation for 4 people. Triple room assigned. Extra bed provided at the last minute!!

Room not heated before our arrival, we were cold. The corridors of the hotel are not heated. Disappointing breakfast very little choice compared to the photos not worth the 12 euros per person. We had done the hotel in summer for one night and it was ok the room but the not really room not very clean, dilapidated, bathroom not very clean and moldy. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Room smells of cold tobacco. Noisy hotel, noise until 00:30 without forgetting the waste water flows. Cleanliness of the room also needs to be reviewed.

The room and the hotel are ok, however the restaurant service needs to be improved, the waiters and waitresses are not organised and you can wait a long time for an order to be taken or for the dish to be served.

Overall decent hotel. You can hear the noise from the road. Very expensive breakfast €12/person.

Good hotel but problem with key to enter the room.

Apart from the roommate who was smoking at his window, the noise from the neighbourhood, everything was very good. Special mention to the staff, who took great care of us. Especially the waitress in the restaurant.

Some mold in the bathroom, aging establishment and wake-up call at 7am by trucks located just below the hotel... Breakfast until 10am would be a plus

I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay at Terra Botanica, traveling with a child, I was looking for a hotel with catering, on site, for the evening. Easy-to-access hotel, large free parking. Good reception, attentive staff. Hotel, clean common areas, Twin room (2nd floor) clean, comfortable bedding, no air conditioning however a fan for hot periods is available in the room, in addition a thoughtfulness of the staff who close the shutters during the day so that the sun does not heat the room in summer. No elevator, however easy stairs to climb, help from the staff if necessary to bring up luggage. The staff who make the rooms, when customers leave, are polite and very discreet about the comings and goings and noise that their work could cause. Restaurant, very good, well cooked, there is a proposal of 2 lunch/evening menu formulas, plus the menu, with good value for money. Just a small downside for a 3 star, it lacks the small welcome tray kettle tea coffee in the room (which is found in other 3 star hotels) however a small bottle of water is available, and only offers a children's menu dish, for 2 consecutive dinners. I recommend this hotel, I am satisfied with my 2 night stay and catering.

Hotel close to Angers and Terra Botanica. The staff is pleasant, available and professional. The room is a little small with minimalist decoration but it is functional and clean. When it comes to noise, everything is relative. We were bothered by the noises of non-respectful travelers in the common areas, but in no case by noises from outside the hotel. The breakfast is very good, plentiful and has fresh products.

Renovation to be done urgently

The rooms are spacious and quiet. The welcome is satisfactory, the variety of breakfast is very good. The staff is professional and respectful. Even if the hotel is a little outside the city center of Angers, the quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory.

For one night ok but old toilet room. Not even an electrical outlet on either side of the bed. Shutter does not work.

This is our 2nd stay in this establishment and we are always satisfied with the welcome, the comfort and the cleanliness of the rooms. The only downside was that we had dinner at the hotel and we were a little disappointed by the dishes.

Super clean room! Wifi and TV at the top! And comfortable bed

Disappointed to find that the Hotel was so close to a main road, with no air con we had the window open resulting in poor sleep with the road noise. Rom was a bit tired with even a missing lamp shade. Pillows and mattress uncomfortably.The saving grace of the stay was the restaurant food and service.

A family room at first glance very damaged, old-fashioned, but above all very dusty, for someone with allergies, it's bad luck. Uncomfortable and itchy bedding. Bathroom, ok nothing more.

Very good value for money. the decoration is succinct and the establishment is a little old, the shower room is relatively small. The bedding is very comfortable which is the most positive point of the establishment and I did not encounter any noise disturbance. The employees are smiling and pleasant.

High price in relation to the quality of the room, not very clean, various dust, a blood-stained pillowcase. Thicker or memory foam pillows would be recommended. Polite and attentive welcome to customers, decent breakfast, just the pastries a little overcooked but overall it is suitable and sufficient.
