The reception staff were brilliant the hotel itself and location and setting was fantastic- however the restaurant was like faulty towers my meal was undercooked service was terrible, staff didn’t know what they were doing they gave away a glass of wine out of our bottle to someone else, there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided in the room. There is no mention of the bells or the jet washing of the square at 6am in the morning. Breakfast was also disappointing so I feel the stay and meal wasn’t worth the hefty price tag such a shame as the setting is wonderful

Hôtel calme et particulièrement bien placé. Accueil standard. Chambre conforme à l'attente. Toutefois, en cette période chaude, la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue. Bien que ce type de construction ne s'y prête guère, l'ascenseur serait un plus, surtout pour monter les bagages au deuxième étage. Les bouteilles d'eau, inscrites au descriptif, étaient absentes.
Service du restaurant, soit disant "haut de gamme" complètement désorganisé. Une heure entre la prise de commande et l'arrivée de l'APERITIF à la table totalement inconcevable. De jeunes serveurs, visiblement inexpérimentés, stressés par un encadrement inexistant. On ne peut leur en vouloir mais aux responsables chargés de la gestion du service OUI. Dans l'assiette, propositions correctes mais sans surprise. Penser à chauffer les assiettes pour les plats chauds, en particulier pour un service en terrasse. Restaurant à revoir.

chambres en sous pente sans climatisation, salle de bain vétuste, pas de mini refrigerateur.
Attente près de 3/4 heures sans pouvoir commander un apéritif sur la terrasse. Plus de service a partir de 18 heures nous étions présents vers 17 heures.
Menu sans reproche, prise de commande et service très long.

Empfang und Management war sehr gut. Lage und Ambiente des Hauses sehr gut. Küche und Service haben noch etwas Luft nach oben. Ingesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
