La dame a l accueil pas très accueillante ni souriante et le monsieur que sert le soir au resto et certe gentil mais très vite dépassé et donc limite désagréable a certains moments où on n osat même plus demander de l eau ou du pain.
Malgres ses petits désagrément nous reviendrons

Very warm welcome, a beautiful room, we had a great dinner, every evening the menu was new. Very clean spa and swimming pool. We are delighted with our 5 days spent in this establishment. We will come back.

The room, very small (25 cm between the bed and the wall). When you get up at night and have difficulty moving around, it's not easy. Hot water takes a long time to come, especially when there are few people in the hotel. The pool is not very deep and after 3 fathoms, we walk and yet we are not tall.

Stay in this very pleasant establishment. The staff is very friendly and attentive. To recommend.

Hello, we were welcomed by a gentleman "the boss" I think a love, kind, simple, pleasant, smiling, he gave us very good advice, he made a beef bourguignon a delight, I loved everything. Thank you sir.

Great efforts could be made regarding reception. It was a woman with a strong Eastern accent who was obviously not happy to welcome me. The check in was not prepared, she couldn't find my name, the explanations were botched and with the greatest nonchalance in the world, no wifi procedure given, I had to come down later to get the code. I had the misfortune to say that I was having breakfast, she told me that it was from 8 a.m. (time when I had to leave), no effort was made so that I could have it in good conditions and not in a rush like I had to do. It is unacceptable for a hotel not to offer an earlier breakfast and not to try to accommodate its customers for professional stays. In short, this woman has a DEPLORABLE attitude and should think about retraining in another sector. Fortunately the two other people who took care of me were charming.

Very disappointing. Reception and departure deplorable the reception person not friendly at all. At the catering level, a menu at 25 euros, wanting to please us, we chose something else. Thawed foie gras, very good duck confit but served with tagliatelle which was the accompaniment to all the dishes......so no choice. Breakfast at 10€ which is only worth 3€ Bathroom level room really too small, and dilapidated, no shower curtain, burnt hair dryer........ That's our point of view. We are used to going to a hotel restaurant on weekends, this is the first time we have had an experience like this. Avoid... Sincerely Mr and Mrs Masse

Passing through La Bourboule for one night, we appreciated the very friendly welcome, the very good quality of the meal and the variety of the breakfast buffet, the coolness of the night with the hot weather. We may test in the less hot season for the swimming pool which was a little hot for our taste.

On the other hand, disappointing bathroom because equipped with a bath with shower without screen and difficult to access for seniors Swimming pool a bit old-fashioned and shallow which does not allow you to swim effectively. Breakfast room rather cold in terms of atmosphere and decoration.

Hotel correct thanks to the swimming pool and the spa which are very pleasant. However in the room, holes not filled, a broken lampshade, a missing tile in the bathroom. Very nice bathtub in the bathroom.

Very warm welcome and impeccable service at the restaurant with a few homemade dishes. Did not test the swimming pool + j'accuzy who seemed very nice, however. Recommended family hotel.

Superb establishment in a very pleasant town

The room is spacious, pleasant and comfortable. We hear no noise. Breakfast is excellent !! The relaxation area with its swimming pool and spa is a real plus. I really appreciated being able to come with my dog. It is very easy to find a parking space in front of the hotel, close to the city center.

Both the restaurant and its server are pleasant, the table is appreciated and we come back to it. That the telephone reception, the fact of always looking for someone at the reception, and the directive and almost cold aspect of the manager cooled down a little. The mattress protector is a horror, plastic material that makes you sweat, you have to change that very quickly.

Good value for money; We had unfortunately forgotten our bathing suits.

The hotel would be "just ok" for a budget price. However, the price-quality balance is not correct. Unfriendly personnel at the reception desk. Old rooms, especially the bathroom needs modernization. The bathroom "is" the shower, meaning everything is wet after taking a shower (including the toilet). Breakfast is just ok but a rather limited and uninspired buffet.

We stayed with pleasure in this establishment which we have already frequented a few times. We have nothing but compliments to make on all the services, but we particularly appreciated the quality and size of the room, the well-heated relaxation area, with a wide range of hours (and no extra charge!) and , as always the delicious cuisine based on fresh quality products.

We were 4 and superb room with double bed and a connecting room for the children. Rather quiet hotel with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and hamam. Close to the Golden Mount 10 minutes away, nikel !! A small fridge in the room will have pleased us. Otherwise really great hotel, I recommend +++++ What a pity that the restaurants around did not satisfy us....

I booked the hotel for my son and his partner, very disappointed with their stay. A multitude of hot water cuts for 4 days. The manager at the reception pretends not to be the owner of her hotel in order to clear herself. And finally, a huge lack of courtesy in the face of their multiple requests.

We arrived and no one at the reception, we waited and saw a man arrive saying that the heating and the spa did not work! Result: no hot water, heating at 17 degrees in the room and the worst: cold swimming pool, cold spa and unlit jacuzzi!!! For 92 Euros. And he offers us a compensation breakfast, but we don't have it because supposedly it was too late!!! I do not recommend you!

Really nice people and a charming place - well situated. Not everything is working perfecltly at the area of wellens and swimmingpool , but the place is so nice and tiny, that you just enjoy it. The rooms are very clean but quite small, but you have so many areas, a nice garden and the swimmingpool to spend your time, that you do not have time to stay in the room. As there is a project concerning the swimmingpool, hamman and sauna, check before your resevation if it's still open.

Good welcome, helpful staff, unfortunately we hadn't forgotten our bathing suit so we couldn't enjoy the pool. We had a good dinner, local and “homemade” dishes. Only small downside, our room was on the top floor and therefore was attic and a bit narrow.

Welcome to a hotel where the two nights spent were quiet, in a clean, spacious and comfortable room. I simply regret the absence of a bedside table on one side of the bed.

Hotel very well kept but big problem in our room: no air conditioning and a temperature at night in the room of 27 degrees. Impossible to open the windows because too much traffic on the road. We reported it but no solution was offered. Three without sleep!!! Also, prohibitive prices on drinks consumed at the hotel: lemon syrup (really very little) with three half-melted ice cubes so everything lukewarm: 3€, it's really very expensive!!!!!

The hotel had everything we needed a good breakfast and easy walking distance to other restaurants and a shop nearby, the staff were helpful and it was clean. My daughter and I also enjoyed using the small pool, jacuzzi and sun lounge area. I would stay there again

I recommend this hotel it is very good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The swimming pool and the outdoor terrace are very appreciable. The only downside is in the room simple curtains are present and they are not blackout and too small compared to the size of the windows so the sun can be very disturbing from daybreak.

Cute and clean quiet hotel. The hosts have a sense of hospitality and offer a quality service. The restaurant is excellent and we really appreciated the small SPA for a moment of relaxation.

Very surprised by the few negative comments on this establishment, I decided to go there anyway. Result: the staff bends over backwards to serve you, gives good advice and is extremely friendly. The meals are sought after and cared for and our room was well cleaned every day. The hotel is certainly old, but that's what you're looking for in a Logis, authenticity. Otherwise you go to the Kyriad or the Ibis. The swimming pool was cool, just what you need after a day of hiking, and the jacuzzi is well heated. No problem to park in the street, but the hotel also offers paid parking if you prefer (by motorbike for example). Right in the village, everything is accessible on foot. I absolutely do not regret this choice!

Nice stay in a beautiful city. We have everything available a few minutes walk away. Lots of things to do or see within 30min around la bourboule. Dog accepted free of charge. (Rare!). Easy parking without the need for paid parking. Despite everything, disappointed with the establishment for several points. Cold pool water (closed at 9 p.m. and not 10 p.m.). But pleasant Jacuzzi and Small terrace with deckchair, Quiet. Elevator 3 4 people. We did not take the breakfast offered at 10€ for very few products. Clean room, stayed in the 70s. Like the rest. Home polite but no more. The cleaners don't understand anything. Disappointed mainly by the cleaning/laundry service. We stayed 4 days. They cleaned the first day and after that we didn't see anyone. No pq. No cotton stem. No shower gel/shampoo. Hair dryer that turns off because it heats up a lot so useless. And tiny, old like 40 year old. Very narrow bucket. 1 sink and 1 shower cubicle. 15min to run the water to get hot water. And after 2 showers, we had to act quickly to get the water qausiment lukewarm. No new towels during the stay. Even if we asked for them. Moreover, everything was clean but several human hairs and stains in the sheets / bedspread and towels. We had 2 pieces in the room for 3 (2 single beds, 1 double bed). With 2 mini tv, but they had the merit of being present for once. Regarding the "gourmet" restaurant, good local products. But far from gourmet. Expensive despite everything for a pan-fried frozen vegetable and 1 piece of meat... (20€/dish).
