I recommend this hotel, excellent welcome and very tasty dinner. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are must after good days of hiking! EXTRA!!!!

My colleague requested a room with a shower due to health problems, adding €30 to the overnight stay, but they refused to give him access to the parking lot.
Very good hotel, only downside, having forgotten to present my etik card in the evening at payment, I allowed myself to leave the card number, the room number as well as my name at the reception since my departure was early. Thinking that the hotelier would take the time to credit my points. Unfortunately this is not the case 😡
Good, clean room as there were very few soft customers we were treated to a spacious room intended for 3 people. The satisfaction stops there. Not a great welcome! A closed, jaded person. Very average breakfast, on the table 1 croissant and 1 piece of bread per person. After a very limited buffet for a 3 star No coffee machine, like in the good old days or at the local football field, the good old coffee maker on its hot plate, not great coffee. The most negative point! We chose it for that; the relaxation area (small); the heated swimming pool (but not very hot) with a bench to sit on with massage nozzles (none work) the hammam only works on request! and the bouquet the jacuzzi 6 nozzles for the back (not one works) on the part where we sit only one nozzle works but so much pressure, since the others do not work that the water passes over the jacuzzi. But more seriously, the part where we sit the nozzle outlets are broken, rusty and a rusty screw sticks out with the risk of injury. the bottom is dirty. In short we went there once. the lack of maintenance is such that the instructions posted on the door of the sauna are illegible, erased by the sun. for a relaxation area, it is ZERO.
Excellent weekend, very warm welcome and very good room with all the comforts, then for the food very very good with a smiling chef who made us a very nice meal for our wedding anniversary, thank you again to him and to the whole team

We spent 2 nights as a family with our 3-year-old daughter, she slept really well in the quiet family room! A room of her own in ours (which you can't find everywhere)! Swimming pool available after the end of the day, very much appreciated!

We really didn't appreciate the welcome. The bathroom is really very (very) small. The breakfast at €14 was quite average and limited on bread... The TV that didn't work on arrival even though we didn't come for that. Dinner had to be booked in the morning.

Nice hotel where we only stayed one night. Comfortable bedding! Very clean... Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to the pool and the good thing is that it closes at 10 p.m. A small fridge would be welcome, though.
In 30 years of hotel use, I had never had such an experience. I have never had such a violent welcome. The person at reception is absolutely odious. The cleaning of the rooms is approximate (cobwebs everywhere). Bedding is OK, bathroom is OK. No emergency evacuation procedure posted in the room, only instruction: call reception where there is no one at night. I dared to ask how to go out at night if necessary, having a dog. I still don't know! The only answer I got was that I must go out into the street, not into the courtyard. For breakfast, you are entitled to a piece of bread already placed on your table previously prepared. For an additional fee, you have to ask. There is a water park that we discovered while walking back to the hotel, the person at reception did not tell us about it. No information on how to get the wifi code. Too bad because this establishment is well located.

The hotel is very good, the pool is very pleasant. On the other hand, the restaurant is not up to scratch at all. And I have never met such unpleasant hoteliers even though I frequent hotels a lot for my work. Their indiscretion regarding the treatment I have to follow was astounding.

Few people in this late September period. A hotel in its original state, and rooms a little aging. Little hot water in the shower, a simple breakfast buffet, with fresh products at room temperature.
The receptionist, an American lady, quite the rudest person we have ever met working in a hotel. No warm greeting here, instead 'are you having breakfast tomorrow' - No we replied. 'Well how about the next day?' We'll have to think about it we replied. 'We have to defrost the bread by 5pm so let me know before then.' We couldn't believe what we were hearing. We declined breakfast. We asked about the parking and were given the code to take the car through the barrier. No interaction with this woman during our two day stay; stony faced throughout. On leaving a 20 euro bill for parking appears. Now she tells us it's the parking at the front of the hotel that's free! No mention about this when we asked about parking on arrival. As others have said 'tricked' into paying this sum. She's American, we are English yet she chooses to speak in fast french in our interactions.Hotel is tired throughout, bathroom was pitiful, room more one star than three. Not worthy of the Logis name.
Disappointed. Very small bathroom, no space for our things, a shower curtain would be welcome, lukewarm water, and overall in the room 19 degrees. We were cold. A second chair in the room is better. In short, we do not recommend.

Disappointing welcome (no one at reception when we arrived at 7:15 p.m.). We could have excused the situation, but the arrogant attitude of the manager during the meal taken at the restaurant confirms the first impression. Otherwise, good service in terms of the room and breakfast.

Our room, located in the attic with roof frame, does not match the description when booking. It would need renovation, especially the bathroom; the services do not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The reception from the manager was rather frosty, fortunately the staff was pleasant.

I went through booking, and I asked for a balcony, I got a window overlooking the roofs. I am all the more disappointed that I was told: "everything you asked for is granted to you." So, I was sure of having a balcony, but certainly not a window overlooking the roofs. Speaking of the roof, "thank you for privacy, because the workers were working on a very high roof and had a direct view of the bathroom." It was hot in the room...no air conditioning!! ! For a LOGIS DE FRANCE it's a little disappointing. Too bad, because the town of La Bourboule is very pretty. But for a future stay I would hesitate to return to this hotel!!! Sorry, but I write what I think and what I feel, I would like to congratulate the hotel, this is not the case. I also point out that I had booked since January 2024, I don't know why I was allocated this room number 1, because I have a small dog??? However, dogs are accepted, and the hotel was far from crowded.

D'abord, accueil très peu sympathique. Aucune explication reçue. Il faudra que nous demandions nous même par où nous diriger pour la chambre.
Je demande à payer car nous partons avant 9h et qu'une pancarte indique qu'il faut payer la veille si tel est le cas. Madame a l'air de se demander de quoi je parle.
Les installations sont vieillotes.
Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude! Quand nous la signalons à la réceptionniste, elle nous répond qu'il faut laisser couler (nous avions essayer). Elle nous parle d'au moins 10 minutes, quel gaspillage. Finalement, le mitigeur mis à fond, nous aurons tout au plus une eau tempérée.
Il y avait des tâches de mascara sur nos drap et les rideaux de la chambre ne sont pas adaptés.
La tête de lit était désolidarisée.
Bref, très décevant.

Impeccable cleanliness both in the room and in the swimming pool and jacuzzi area. The decor of the room is a little kitsch but good bedding. There is no towel dryer in the bathroom.

The lady at the reception is not very welcoming or smiling and the gentleman who serves in the evening at the restaurant is certainly nice but very quickly overwhelmed and therefore bordering on unpleasant at certain times when we no longer dare ask for water or bread. Despite its small inconveniences we will come back
