Goed hotel, prima restaurant. Alleen jammer dat er bij aankomst geen drankje genuttigd kon worden. Moesten daarvoor eerst naar de supermarkt om iets te kunnen drinken. Dat zou verbeterd kunnen worden, al us het alleen maar voor hotelgasten.

Leider wurden wir sehr unhöflich empfangen, obwohl wir schon für den Vortag gebucht hatten und uns ein Erdsatz Hotel selber besorgen mussten, wurden wir wieder weggeschickt da es erst ab 15.00h möglich sei ein zu checken. Leider ließ man mich nicht zu Wort kommen.
Alles in allem kein angenehmer Aufenthalt ‚

Accueil inexistant, on nous a presque jeté les clef de la chambre sans expliquer l’accès, l’horaire du petit déjeuner etc…
Pour ensuite nous signaler qu’avec des enfants, « le restaurant ça ne va pas être possible » ou il faudra qu’ils restent vissés à leur siège sans faire de bruit car « on a du monde ce soir ». Merci de l’accueil. PDJ ridicule, 10€ pour avoir du jus d’orange, un croissant, un morceau de baguette et 2 mini confitures. Pas de choix de jus, pas de fruit, pas de céréales, pas de yahourts, pas de Nutella, pas de salé, rien. Même dans un formule1 on a plus de choix…
Je pensais que le concept des logis était la convivialité versus les grandes chaînes…

Has family rooms, which is rare, just one minute from autoroute, and we’ll placed to break journey from the channel to the alps. Big bonus is very high quality, yet good value restaurant. Pleasingly quirky decor is nice change from chain hotels.

We found the restaurant staff to be very unhelpful. I asked for a menu in English and was told No, even though we have been given one on previous visits. We were not shown the Specials Menu on the board, after placing our order we noticed other guest were shown a specials board. When we had finished the meal I was asked to pay for both the meal and rooms in an unfriendly way. As if we were going to leave without paying in the morning. I’m 70 and my father 93, we have been staying in hotels for over 50 years and never been asked to pay, in full, before checkout. I have used this hotel around six times and was very very disappointed. One last point the menu prices seem to have increased and is now very very expensive. I live in Spain and travel between Spain and the U.K. around three time a year, this hotel is in the correct location for an overnight stop. I would admit that my French is limited, but I do try. I got the impression the staff could speak English but choose not to. Very disappointed

Accueil peu aimable, literie dure comme du béton, savon utilisé laissé sur le bord du bain par une personne précédente, petit déjeuner plus que simple avec de la confiture industrielle sans aucun fromage ni charcuterie. Au restaurant addition de près de 1.300€ et même pas un petit pousse offert. Déplorable.

The hotel did not know about our reservation. The room we were allocated was dusty. The shower was 'over the bath' and my wife, who has some movement problems found this difficult to access. There was a problem with the toilet cistern that resulted in it refilling noisily many times during the night. We have stayed previously, in rooms 1 and 2 (which we had requested this time - but about which the hotel did not have knowledge), and were very good. Disappointed that the hotel was not up to its (or the Logis) normal standard.
