Pas de volets, rideaux cassés.

Very warm welcome, the team is very friendly. Top location! The sea in front of you upon arrival. Comfortable room, nice shower and the creperie, a treat!
Sea view room, direct access to the beach, have a drink in the lounge with a view of the beach, an experience that I can't wait to repeat!
FANTASTIC POSITION OF THE STRUCTURE ON THE FURROW FACING THE SEA (ALREADY NOTED DURING A PREVIOUS TRIP TO SAINT MALO) WHICH PARTIALLY JUSTIFIES THE PRICE (220€ PER NIGHT FOR 4 NIGHTS, WITHOUT BREAKFAST), VERY WELL BREAKFAST. BUT: SMALL ROOM (DIFFICULT TO OPEN 2 SUITCASES), NO FRIGOBAR, 1/4 L OF WATER OFFERED FOR A STAY OF 4 NIGHTS..., SHAMPOO REFILL ONLY ON REQUEST, CORDIALITY TO BE IMPROVED... FRANKLY FOR THIS PRICE WE EXPECTED A LITTLE MORE. BUT THE LOCATION REMAINS MAGNIFICENT AND WE WILL COME BACK ANYWAY, HOPEING FOR SOME IMPROVEMENTS. THANK YOU

Great view of the bay
Booked sea view room in main hotel. Upon arrival I was given a side sea view room in another building. They apologized by offering me breakfast but honestly it wasn't enough given the cost paid for one night. The room was still new and spacious but the view was just disappointing. Also missing towels and bathroom rug when we arrived. Sin!
reception and service nothing to say however the problem of our stay is the breakdown of the elevator and no compensation or a commercial gesture. the service delivery being housed on the 4th floor did not correspond to the expected standard
Choice of this establishment motivated for its location facing the sea and for the rooms with sea view!! When we arrived, the person at the reception told us that because of an overbooking problem, we had been upgraded to a villa on the other side of the street with a sea view! This sentence appeals to me because these are only high houses on the seafront!! Indeed we could see the sea, from the bow window on the left side !!! The room problem was finally solved by insisting bcp. We got our room facing the sea, probably at the expense of another couple. Another problem with the bathroom linen that we had to claim 2 days in a row. High quality / price ratio in relation to the services

At checkout I was unable to use my Logis Loyalty card or voucher because. The staff were not familiar with. Disappointing.
