Ideally located hotel, warm welcome

Ideally located hotel on the lakefront. Spacious room with separate toilet and shower room. Very comfortable king-size bed. Clean room, relatively quiet surroundings. Very pleasant restaurant, good and refined cuisine. All the staff were very competent and helpful. Very good value for money.

The hotel itself and its restaurant are very well located. There is parking, but the bathroom cleanliness is very disappointing. There was mold in the faucets and jets, and a lot of limescale. They need to fix this, I hope very soon. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive.

Nice establishment, however, could do better, brief welcome, small room like a chain hotel without decoration, not up to the price, good quality restaurant

Well-located hotel near the lake. Parking. Also offers catering. Room overlooking the road is a bit noisy (the air conditioning?).

An excellent stay with very good facilities, tranquility, and excellent food. The staff was charming and always willing to help.

It's a shame the welcome isn't warmer, especially at breakfast time. A small bottle of water in the rooms would be welcome.

Very professional, good welcome, very good meal. A place to stay just as I like it.

Very warm welcome at the hotel. Friendly, efficient and very professional staff. Lack of space in the room because it was composed with a second single bed, thus reducing the room to position the chairs as we would have liked.

We always come back because it is very pleasant and the treatment is unbeatable.

We know this hotel well and came back this year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We love the place and its surroundings.

Everything was lovely. My only point to make is that the choices for dinner were read to us. We would be able to understand a lot better if we could SEE the choices written down. A minor point but would help with small confusion over language barriers! Thank you.

Fabulous location and lovely team

Spent 12 days here. Reception particularly welcoming and obliging, also cleaning staff. Room and pool were fine. Breakfast needs an upgrade of food offer and staff training -they did not engage.

Excellent welcome, very nice experience with a view of the lake, comfortable bed. Only remark, not too many choices for breakfast for a big eater like me 😄
