Nice hotel, very centrally located with parking opposite and also a restaurant in the hotel. The only problem is the faulty lighting on the staircase to the third floor; I almost fell down the stairs. This needs to be fixed.

Quiet hotel well located in the middle of the city, room a little small, friendly staff, I really enjoyed the terrace and the restaurant, very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very well located with a large parking lot right across the street. The room wasn't air-conditioned, which made it difficult to sleep, especially with the noise of an engine all night.

The room wasn't air-conditioned, and the noise from the kitchen vacuums and cooking smells wafted directly into the rooms. The lighting was terrible, and one of the bulbs was burned out. There was no privacy whatsoever, as the hotel reception and restaurant were separate. The price was high, and the value for money was very poor. We will never return to either the hotel or the restaurant, which resembled a cafeteria.

The staff were incredibly kind in this family-run guesthouse. The room and bathroom had been renovated, but it's a shame the common areas weren't up to the same standard. There's a real difference in quality on the first floor. The window was small and offered no view, which was a real shame, especially in this heat. There was no air conditioning, but they kindly lent me a fan – thank you.

A pleasant hotel with impeccable bedding. Breakfast was good, although a little local charcuterie and cheese would have been a nice addition. The room was clean, although the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning. Otherwise, no complaints. Friendly staff, especially the lady who served breakfast.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The welcome was excellent, the staff very competent and helpful, and I was even upgraded to a newly renovated room – pure bliss! Not to mention the restaurant with its fresh, high-quality products and impeccable service. If I return to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located near the city center and opposite a large parking lot. The rooms are modern and comfortable but lack air conditioning. Breakfast is continental. Guests can dine either at the front of the hotel or in the back, in a large restaurant overlooking an interior courtyard. The restaurant is excellent and the servers are friendly. Overall, the service is top-notch and the hotel is well worth a visit.

Overall, everything was very good. The manager gave us a very warm welcome. However, when we went to the bar, we were served by a young waitress who served all our ice cubes with her fingers... no spoon or tongs. It didn't matter that she touched our coins and bills; it was always with her hands. As for the room, I had a small issue with the toilet, which is less than 10 cm from the left wall and less than 10 cm from the shower cubicle on the right. For someone like me who weighs 120 kg, this was a real problem.

Friendly staff, excellent entrecôte, room with bathroom too small... But everything was clean and the homemade breakfast was excellent.

Tiny room, furniture, beds, mattresses, and lots of other things piled up in the hallway leading to the rooms, giving the hotel a run-down feel. The shower grout needs replacing. The restaurant's beef bourguignon was average for a country known for its meat, but the staff were pleasant. The room price was high, and breakfast wasn't included.

The Hotel is perfectly situated in the nice center of Laguiole. The Ladies at the welcome desk were remarkably friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was well frequented, and we realized why. The kitchen is supreme!

Excellent location in Laguiole with perfect catering (kitchen) service! However, the size of the establishment means that the attention paid to the customer becomes "mechanical", "standardized", and this is felt.

Well-located hotel, well-appointed room, clean but cramped. Impossible to fully open the bathroom door, which also bangs when you open the bedroom door... It's a shame to feel cramped like that, especially when there are 4 of you in a family room!

We were overbooked for a small suite with a large bed. Impeccable but it would have been perfect if there was air conditioning because of the heatwave!

2 nights spent in this friendly establishment, we ate all our meals there and enjoyed the local gastronomy for a very good quality-price ratio. We were able to store our bikes at no extra cost. Hotel just for one night with the family. We were in Laguiole to visit the knife museum. Very well located with restaurant and bar. Smiling and friendly staff. Very good experience, next time we will enjoy the restaurant. Little plus the parking right in front.

Friendly welcome and professional staff. The hotel is well located. Our challenge was at the back, so it was quiet. However, for those who are sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs, as the soundproofing of the pipes isn't great.

Excellent welcome and very comfortable bedding. The room could do with some decorating, the walls are bare. The bathroom is more 1990s-style and the bathtub drained poorly, the sink drain control was broken and the hair dryer was noisy and smelled of toast. Good television in the room though!

Being from Marseille, I couldn't come to Laguiole because of the bad weather and the only thing the hotel owner told me was to cancel my room so he could sell it again, but no refund possible so he collected my €159, plus the €159 if he managed to rent the room again
