From the outset, the welcome on arrival, although late on our part, was pleasant and efficient. We stayed five days (October 3-8) during which we had the impression of being, not in an impersonal hotel, but in the home of relations. Everything was done to simplify our stay and make it as happy as possible. The team is wonderful, competent and smiling. Furthermore, the hotel is very well located, right in the heart of this charming little town that is Laguiole. The qualities of the Aubrac hotel largely contributed to the success of these five days of getaway. THANKS !

A very pleasant stay in Laguiole. Hotel ideally located downtown. Free parking on the place of the bull. Comfortable and well equipped room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quality restaurant. Very good value for money.
Perfect stay. A mini fridge in the room would be a plus.
A short stopover in an ultra-touristy city. Choice of cutlery (the "famous Laguiol") plethoric. But not only .... choice of "local" drinks and other foods (cheese among others!!) very interesting. Stay in a hotel that very well supports the reputation of "Logis de France" hotels. Very decent room (a downside for me: I was too "hot" with the duvet system). I dined in the hotel restaurant which also lives up to the reputation of "Logis de France" restaurants: Interesting choice with the emphasis on Aubrac meat, starters and desserts just as worthy of 'interest (Gentian ice cream). As for drinks: local aperitifs (try Thé d'Aubrac and Ratafia) and also local wines. In fine test of Gentiane's alcohol: a killer. STAY TO RECOMMEND TO TRAVELERS.

I find it very expensive to hear roommates chatting, brushing their teeth, no insulation. Damage .
No descriptions of the location of the room when booking! so we discovered a small renovated room overlooking the courtyard, without curtains. The strong heat made the atmosphere untenable because there is no air conditioner or fan. We therefore opened the window but the noise of the engines (fridges or others) and the heat did not allow us to sleep. The bedding is good but the Logis network has accustomed us to much more suitable services, this room is very small. The very average restaurant, the meat that I left unfinished served on the menu was filled with nerves, either the butcher's choice needs to be reviewed or the menu must be more precise on the cuts chosen. The poorly washed salad, and not sufficiently murdered, soft fries. You will understand, we were not satisfied and we had the feeling of being going through everything we hate, a tourist trap. good welcome, very good cuisine, more than normal prices my only downside is the crowds at mealtimes, you should not count on eating in a calm and serene atmosphere, there are a lot of people, a lot of promiscuity, and everything is fine very quickly. We were more in search of calm but it may suit others of course.

The hotel is well placed on the central square of Laguiole. Easy to park. Decent rooms, but small. Very good for a stopover of an evening or two. This is the third time we have stayed at this establishment to see PhotAubrac. Good restaurant with local products. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Terroir
We feel that the hotel is secondary in the policy of this house. We had chosen a comfort double room with a large bed. On arrival: two single beds. We were given a room under the roof with a skylight just above the very uncomfortable bed. Too bad because it's a big house that could be very welcoming, a good stopover... A little too much promotion everywhere, including a not very happy spreading of chips

One night stay at the hotel L'Aubrac. We are very satisfied with the hotel, the restaurant is excellent, the reception is very pleasant, an address to keep for a new stay.
Young boy hired who served us is dynamic and efficient
I knew the Maison Brouzes at the time of Marcel in 1995 or 96 I don't know anymore. The children have developed the family business and it is a success. My only regret is that the aligot isn't what it used to be! I've eaten there more than a dozen times since then and I really felt the difference... But it's a nice establishment and the meat on offer is excellent.

A very central and reasonably priced traditional family hotel, but the importance of the restaurant, café/bar and local produce trade has taken away the convivial character that we expected from a "Logis" hotel. The 70's decor is very dated but the hotel is well maintained and it's almost becoming fashionable again!
Very pleasant and warm welcome, we are delighted with our stay. Clean and very well equipped and functional room. We had a spacious and bright room. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant: very good. Breakfast: also very good with homemade pastries. During our next stay in Aubrac: we will return with pleasure to this hotel.

Stay generally correct, despite some disappointments. The loft room was nice, if a bit dated. I think we need to review the bathroom closing system (KZ door not practical). Very pleasant welcome throughout the stay. We were disappointed with the breakfast: non-functional installation, placed in the bar room so noisy, otherwise good quality products.

The owner of the hotel and her team are extraordinary, always at your service the rooms are simple, quiet and very clean, the breakfast is complete (fruit juice, hot drinks, cheese, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bread, and jam.. .) Hotel opposite a huge car park, so very well located in the center. Ideal for doing everything on foot. Impeccable welcome, waitresses and staff very very nice, friendly, smiling and helpful! It's rare ! Thank you so much ! The restaurant is really nice, lots of choice, prices a little high but dishes of very good quality and hearty. The only downside is our room, which was a bit dated on the 3rd floor without a lift from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, and the bed under a skylight which lets in a lot of noise. In the afternoon, a very pleasant little cafe in the dining room with TV and music in the background. A decor really to the taste of the country, and very beautiful. Otherwise nothing to complain about, the store in the hotel is really magnificent, we come back every day to see the beautiful local products! Thanks thanks thanks !
Dinner and breakfast were good as well as the service but the room is outdated and that's a real shame. Cramped, the only place to put the suitcase is the office. The bathroom is also small and smells bad (pipes). If you want to ventilate it's a bad idea because the window overlooks the kitchens. No sound insulation and smashed mattresses, bedding is basic in a hotel. On the other hand, the TV is very good and seems huge as a result.
Reservation made in a comfort room, no sound insulation between the stairs and the room, the same with the hallway. the mattress is simply worn out and smashed!! it is inadmissible that one is in a standard room and even more so when one pays a supplement thinking of being better off. Regarding the restaurant, on the other hand, quality products, good and a well-stocked plate. For the DPJ the choice is very limited
