Did not correspond to my reservation (single bed instead of double) Can accumulate points on the Logis card but does not know how to take loyalty vouchers. Otherwise the rest is correct.
Toilet paper was missing Quiet room viz garden. No bar or restaurant. No second cousin in the room. Prima breakfast.
I booked my room via the Logis platform several days before my arrival, specifying that I would arrive late. After a follow-up, I had the day of my arrival a person by telephone to make the payment and send me the elements. I really had the impression of disturbing and that my coming was not desired. The telephone reception was very disappointing. I also learned that exceptionally there would be no breakfast, I had to manage. It's a shame, because apart from this disastrous welcome, the room is comfortable and well equipped.

I only stayed 1 night over the weekend so no breakfast. I was informed when booking so no surprises, however the receptionist kindly offered me a tray.
Hotel a bit dated but under renovation so it will evolve
Cold welcome, you have to ring the bell at the entrance of the hotel for someone to come and welcome you (5 minute wait). Not possible to have breakfast earlier than 7:30! Complicated when you travel for professional reasons and you have an 8:00 appointment with customers. The announcement spoke of a room on the garden side, I was on the street side with the noise of the cars. Difficult to get hot water in the morning, you have to wait more than 5 minutes for the water to be at the correct temperature. The decoration is very old and seems poorly maintained. On the other hand, the bedding was comfortable and once the reception was done, it was easy to come and go in the hotel as I saw fit. And the bed linen and towels were clean.
No one at the reception at 1 pm. I was calling a phone number no answer! The room sheets were dusty and I am allergic. Light was not working in the bathroom. TV was not woorking and there were no explanation. I prefer now to saty in Germany if I have to work at Sarreguemines
Very nice home. This hotel just needs a complete makeover
Housed on the courtyard side where it is very quiet. Private parking and close to the city center. Downsides: no possibility of breakfast on weekends; decoration and equipment a bit dated.
