Excellent welcome and a very responsive team who do everything to ensure your stay is perfect! The breakfast was fantastic! The room was spacious and very comfortable! The included restaurant is a real bonus, especially given its high quality! I had the "Gourmet" menu and it was absolutely delicious!!! Congratulations to the chef, it was a delight! A wonderful stay, a very pleasant memory!

It was the village festival. The hotel could have specified this when booking, as the experience is not at all the same with the noise of the revelers and the attractions in all the streets of the medieval part. The welcome was minimal, the restaurant service efficient but rushed, and the breakfast without local products. The room was comfortable but in a separate building, without prior warning.

We arrived pretty late into the evening to a beautiful building and kind, accommodating staff. Quiet scenery and blissfully comfortable beds led to a very good night's sleep. Excellent value for money and I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic welcome to the region!

Always a very good stop on our way back, it's a shame that the restaurant was closed when we went there because the menu is very nice.

A large bedroom with a separate toilet and a very nice bathroom is pleasant.

A very spacious room and a very large bed for this overnight stopover which was very relaxing and peaceful. Decent breakfast. The decor is a bit dated but that didn't detract from our decision to stay at this hotel.

We were looking for a hotel near Mirepoix or in the surrounding area. We are often guests at Logis Hotels and we opted for the Hôtel des Minotiers.

Really a very nice hotel. Everything is right, very friendly people, great clean room with good bed. The dinner was really very tasty, as was the breakfast which was very extensive and of good quality. Also a spacious private parking.

The location of the hotel is good. The services however could be better. The rooms are clean but quite basic with dated decorations. Very few staff on site. They close for siesta. Guests advised to use alternative access to enter the property. Excellent parking. Hotel in the centre of mirepoix.

Love this hotel The rooms are not fancy but they are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is wonderful. The staff, everyone, is super nice and helpful. This hotel is a great value. This is my go to hotel each time I am in the area.

We had specifically requested a very quiet room and we repeated our request upon arrival. The hotel was almost empty but we were given the room....right above the restaurant! The noise of the chairs being moved during and after the meal is infernal, no way to sleep until very late at night. Too bad because overall the soundproofing between rooms seems very good.

A good stopover for both the food and the hotel, in this small town that is absolutely worth a visit. Perfect welcome and service.

This is the 5th time we have come to this hotel and its restaurant: never disappointed, the quality is always there.

Increase security by making access when hotel unmanned only by coded lock at top of stairs of fire escape. At present, anybody can gain access day or night to guest rooms. 24 Hour reception would be safest. Potential liability for poor security is quite significant in this day and age quite apart from the bad publicity.

Excellent hotel. Superb location, pleasant staff. Food is amazing. Large room with kettle. Good bathroom. NO WORKING AIRCON although this is specified in details on website. Yes it was October, yes it was not warm outside, but we DON'T SLEEP OUTSIDE, and the room was v hot. Luckily we we always bring a fan as French hotels never provide the promised aircon.

The hotel is close to the center of the beautiful old town, and the price-performance ratio is very good. Overall, everyone was very accommodating and friendly, and some even spoke German. I would be happy to come back again, for a longer stay.

Absolutely flawless and perfect. It is one of the best Logis Hotels among the many that we now frequent. Nothing to complain about either for the hotel or the catering, to try with complete confidence and bravo to the staff.

A very large room with a beautiful bathroom for a very affordable price. Quite rare.

Deplorable hygiene, As soon as we arrived, there was a nauseating musty smell in the room. We then aired it for 1 hour. I then decided to call room service to ask why the room did not have such an intense musty smell and if they had a solution to offer us. I was told that we did not know and that there was nothing they could do and that I should just air it. I told him about the deplorable hygiene of the furniture, as well as the smell of the furniture, but he did not give a damn and did not want to go and see the dirt that I had noticed by wiping the dressers and the headboard with wipes. We booked the suite with a whirlpool jacuzzi in the room, the state of the jacuzzi was just deplorable and disgusting. Once filled, a whole bunch of dirt floated around. We emptied the jacuzzi three times and refilled it so that there was always plenty of dirt, pubic hair and limescale. After cleaning it myself, we tried to ignore all this, because the room was not refundable. There was no commercial gesture from the Managers. We left the premises at 2am. As a result, we paid €200 for an absolutely mediocre room. Not to mention that there was not even a VMC when we turned on the jacuzzi, the whole room was filled with condensation and humidity, it was impossible to stay with our children in such conditions. The list goes on for a room at €200, no mini bar, no fridge, a simple kettle with instant coffee, an electric heater. Not to mention that, when we tried to call Room service, the Managers told us that he did not even know what time it was and that he would only come tomorrow morning. a disgrace, a scandal, a big disappointment for us who came to eat at the restaurant Le Minotier. Run away from the room with the spa

The big plus of our stay was the kindness of our hosts upon our arrival. There was only one room left with separate beds on booking but we had the pleasure of finally having a large bed for 2. For MIMA Festival fans, the hotel is right on the entrance to the OFF Festival so ideal ! As the hotel car park is not private, everyone can park there, we walked around for a long time before finding a place a kilometer away. The disadvantages of the festival. But that's really the only negative point. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks again to the whole team.

Very pleasant hotel, very clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning, very well located in a quiet area and close to all the main roads. Very complete breakfast to enjoy the beautiful terrace with arbor.

Everything could have been perfect if it hadn't been for the downside of breakfast. In fact, the buffet was nothing. The only staff was struggling to pay the stay bills and the buffet as a result, the buffet was empty and it was not the poor restocking that made up for it. Make an effort on your part and everything will be perfect!

Hello, well located hotel. It's a shame that the parking lot isn't closed when you're just passing through and you have to leave your stuff in the trunk. Correct room Correct bathroom Small downside in room 14 the noise of the air conditioning fans which are just behind the window turns and often wakes you up. On the reservation quote the hotel restaurant is open and surprise on arrival restaurant closed. Otherwise clean hotel, friendly staff I recommend this hotel

Very good hotel. High quality restaurant. Exceptional breakfast for this price. Unfortunately our evening at the restaurant on Valentine's Day evening was spoiled by deplorable service. Waiting more than half an hour between each dish. no logic in the service the last arrivals were served before us even though we had arrived among the first. Error in assigning dishes between tables. The start of the meal, particularly the aperitif, started very well thanks to an efficient young server. Everything deteriorated with the arrival of two completely inefficient people whose job it was clearly not. After a very long wait, I had to intervene to finally get our first dish, then the second which was first presented to the next table! Duration of the meal: 1 hour and 45 minutes for 3 courses! Too bad because the gastronomic quality is completely up to par.

Perfect !! The meal for Valentine's Day was excellent 🌹❤️🌹 We also recommend the balneo suite, a treat!!

Very well located hotel, exceptional value for money

Very large room as well as the bathroom. A large, very pleasant office to work in. The lighting is a little dim. The table is excellent. It was a little too hot and I couldn't turn down the heat.

A pretty building well located a stone's throw from the old center. The room is clean and spacious. A little minimalist in terms of decor. An armchair, a pedestal table, a lamp would have made it warm. Breakfast was ok. Little savory (good cheese, cooked ham, no country ham) but good rather sweet products (homemade compote, pancakes, fruit salad, very good cottage cheese) Good coffee and capuchino.
