Par hasard, nous avons réservé une chambre double, la chambre d'hôtel est plus moderne et confortable que ce qui était indiqué sur Booking. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants dans ce village, nous avons donc initialement décidé de déposer nos bagages d'abord, puis d'aller en ville pour trouver un restaurant pour le dîner. En arrivant à l'hôtel, nous avons été surpris de découvrir que le restaurant était autrefois recommandé par Michelin. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine locale et le service chaleureux du propriétaire. Nous sommes très contents de ce voyage et reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion.

Bonjour l enssemble était très bien mais un peu déçus par le prix de la chambre qui comprenait la piscine et qui a mon arrive était fermé c était un peu aussi l une des raisons de notre choix sur l hôtel c est dommage de ne pas avoir eu un geste alors que rien n était dit comme qui la piscine était fermé

Very pleasant hotel, well located, quiet, view of the mountains, easy parking at the hotel or nearby. Town center less than 10 minutes on foot (word from a seasoned hiker). Good choice of dishes on the menu or a la carte, careful presentation of the plates, perfect portions and reasonable prices. Everything came together for a very pleasant stay. Want to come back, address to remember.

Stayed 5 nights while cycling in the pyrenees. Safe space to lock the bike, great recommendations and great food after a long day.

the wall room to room is too thin, and you can listen all the things to the other room. This I don't like.

Lovely Hotel with friendly owners, the pool is lovely. Didn’t eat but menu looked good. Downside is tiny room and shower room, what we particularly didn’t like is the overwhelming smell of a synthetic air freshener in the bedroom.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is a bit tight at the level of the toilet and sink, the attached shower head was broken but did not prevent us from showering

Great hotel for families! 1/ extra swimming pool, 2/ excellent restaurant (top-notch children's menus, quality fish and meat, delicious homemade fries, hearty and tasty desserts: The children enjoyed it and the parents too) 3/ Modern and pleasant rooms, trendy decor (wood and white), and beautiful view of the mountains! 4/ Attentive staff, attentive welcome, the staff is always available, friendly and smiling! 5/ Ideal location for departures for walks and/or skiing in Hautacam. Nice staff but old hotel. Nice pool area but the water wasn't warm enough and neither was the room so we couldn't enjoy it even though that was why we had chosen this hotel. By cons very good food in the restaurant of the hotel!

Very good one-night stay 2 steps from the Val d'Azun and the resort of Cauterets. The renovated room is very nice. The breakfast is complete. The evening meal was also very good. A great experience that we will no doubt repeat.

Very nice weekend, the view from the room, on the Pyrenees, is superb. The only small problem is the location of the toilets in the bathroom, there is a lack of space between the toilets and the sink cabinet. But hey, I'll go back anyway.

Small and noisy room overlooking the staircase landing. Really average comfort but nevertheless clean. Home non-existent. Only the location and the catering give interest to this hotel.

A very well located hotel, quiet, comfortable and clean. A nice view from the rooms. The owners and staff are very nice, helpful and attentive. No problem. We do not put the maximum score because the breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is and it lacks a bit of space to be able to circulate between the buffet and the tables. Moreover, when the hotel is full or almost, you can not park in the hotel car park and the service is a bit slow in the restaurant. Having said that, we had a very good stay and the dinner was very good! Small suggestion: maybe we should think of a vegetarian option for the main dishes of the restaurant.

The hotelier did not communicate that the wifi was not working. The site indicated payment on arrival, I thought I would pay with holiday vouchers but the payment was made directly by credit card... this is not what was marked Lack of small water bottles on arrival given the heat wave... The swimming pool is a plus

Small room but very clean and well maintained. Although in a simple way, so it's hard to notice, rooms and other parts of the hotel have been renovated. Presence of 3 chairs in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Despite the 35°C heat outside, keeping the window and shutters closed, the temperature in the room remained acceptable. Very good restaurant. Presence of the swimming pool in a small but well-kept garden, with the presence of good sunbeds and chairs. Kindness of the owner. Presence of parking. Rooms made up every day. In fact it's more than a two star, it's a three star (except for the lack of A/C). Bad wifi quality. The enclosed structure around the pool could be better maintained. The bathroom could use some updating. The room is small. There is no air conditioning. Insufficient lighting in the room. With the heat of these days, the blanket sack on the bed was completely out of place and disturbed our sleep, we just needed the sheet. The town doesn't offer much in the evening (but the hotel has nothing to do with it).

Room ok. Aging bathroom with shower column in poor condition. No air conditioning in the room. But especially in the morning when we woke up: We realized that we had been bitten by bedbugs. We hope not to have brought it home...
