The hotel is decent, but as described on the app: cozy hotel and gourmet food, that's far from the truth.

Die Zimmer waren einfach, leider nicht mehr auf der Höhe der Zeit, aber gerade noch ordentlich für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise.
Einen längeren Aufenthalt Würde ich woanders vorziehen.

The wet shower room is a disgrace. Absolutely abysmal design and dangerous.

Renovated comfort room but outdated TV, room seemed smaller than the previous year, otherwise very comfortable and quiet.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. The complimentary bottle of water was appreciated.

The toilet roll holder was missing. The socket for the hairdryer was ridiculously high, too high me. Luckily I have a tall husband! The ensuite door wouldn’t shut, possibly due to damage to the door frame!

The room was apparently made up (to be seen) empty bottle lying on the table, trash not emptied and I am skeptical about replacing the sheets. The ceiling above the door will soon fall hoping that no one is underneath. In the bathroom the socket is 10cm from the ceiling, impossible to plug in a hairdryer if you are a small person. Very rustic breakfast lacked a little of everything, we had to ask for bread as well as croissants.

Overnight stay. The evening meal is good quality. The self-service breakfast is okay apart from the coffee which is really not great!…. The room is at the level of a poorly maintained 2-star hotel. Shower and toilet adjoining without a shower screen over a width of 1.20m. The mirror lighting does not work and when you report it you are told that it is because you took a standard room!…. Very strange. Too bad because the catering part is once again very good and welcoming (except the coffee. !…)

It's essential to install anti-slip strips in the shower. It was a real ice rink.

Everything was fine until payment... I had booked with the Logis app and I wanted to pay with my ETIK loyalty vouchers, some of which are about to expire. I had the unpleasant surprise when I made the payment when I was informed that the charge had been made directly to the bank card number that had allowed me to validate the reservation registration. I don't find it right on the part of the establishment AND/OR Logis Hotels that we are not asked for our opinion on the payment. Especially since in the end, I will lose my loyalty vouchers because I will not be able to use them before their expiry date. Unless you are making a goodwill gesture by extending them???

Easily accessible hotel with good facilities, friendly staff, and a quiet location. The room was small but practical. However, there was no soap at all in the bathroom, and the two small black insects in the room were most likely bedbugs.

Reservation for 3 nights, upon arrival at noon I asked if by chance the room was available, I was told that they would check and if so I would have to pay €25 extra! I decided to wait until 3 p.m. and they offered me to take it for €10 extra. while I paid €420 / 3 nights with breakfast / 2 people. The hotel is old and lacks maintenance, the room door must have been broken and the repair was cobbled together with a lick of paint. The walk-in shower has no curtain so you spray the toilet and the entire bathroom. No towel rack, they are placed on the sink support. First breakfast buffet no cheese neither white nor dry, no cold cuts (you had to ask for them), no toaster, you have to cook your own eggs on a stove. The terrace tables are not cleaned after clearing away... Paper tissues were floating in the pool 2 mornings in a row... Lack of management supervision, very disappointing for a 3 star hotel.

Room 21 is old-fashioned and cramped, with an outdated bathroom with a built-in toilet and a shower with a floor drain. Very disappointing for a night's stay costing €95 in a hotel claiming to be 3-star.

Staff members very nice. Room clean and adequate. Our stay spoiled by having bar/ restaurant table right outside our bedroom doors meaning that we couldn’t use terrace and lost privacy.

POSITIVES: Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant (very tasty and good) is in stark contrast to the overall impression of the hotel. Pool: NEGATIVES: Bathroom: No small towels. Cobwebs and dust on the ceiling. Socket on the mirror too high. Toilet paper holder missing. Door doesn't close properly. Bedroom: Air conditioning - ventilation grille dusty - smells of old dust when in use. It's better to mount the TV on the wall than on the board in front of the window -> makes it difficult to open and use the curtains. Hallway to the room is musty. Carpet in the stairwell is not attractive. Stairwell and hallway need renovation. Breakfast: Selection and quality are good. I would have liked a third cheese variety. Placement of sausage, cheese and yogurt in the small fridge is not good. Egg station is not attractive - pan is used by everyone and not cleaned.

Lack of choice for dinner menu, problem with flushing toilet, at the bottom of the bowl, the earthenware is black, wear? Obligation to pay after dinner, while we were planning to pay the next morning after breakfast (notion of service done?). First time this has happened to us.

Very well located hotel near the highway for a stopover between the south and the north of France. Pleasant welcome, good restaurant. For elderly people, there is no elevator to go up to the rooms!

Das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber, lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person. Besonders bedauernswert war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, funktionierte, da es sehr heiß war. Einziger Lichtblick war das Frühstück.

In the evening, a business stopover, a satisfactory meal. The bathroom was not very practical, that's the only downside.

Room does not match the one booked. After complaint, the corresponding room was obtained. Bathroom leak reported the next day. In the evening, the problem was not resolved and no new room but a set of towels to mop up…

Very good hotel and well located, close to the highway without the nuisances. Just a remark on the room which was too heated and we were not able to adjust the thermostat at night.

Nice room, but maintenance needs to be reviewed. Dirty shower drain, stained curtains and yellowish pillows! Generous breakfast!

The air conditioning is capricious...the thermostat is not of common use! I didn't know that there was no elevator...nothing indicates it despite the fact that it was mentioned as accessible to people with reduced mobility! The staff explained to us...it's a shame that the website doesn't better mention the different categories of rooms...I took a standard room...the shower room is not convenient with a toilet and the room flooded. There too the staff explained to me!!! For breakfast...a good choice but if you want eggs you have to cook them yourself! For the restaurant, the system of 2 menu choices and 1 suggestion allows the kitchen staff to work quickly.

Large room with balcony and despite the weather and traffic, very quiet with the windows closed.

Staff not having time to take reservations by phone. Reservation made via the Logis website with an error in the reservation, without possible correction at the hotel and already taken before arrival. Superior room called comfort next to the kitchen and benefiting from the noise of the setting up of the room in the morning before 6 a.m., broken ceiling tile, TV with defective screen. Very long wait to receive the key.

Comfort room for 3 people 1 double bed and 1 single bed on site 2 single beds side by side instead of a double bed. Problem with the bathroom door closing and creaking loudly (problem when someone enters in the middle of the night and problem with extracting air from the room. Still in the bathroom towels from the previous people present on our arrival. For information, no one at reception on our departure can be busy with breakfasts and lunches? Possible. For information, a Logis customer for 40 years. Kind regards.

We have personally never found such an unpleasant hotel and for this reason we left immediately without using the room.

We arrived late and immediately pair for to rooms so we could go to sleep after a long journey. During the night a part of the roof came down (probably due to a water leak). After complaining at the reception we were told the manager would call back to settle the situation. Unfortunetly this did not happen. Accidents can happen but at least you can apologize and settle the situation in decent matter. The hotel is outdated and needs refreshment.

We stayed there for one night as a family during a stopover. It was good, ideally located at the motorway exit, good welcome from the staff, comfortable room with all the amenities and hearty breakfast. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, a real plus! Very good value for money!

Rooms are very basic (toilet and shower next to each other) without storage for clothes. Not even a night table.

Aging hotel, poorly maintained, insufficient staff Disappointing experience

Stressed reception team. Catastrophic service at the table: waiting for everything from the menu to dessert. We raised our concerns about this service and then complained about the slowness... No commercial gesture We had booked a room with 4 single beds and we finally got a room with a double bed and a sofa bed... Meh. The air conditioning and swimming pool were great. The meal was good but the price was high - weekend supplement, side dishes supplement. Very decent breakfast. One question: we were charged tourist tax for our two children aged 16 and 17...we thought we would be exempt from it until they were 18.

We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem. We had contact with the receptionist about our time of arrival due to being able to still have dinner. If kitchen was closed they would fixe something so we could still eat. Very much appreciated, but we were on time and the kitchen was still open. Very nice place, close to the high way, good service, comfortable beds and nice rooms with good showers and air conditioning. Swimming pool is a bonus.

Average comfort despite refurbishment. The shower still lacks a screen to avoid flooding the toilet bowl and head of the bathroom. Still no internal telephone. One of the 2 bedside lamps broken. Full length mirror not reinstalled. Comfortable bedding.

Reception OK but after the evening meal, we were expected to go up the stairs to pay the bill with the reason that "this would save time for the next day's team. We had no choice. Meeting room bathroom, to say the least, quite unusual. I have never seen such an arrangement. No separation between the shower and the toilet. So, wet and unusable toilet paper. Only one towel per person. made with old ones. Climbing the stairs is not very clean.

(j'ai été opéré du cœur) on nous à même pas proposé l'aide pour monté nos sacs.
la chambre salle ,planche du WC bancale porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas et elle est endommagée!!! très désagréable.
bruit des ventilations des cuisines jusqu’à 23 heures.
tapis d'escalier sale et tapi de la chambre plein de taches.
porte de la chambre non sécurisée.
Ibis budget est moins chère plus propre et plus confortable.
pour ma part le prix ne vaut pas plus de 60 EUR

Very friendly welcome! Among other things, when I returned to the hotel after being devoured by mosquitoes from the countryside, the owner (?), at the bar, gave me a soothing product (I should point out: there were no mosquitoes in my room ). The restaurant is excellent (ah! that soup!), the prices are fair and the wait staff is very friendly, always attentive. The room was very pleasant, comfortable, clean and quiet (I was in the annex). In short, that's good !

Too bad: - room with an unemptied trash can (water bottles and disposable tissues, etc.) - classless staff: waitress in shorts, tennis shoes and no bra, overall staff with an "ordinary" appearance and contact Small -lunch: the waiter runs to get two croissants from the local baker, which doesn't look very professional.

All good but there was one bulb in toilet not working. I didn’t report it as it it didn't bother me but i think it should have been checked beforehand.

That minor niggle apart i liked the hotel and the staff. The food was good and well priced. Easy access from the motorway and easy parking. I will recommend and use again if i am travelling that way.

The location is perfect for discovering the Chalonnaise coast, going to the restaurant in Chalon in 10 minutes. The swimming pool is pleasant, with good deckchairs, tables and garden chairs for having a drink around the pool. Breakfast is ok for the price. The parking lot is large and secure. The insulation from the outside is very good. We were not warned that on Sunday afternoon there were no more staff in the hotel, it felt like a ghost hotel. There was no hot water on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The management offered us breakfast as compensation. There was an emergency number to call in case of problems but we were not informed when we arrived. The common areas are worn but very clean.

Excellent room for an overnight stay. Bed a bit on the small side, 140cm wide, but that was inherent to the cheap room we chose. Other rooms beds of 160 and wider (we should have read better). To eat? Great, really class for a very reasonable price. Guaranteed the same hotel next time. There is also a small bar in the hotel where you can sit a lot more comfortably than in your room. Also extremely reasonable prices in the bar. There are some shops and other restaurants nearby (walking distance).

As stated by other reviewers, the hotel is in need of a facelift. However, it is completely adequate for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the bed was comfortable.

Coming back from vacation for one night. Functional room and good bedding. Close to the highway. Restaurant on site but unfortunately for us closed on Sundays. Would go back with my eyes closed.

A very comfortable hotel, quiet, and close to all amenities. The staff takes great care of the customers.

Simple and efficient hotel, not far from the A6 motorway exit, but in a "Logis" concept, far from the sanitized chains. The first price room at €50 was quite small but for an evening stopover, it was totally adequate. Be careful with the bathroom which was small, with an open shower and therefore the possibility of putting water everywhere if you're not too careful 🤭. Affordable breakfast, mostly industrial products but a sweet and savory choice.

Pleasant stay, staff always available and attentive

We were welcomed adequately and given information about the room and possibility to dine in the restaurant. The room on the first floor was slightly small and in need of some refurbishment. The shower without any closure means that the water will splash everywhere inside the small bathroom. Dinner was served in the rather dark restaurant, quality was acceptable and price adequate. I found the wine, which we drank by the glass slightly overpriced. Breakfast was minimalistic. On the plus side the staff was welcoming and friendly, on the minus point the hotel and, restaurant, room and grounds look in need of a major refurbishment.

Das Zimmer war ungeheizt, und dies am 13. März 2024! Die Rezeption hat einen elektrischen Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, bis das Zimmer aufgeheizt war. Wasser für Dusche nur lauwarm, so dass eine schöne, aufwärmende Dusche unmöglich war.
Im Restaurant war das Essen gut, abgesehen von einem Soufflé, das kalt war, und deshalb ungeniessbar.

Breakfast is a pleasure, being able to cook your fried egg is very pleasant! The rooms are ok. But the level of hygiene needs to be reviewed. (Dust on the lamps, WC, no hand soap..) An extra bottle of water would be welcome.

Good location for a stopover on the A6. Spacious family rooms, bedding is good. The rooms are partly redone. We enjoyed the night without noise in the hotel and the breakfast with choice and fresh products.

The reception was very poor! The gentleman asked my two children to collect the tourist tax, and he said he had no choice, that he had to collect the children's tourist tax, or he would call the police!

Downsides: the bathroom door which does not close in the room, the soap dispenser which does not work, common areas which clearly need a refresh (the corridor leading to the room in particular). Average breakfast for the price (lots of things were missing, even if the waiter did everything to replenish the buffet quickly).
