Hôtel et personnel agréables, dommage que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais cela semble temporaire et dû aux nombreux travaux alentours.
Hôtel calme et confortable, personnel accueillant et disponible. La direction de l'établissement est aux petits soins pour ses clients, on ressent une considération certaine qui est des plus agréables. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie de très bonne facture. Les salles d'eau sont fonctionnelles et modernes.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est d'excellente qualité, gastronomique et gourmand, avec une carte des vins impressionnante.

Ich kenne das Hotel seit 30 Jahren, in Renovierung bzw. Erneuerung ist nicht viel investiert worden.

Quasiment rien pour le petit déjeuner, surtout le dimanche, je pleins ceux arrivé après nous, ils étaient nombreux et il n'y avait plus grand chose
Établissement très vieux, pas très propre ,choisi 1 chambre double et on c est retrouvé avec 3 petits lits, très décevant pour le prix,on avait réservé par internet et payé et a l arrivée on nous a refait payé la chambre 😡😡😡
Wij hebben meer dan 2 weken voor het geplande verblijf gereserveerd, en 2 dagen voor onze aankomst worden wij opgebeld met de boodschap dat het restaurant niet zal open zijn op zondagavond, we kregen de mogelijkheid om te annuleren, dat hebben we niet gedaan, want het is heel moeilijk om op vrijdagavond ergens anders 2 kamers te boeken voor zondagavond.
Bij aankomst in het hotel konden we niet binnen en konden we niet opbellen. We hebben dan een ander hotel moeten zoeken. De volgende morgen zijn we nog langsgeweest in les charmilles, de bazin zegde dat er een nieuwe receptioniste was (die nog haar job niet kende), en dat de telefooncentrale verkeerd was ingesteld
No AC or heat management during a 34 degrees day. Unbearable.
Kamer had bedompte geur, alles was kapot. Geen lamp die het deed, wc bril zat los…
In het restaurant waren alle glazen en bestek vies, de ijsmachine was kapot waardoor onze wijn niet gekoeld op tafel kon blijven, de vis was te lang gebakken waardoor droog etc etc

Personne pour vous réceptionné le Dimanche, planche des WC cassée, climatisation dans les chambres en panne(fiche sectionnée)
Concernant le restaurant ,carte restreinte ,pas de menu de produits régionaux (force des logis).

We had 2 rooms
In both rooms was a bed broken.
No airco and not enough personel
This hotel needs a very good restauration
Basic Family room. Hotel in progress of installing airco. So temperature in the room stayed 29deg celcius during the night! Pool and area not given the required attention and care. Quality on lower side, you pay what you get.
Agréablement surpris le personnel très sympathique et la cuisine de très bonne qualité la chambre satisfaisante un hôtel que je conseillerais et j y reviendrais avec plaisir en plus piscine très agréable en avons bien profité bref adresse à retenir merci
Séjour à titre professionnel, je voyageais seule.
Restaurant très bien, salade repas copieuse et bonne, dessert maison bon.
Pour le petit déjeuner, je suis arrivée à 8h00, certaines corbeilles étaient vides, la personne responsable ne m'a pas répondu lorsque j'ai dit bonjour, sinon, rapport qualité/prix correct.
J'avais à l'origine réservé une chambre avec un lit 2 places, puis Booking m'a proposé un surclassement avec supplément que j'ai accepté. En arrivant dans ma chambre, j'avais 2 lits simples juste rapprochés, de différentes hauteurs (environ 4 cm) et un pied de lit cassé, un 3 ieme lit simple contre le mur. Du coup la porte de la salle de bain ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir entièrement ...
Pour la salle de bain, l'ampoule du plafonnier était grillée, il n'y avait pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche et la prise du seche cheveux était trop haute pour que je puisse le brancher (je mesure 1m65).
Le responsable m'a accordé une remise de 10% sur ma chambre, mais pour une nuitée à 100 euros (remise comprise), je m'attendais à mieux !
Bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat uitzonderlijk restaurant gesloten was, men zou ons verwittigd hebben maar we hebben geen mail of telefoon ontvangen, er werd wel een alternatief restaurant voorgesteld van veel lager niveau.
De kamer was nog deels onder constructie elektriciteit nog niet overal afgewerkt
De ruimte rond het zwembad was dringend aan herstelling toe
Er was een grote parking die volledig afgesloten was vanaf 23u
Very tired. Not very clean. Staff not very interested in their visitors
