Oh dear, everything seems to be broken , a lot of repairs needed.
Dinner was hardly edible (grey fish in a watery sauce but breakfast much better. We usually rely on Logis hotels for a good meal
Average comfort despite refurbishment. The shower still lacks a screen to avoid flooding the toilet bowl and head of the bathroom. Still no internal telephone. One of the 2 bedside lamps broken. Full length mirror not reinstalled. Comfortable bedding.

Reception OK but after the evening meal, we were expected to go up the stairs to pay the bill with the reason that "this would save time for the next day's team. We had no choice. Meeting room bathroom, to say the least, quite unusual. I have never seen such an arrangement. No separation between the shower and the toilet. So, wet and unusable toilet paper. Only one towel per person. made with old ones. Climbing the stairs is not very clean.

Very warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the stairs leaves something to be desired, the bathroom is poorly arranged/equipped and the cleanliness is questionable.

Very friendly welcome! Among other things, when I returned to the hotel after being devoured by mosquitoes from the countryside, the owner (?), at the bar, gave me a soothing product (I should point out: there were no mosquitoes in my room ). The restaurant is excellent (ah! that soup!), the prices are fair and the wait staff is very friendly, always attentive. The room was very pleasant, comfortable, clean and quiet (I was in the annex). In short, that's good !

A hotel that could be good, with quite pleasant cuisine. Too bad: - room with an unemptied trash can (water bottles and disposable tissues, etc.) - classless staff: waitress in shorts, tennis shoes and no bra, overall staff with an "ordinary" appearance and contact Small -lunch: the waiter runs to get two croissants from the local baker, which doesn't look very professional.

All good but there was one bulb in toilet not working. I didn’t report it as it it didn't bother me but i think it should have been checked beforehand.
That minor niggle apart i liked the hotel and the staff. The food was good and well priced. Easy access from the motorway and easy parking. I will recommend and use again if i am travelling that way.

In the evening, commercial stopover, decent meal quality, perfect room. Breakfast, we can do better.
The location is perfect for discovering the Chalonnaise coast, going to the restaurant in Chalon in 10 minutes. The swimming pool is pleasant, with good deckchairs, tables and garden chairs for having a drink around the pool. Breakfast is ok for the price. The parking lot is large and secure. The insulation from the outside is very good. We were not warned that on Sunday afternoon there were no more staff in the hotel, it felt like a ghost hotel. There was no hot water on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The management offered us breakfast as compensation. There was an emergency number to call in case of problems but we were not informed when we arrived. The common areas are worn but very clean.
Excellent room for an overnight stay. Bed a bit on the small side, 140cm wide, but that was inherent to the cheap room we chose. Other rooms beds of 160 and wider (we should have read better). To eat? Great, really class for a very reasonable price. Guaranteed the same hotel next time. There is also a small bar in the hotel where you can sit a lot more comfortably than in your room. Also extremely reasonable prices in the bar. There are some shops and other restaurants nearby (walking distance).

As stated by other reviewers, the hotel is in need of a facelift. However, it is completely adequate for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the bed was comfortable.

Coming back from vacation for one night. Functional room and good bedding. Close to the highway. Restaurant on site but unfortunately for us closed on Sundays. Would go back with my eyes closed.
A very comfortable hotel, quiet, and close to all amenities. The staff takes great care of the customers.
Simple and efficient hotel, not far from the A6 motorway exit, but in a "Logis" concept, far from the sanitized chains. The first price room at €50 was quite small but for an evening stopover, it was totally adequate. Be careful with the bathroom which was small, with an open shower and therefore the possibility of putting water everywhere if you're not too careful 🤭. Affordable breakfast, mostly industrial products but a sweet and savory choice.
Pleasant stay, staff always available and attentive
We were welcomed adequately and given information about the room and possibility to dine in the restaurant. The room on the first floor was slightly small and in need of some refurbishment. The shower without any closure means that the water will splash everywhere inside the small bathroom. Dinner was served in the rather dark restaurant, quality was acceptable and price adequate. I found the wine, which we drank by the glass slightly overpriced. Breakfast was minimalistic. On the plus side the staff was welcoming and friendly, on the minus point the hotel and, restaurant, room and grounds look in need of a major refurbishment.

Das Zimmer war ungeheizt, und dies am 13. März 2024! Die Rezeption hat einen elektrischen Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, bis das Zimmer aufgeheizt war. Wasser für Dusche nur lauwarm, so dass eine schöne, aufwärmende Dusche unmöglich war.
Im Restaurant war das Essen gut, abgesehen von einem Soufflé, das kalt war, und deshalb ungeniessbar.

Breakfast is a pleasure, being able to cook your fried egg is very pleasant! The rooms are ok. But the level of hygiene needs to be reviewed. (Dust on the lamps, WC, no hand soap..) An extra bottle of water would be welcome.
Good location for a stopover on the A6. Spacious family rooms, bedding is good. The rooms are partly redone. We enjoyed the night without noise in the hotel and the breakfast with choice and fresh products.
The reception was very poor! The gentleman asked my two children to collect the tourist tax, and he said he had no choice, that he had to collect the children's tourist tax, or he would call the police!
Very welcoming and attentive staff. Homemade, quality restaurant dishes. Nice room and appears to have been recently renovated. having a real shutter is a plus. Downsides: the bathroom door which does not close in the room, the soap dispenser which does not work, common areas which clearly need a refresh (the corridor leading to the room in particular). Average breakfast for the price (lots of things were missing, even if the waiter did everything to replenish the buffet quickly).

Very friendly welcome by the owner of the hotel and the staff was also super nice. Eaten well. Location is fantastic for a stopover on the way to Spain or another destination. And a very extensive breakfast buffet.

Hotel 2 stars and not 3. Restaurant closed, swimming pool also closed; we would have liked to be informed because we had reserved for the swimming pool. Room supposedly renovated but badly designed bathroom, no shower curtain so that you spray the toilets while taking a shower, no hook to hang your towel, no place to put your toilet bag, toilet seat WC crooked, all too dark, sad modern room decor and armchair in very poor condition, we didn't dare sit on it! So value for money too high

We arrived at 8.45 pm because there was a lot of traffic in the motorway. We stopped several times in the motorway during the day and I decided to sent a message to the hotel telling that we would arrive after 8 pm. When we arrived at the hotel the desk employer refused to let us have dinner though the restaurant was still serving. We told him we had nothing to eat and he said we had to go to Chalon sur Saone. We were so tired we decided to to to bed without dinner but we'll never stay in that hotel again
Fine for a stopover on the way to the south or back to NL. Room itself was neat, bathroom also only the toilet had cures with flushing. Furthermore, the hotel could use a makeover, it is a dusty, old affair. Guy behind the counter was friendly and spoke English. Unfortunately not the rest of the staff.

Hotel under renovation. Newly remodeled and clean room. Attention, bathroom door that does not close and may be a bit small for two double beds. Difficult to evaluate in star when an establishment is in the process of getting a makeover and good luck to the young team leading this project. The establishment remains frequentable but in the state, the prices of the nights remain high because one cannot act as if nothing had happened. The common areas, among other things, which will surely be redone after the rooms, a logical priority, do not reflect the advertised 3-star rating, even if overall clean.

Hotel really disappointing compared to the price: tiny room with tiny double bed. Very small bathroom with unstable toilet bowl and nothing to put your clothes on. We had known the hotel for a long time, its location as a stopover is very practical. But you should know that it has been completely renovated very recently. Our room was spot on! As for the cuisine, to say that it is delicious is no exaggeration. Thanks to the chef!

Hello We spent one night in this hotel. On arrival we were made very welcome. The boss offered to take our luggage up to the room (I want to emphasize this because this is very rare) The meal went very well and the products were good and fresh (the scallops were small) For the comfort of the rooms was minimal, no conviviality tray with a kettle to do this for a small herbal tea or a coffee on waking. Lack of support in the bathroom so that Madame can deposit her care products The small stools as a bedside table are original but insufficient. No support for the suitcase, at our age it is important not to have to rummage through the suitcase on the floor. The hotel is under renovation and I think all these little things will happen soon
Dirty pool not cleaned, HS bedding, dilapidated establishment.
The young man at the reception is charming. But room was 30 degrees when we arrived at 6 p.m., anemic air conditioning. Hotel dilapidated and deserted, photos of the site not representative of reality, key on the counter. Feeling of entering an abandoned place. Despite the reservation of the restaurant for the evening, we learned the day before at the end of the day that the restaurant was closed on Sunday... Which was a criterion of our reservation
We are installed for dinner in the breakfast room, then we are told to go to the veranda. Nice! The next day at breakfast there were 2 slices of bread not replenished, we offer croissants in 10 minutes. Between tps a whole bus disembarks pr pd, an infernal noise follows. We like to take it easy…don't you? The quality of the bed is really not great..etc That's why I wouldn't recommend it.
Great welcome
We booked a room for 3 persons including my father (86) who has Alzheimer. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication in the booking so the hotel had a room ready for us on the 2nd floor. But my father can't walk any stairs anymore. I was surprised about the flexibility of the hotel staff who helped us very well and arranged a 2 persons bed room for my parents on the level floor and a single bedroom for me on the 2nd floor. No extra charge! Furthermore we had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent! And last but not least, we booked break fast and as the French are not very famous about the breakfasts they serve (mostly 1 croissant + coffee) we were surprised what we found at the breakfast counter: bread, fruit salads, yoghurts etc.. .and all fresh! Great hotel!!

Did not respect the price announced when booking in December (94€) and billed 99€ for the stopover evening!!!! In addition the dining room is a fridge !!!

Quiet and comfortable hotel, welcoming and available staff. The management of the establishment is very caring for its customers, we feel a certain consideration which is most pleasant. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is very good. The bathrooms are functional and modern. The hotel restaurant is of excellent quality, gourmet and gourmet, with an impressive wine list.

I've known the hotel for 30 years, not much has been invested in renovation or renewal. The staff is friendly and the food is, as always, very good!
Almost nothing for breakfast, especially on Sundays, I full those who arrived after us, there were many and there was not much left
Very old establishment, not very clean, chose 1 double room and we ended up with 3 small beds, very disappointing for the price, we had booked online and paid and on arrival we were paid for the room again 😡😡😡
We made a reservation more than 2 weeks before the planned stay, and 2 days before our arrival we receive a call saying that the restaurant will not be open on Sunday evening, we were given the option to cancel, we did not do that, because it is very difficult to book 2 rooms elsewhere for Sunday night on Friday night. When we arrived at the hotel we couldn't get in and couldn't make a phone call. We then had to find another hotel. The next morning we stopped by in les charmilles, the boss said that there was a new receptionist (who did not know her job yet), and that the telephone switchboard was set incorrectly
No AC or heat management during a 34 degrees day. Unbearable.
Room had damp smell, everything was broken. No lamp that worked, toilet seat was loose ... In the restaurant all glasses and cutlery were dirty, the ice machine was broken so that our wine could not stay cooled on the table, the fish was baked too long so it was dry etc etc
