We were made to feel very welcome during our one night stay at this hotel. It is well located to the west of Rouen and was ideal for us to break our journey between the Dordogne and Eurotunnel.
We will certainly stay again.

Montigny is a few kilometers from the Boucles de Seine Park, but the prices are much more affordable. The hotel has a fabulous garden, full of flowers but also shaded, and very well-kept. The terrace allows you to enjoy meals outside, which is a real plus.

August stay of 2 nights it was perfect: the room and the restaurant! The owners are welcoming and charming, very attentive (we liked the little blanket lent for the terrace meal in the evening...) - the garden is great and a little tour of the village is recommended. A delight we will come back.

Excellent welcome with a touch of humor. Room on the 1st floor with a large balcony at the top, bright and very good bedding. Very fine cuisine with an excellent combination of flavors on very fresh products and very wise advice. If I return to Rouen or its surroundings, without any hesitation, I will return to the Relais de Montigny. I highly recommend. and what's more, very good value for money, which doesn't hurt.

After a nightmare car journey through roadworks in Rouen, it was a joy to arrive at this well-appointed hotel with its welcoming staff. The room was quiet, with its own balcony overlooking attractive grounds. The large comfortable bed afforded a good night's sleep and the shower worked perfectly - all too often not the case in hotels generally. The reasonably-priced evening meal was of an excellent standard. Recommended, but try to avoid arriving through central Rouen!

A great location for visiting Rouen, especially if - like us - you need to avoid the Low Emissions Zone! A warm welcome to this stylish hotel with smart rooms, stylish dining room and bar and lovely terrace (the picture of the back of the hotel does not do it justice!).

The hotel is ideally located for Rouen (take the bus in) and the Seine river valley sights (lovely tour guide routes)!) and also very convenient for the Le Havre ferry port. Highly recommended.

We were in Montigny over the Pentecost weekend for our two grandchildren's baptism. We stayed there for three nights, and the restaurant hosted us for the baptism lunch with family and friends. Our stay went very well, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We visited this establishment on Saturday May 31, 2025 for a wedding anniversary. Aperitif in a sumptuous garden and served by very pleasant staff. The toasts were to die for! The meal was made with quality products and the vacherin was oh la la delicious. Thank you to the owners for this moment, already exceptional for the occasion, but also for the kindness and class they showed.

Very nice surprise this small hotel in the center of Montigny. The building, modern, does not look like much, the rooms are classic but very clean. The welcome and the service are very pleasant. We arrived at the Hotel last minute travelling from Spain to the UK, after making a booking online which I incorrectly booked for 2026!! The Manager was so accommodating and managed to find us a room. The staff were very nice and the food exceptional. Would highly recommend for an ideal stop over travelling through France and only a couple of hours from Calais. Dog friendly too which was helpful as we were travelling with 3 small dogs. Couldn't fault anything at the Hotel.

An establishment that I have already visited several times and that I recommend. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the bedding is comfortable. Single menu for "stopover" evenings but the restaurant offers an alternative when an item (starter, main course, or dessert) is not suitable. The cuisine is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the taste. For breakfast, there is a sufficient choice for both sweet and savory and the products are of quality. An essential address for me when I pass through this area.

An unforgettable weekend in this hotel. Upon our arrival, we received an excellent welcome from the receptionist. We took advantage of the bar to enjoy a good hot chocolate. We also tested the restaurant. The menu is composed of a selective choice of starters, main courses and desserts. The dishes were excellent. The service was pleasant and fast. Overall the establishment is warm, clean and relaxing. We were able to come with our 5-month-old dog. We will happily return to this establishment to continue discovering the region.

we have come several times and this is the first time that the staff has been unfriendly (sent us away), the quality of the food disappointing (reminiscent of yesterday's dishes).

In September, I stayed a week with half-board in this hotel near Rouen located in a quiet village, a very pleasant stay thanks to the kindness and availability of the entire team. A certain number of rooms have a balcony or a terrace overlooking a pretty, very well-kept garden. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms could however do with a little renovation. The meals prepared by the chef are delicious, served in a room overlooking the garden, and the breakfasts can satisfy the most demanding with their quality and variety. Finally, for a tourist stay the hotel team is likely to provide information on the curiosities and the most beautiful sites to visit in the region. We can only recommend this hotel!

A great little hotel with the hosts giving you a warm welcome. Rooms were of a decent size, clean and comfortable - ours overlooked the garden but the village where the hotel is located is quiet so I don't believe you would be troubled by road noise even if you had a bedroom facing the street. We were travelling in our classic cars and can confirm that they have plenty of secure car parking around the back of the hotel. Will stay again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Nice & calm hotel. A good stop over. Breakfast: Fruit salad has the taste of onion & fish. I guess they used the same knife & cutting board. Even after dishwashing the acid of the fruits will transfer the odor of the board. Beside that the salad was in nice small pieces and not too cold :-)

The charming and available owners and staff provide good advice for places to visit Hotel well located in a pleasant village on the edge of the forest (hiking trails) Easy access to the ring road and very close to Rouen in around ten minutes. The varied and complete breakfast with fresh products. the restaurant in the evening on the terrace facing the vast, nicely laid out garden, allows children to play there easily and in complete safety. The menu, including 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts as well as an evening menu, boasts quality products. we relax there in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are pleasant and impeccably clean, comfortable bedding. This hotel is on a human scale and very pleasant because the owners are present, available and ensure that everything is impeccable. We stayed there for 4 days and we will come back with pleasure. Important also animals accepted and welcomed.

We booked this hotel via the Logis app partly because of the high review score. Price-quality is perfectly fine. We booked a room with terrace for 2 people for €220.00 incl. Friendly welcome by the owner who speaks good English. Good breakfast and dinner. Charging station available for electric cars. The hotel has a cozy and contemporary style with a beautiful garden. Great room with a nice sitting area outside, I always think it's a shame to shower in the bath, but you often see that in France.

For your information, my presence in this hotel is linked to the BMW Moto Club France Normandy section which regularly organizes information meetings followed by a dinner and therefore I spend the night in this hotel. For questions regarding the meal I am a little embarrassed to answer them because the choice of menus is planned in advance. I can still say that we have the choice between 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts, which is very appreciable since there are often around thirty of us.

The hotel rooms are clean and well furnished and decorated. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Each room has a balcony overlooking the large garden. There was the opportunity to make a hot drink and a variety of teas and coffees.

Very dated hotel. Poorly soundproofed room (loud conversations on the terrace until midnight which prevented us from sleeping: do not choose a room with a garden view!). Old and poorly appointed bathroom, with shower in the bathtub (dangerous and uncomfortable for older people). Photos are misleading (too flattering). Overall price overrated for the services. Very friendly staff. Beautiful garden and easy and secure parking. Ordinary restaurant (ok dish - duck) but quite disappointing starter and dessert. Limited breakfast buffet (no more bread at 9 a.m.!), no local and organic products. Tasteless cheeses.

Bathroom is old and needs a refresh

Well located hotel, easy and free parking. For the rest hotel "in its own juice". Efforts are being made but the quality/price ratio is not there. Bedroom with stained carpet, bathroom with leaks under the bathtub. On the other hand, very clean. For breakfast at 15 euros no effort on the buffet, much too expensive for the quality. Classic products poorly presented. On the other hand, the staff is efficient and kind.

The choice of the hotel was made by the Norman manager of the BMWMOTO CLUB FRANCE assisted by local members of the club. We participate in a meal almost monthly and some spend the night there (Friday 18, 13 people out of 40 at the meal)

very mediocre dinner. The evening stopover is not at all interesting. homemade my eye!!!! we find the same dishes and desserts at Metro! The bedroom is worth as much as the storage cellar if they have one in the basement! damp and cloaked, not to mention the noise from the street. I won't go back!

We have been frequenting this establishment for our dinners with a group of club members for some time now. Never disappointed, perfect welcome, excellent cuisine. Value for money, hard to find better.

The director and his team welcomed our family very warmly during a difficult time. The true values of the hotel and restaurant industry reign in this establishment: friendliness, adaptability, serenity, comfort, careful cuisine. After an organized welcome, around a drink or a hot drink with appetizers, 20 people were able to have a spontaneous meal. Everything was done with professionalism and sensitivity.
