My wife did not feel very well and we arrived at the hotel very early. They were so kind and found us a room where my wife stayed until we left the next morning. It was a wonderful experience and it is so close to Rocomadour. The Filet Steak for dinner was excellent.

An establishment with excellent value for money 😊. A magnificent panoramic view 😍 of Rocamadour, a pretty room with a beautiful bathroom and good bedding. Our dinner, in the restaurant with the Christmas decoration 😊, was also flawless. Impeccable training and service. Montravel goes wonderfully with homemade foie gras and chutney. What can we say about dessert, the chocolate pear finger is killer 😍. The next day, breakfast in a room bathed in sunlight where absolutely nothing is missing. Decent hotel, only downside, in the room, in the morning we hear quite loudly the noise of the legs of the chairs/armchairs rubbing on the floor of the breakfast room, when the users move them to sit at their table;

Very beautiful view from rooms 15 & 17 over the castle/old town, functional rooms but lack of sockets on the bed side..Shower curtains need to be changed, curtain support for room 15 needs to be fixed! The TVs freeze without being able to change the volume or channels after a few minutes!☹️

Your hotel deserves one more star.

Advantages: welcoming staff, easy-access parking and the view from the belvedere and room, proximity to activities to do: monkey forests, chasm of wonders, Rocamadour, chasm of padirac, Sarlat… Negative points: the rooms are located below the restaurant therefore noise from chairs until 9:30 p.m. and from 8 a.m., bedding not comfortable, bathroom cleaning not complete, hair dryer old but functional, no heating in the bathroom. Disappointing breakfast, flies on the ham.

The hotel didn’t receive the payment from Expedía nevertheless I have paid it. It was not easy to contact them in the urgen y, so si paid it again at the hotel. So, I have a problem ahead when I finish my trip!!

Our room overlooked the valley with the departure of the hot air balloons in the early morning, hotel to recommend. The only downside is the slamming doors of the rooms.

Reception and services satisfactory overall. A remark concerning the sanitary facilities: you have to wait long minutes to get hot water (room 18). A remark concerning the equipment of the room: great poverty of the means of storage. There is only one chair, a 30 cm wide console and 3 40 cm wide shelves in the room! For a stay of 10 days, that's more than enough! I pointed this out to reception as soon as we arrived and was told that it was like that and there was nothing we could do about it!

Hotel ideally located to admire the rock of Rocamadour from your hotel room or the restaurant table, but also to visit the rock on foot (free parking on site). The reception is very neat, the staff attentive, the rooms very comfortable (we had booked 2).

We spent three nights in this hotel which enjoys an ideal location offering a direct view of the castle of Rocamadour. In addition, it has private parking for customers. The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. This hotel is therefore perfect for a pleasant stay. As for the restaurant, it also offers a magnificent view, hearty meals and excellent service. We highly recommend it! 🙂

Hotel very well located and well decorated. On the other hand, the reception at check-in is non-existent. Half board stay but the table was not even reserved. Luckily it wasn't high season yet and the restaurant wasn't full. Lack of experienced staff.

This is one of the best hotel stays we have ever had!! From the friendly welcome, free parking, lovely clean room, fabulous evening meal and great breakfast. the whole place is just wonderful.

Just one tiny thing - please put a safety bath mat in the bath as it is slippery when having a shower.

Room under the breakfast room. Very noisy early on morning and sometimes on the evening. No warm water for shower around 17:00 or 18:00 (2 times in 3 days). The breakfast buffet was ok but the dinner chooses were not very interesting. But the view of Rocamadour old city was astonishing

The service is quick and the presentation of the food is superb. We spent a wonderful weekend in this exotic and timeless place.

The hotel does not live up to its ambitions. Indeed, when we arrived, the room was not clean and the second day nothing to change. Regarding the restaurant, apart from the magnificent panoramic view of Rocamadour, the quality of the catering is more than average.

Excellent view from our room but... very noisy.

Under the restaurant so lots of noise from chairs and tables being moved around. Some sort of motor was whirring on and off during the night. I always take ear plugs and I ended up wearing them both nights.

We ate in the hotel on the first night. I've stayed in many Logis hotels and the food has always been good but sad to say the food here was not. Very indifferent. Overcooked fish and vegetables. The second night we ate in one of the nearby restaurants and it was very good.

A real pity as the location, staff and facilities were excellent.

I'd recommend the hotel without a doubt but would suggest ear plugs should be packed and that the local restaurants are worth checking.

We could not stay in the hotel because a medical reason prevented us from doing so. Unfortunately the incident occurred the day before our arrival and the free cancellation was no longer valid. I contacted the management of the hotel, asking for a gesture for the reimbursement of the night but I was directed to my bank insurance (very long steps of course and I do not always succeed). Reimbursement by the hotel was not possible because many cancellations due to the heat wave and loss of profits... Anyway, not very commercial, especially since I offered to send him the hospitalization report as proof. If there had been a gesture from the hotel, we would have rescheduled our stay with one night at the Belvedere, but given the circumstances, we will move on and look elsewhere.

The hotel is recommended not only because of the view, but also because of the competence and friendliness of the staff and because of the excellent food. It is the starting point for the town itself, but also for destinations in the area, for example in the Dordogne valley. It's a pity that the shower still has to make do with a curtain.

Séjour de 2 nuits en famille. Chambres spacieuses mais pas de chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), nous avons dû prendre 2 chambres séparées. Très bel emplacement à toute proximité de Rocamadour. Présence d'une piscine mais dans un hôtel proche à 200 m environ. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Petit-déjeuner correct sans plus.

Perfect location for visiting Rocamadour and walking around the region. Exceptional view from breakfast, then from the restaurant and also from the room! Very professional and very friendly staff. Room really nickel Only very small downside: if you take side "view on Rocamadour", you will be above the restaurant, therefore noisy until midnight. Extra lunch, lots of choice, top croissants! We came as a couple at the end of June. We will come back with pleasure.

Location and breakfast were over the top perfect. I did book a better room for a few dollars more but it was exactly the same as the lesser expensive room I booked for traveling companions. Pics showed sliding doors but not the case, however the price of this hotel was such a deal, I did get more bang for my buck.

An excellent hotel that I recommend for its location, its welcome, the quality of the rooms (comfort of the bedding, cleanliness, space). Strategic location to visit Rocamadour without taking the car which can stay in the hotel car park (walk down to Rocamadour in 15 minutes and return by the corniche by taking the elevator located in the heart of the village). Quality restaurant in a magnificent setting (view of Rocamadour). Vegetarians will find some suggestions on the menu. Fast service performed by attentive and efficient waiters. Very nice breakfast buffet and very good coffee. A 2 star largely at the level of a 3 star.

I would highly recommend staying for dinner and sitting on the terrace, with a beautiful view and wonderful, well priced food and beverages.
