A very warm welcome at this establishment, the staff are dynamic, and the view of the city is breathtaking. The meal is in my top 10 of overnight stays (approximately 90 per year). One minor drawback: a lack of electrical outlets in room 10.

The hotel boasts a beautiful location opposite Rocamadour. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food is excellent, and the breakfast is good. The rooms are what you would expect from a 2-star hotel.

A highly recommended hotel for visiting Rocamadur. However, I would advise informing the public on various platforms that it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. There is no elevator to access the upper floor.

A pleasant evening stopover in this hotel restaurant in a cozy atmosphere with a magnificent view of Rocamadour. A small suggestion: pay particular attention to the music playlist, which is not in keeping with the setting and which is managed by young, somewhat dissipated staff and despite relatively professional service, not very customer-centric.

We only stayed one night, but we found it to be a very pleasant hotel and very well located for visiting Rocamadour. The restaurant is also very good. We had a delicious dinner, and the views of Rocamadour from the restaurant were spectacular. Highly recommended, especially for the value.

Exceptional! The swimming pool is 350m away; it is part of the Bellaroc Hotel, and there were no problems accessing it. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

A very well-located hotel, at the entrance to the path leading to the old town of Rocamadour. Good restaurants nearby. Decent breakfast with a breathtaking view of the town of Rocamadour. The room is equivalent to a two-star hotel, it would be missing a kettle but the bedding is very good. A little noisy upstairs with the restaurant chairs constantly moving (which extends a little too much into the room...). Satisfactory stay given the beauty and proximity of the site

I recommend this hotel; everything went very well. The welcome was pleasant, and the breakfasts were excellent and varied, with something for everyone. The room was spacious and very clean. In the evening, the view of Rocamadour is superb.

We are very happy with the stay, it was correct and the staff were attentive, pleasant and professional.

Check-in was a bit difficult. A guy with a mustache, who must have been a waiter, laughed shamelessly because I apparently didn't pronounce "check-in" correctly. Another girl communicated as best she could, but she didn't explain how to get to the pool very well, and we had a hard time finding it. I don't blame her, though, because she was also a waitress. The next day, the receptionist clearly spoke several languages. The bathroom sink plugged up as soon as we used it as a stopper, and we had to bail out the water with a glass. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to speak to any of the staff. The best part was the view.

Pleasant hotel, the rooms with a view, although small, are particularly pleasant (panoramic view of Rocamadour), very good breakfast, plentiful and plenty of choice, parking is a plus. (a kettle would be appreciated) For a next stop, no need to look elsewhere.

Super hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early (before noon) in the last week of June and were due to visit the LaCave caves that afternoon. They happily provided directions to it, informed us of where the nearest petrol station was as we were in need of petrol and allowed us to use their facilities before we headed off. The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked great despite the pressure it was under at 40 degrees outside. Parking on site was much appreciated and the views from the hotel restaurant over Rocmadour were incredible. The food was lovely in the restaurant served by attentive and amusing staff. They remained in good spirits even when the electricity was cut temporarily (due to a severe storm the night before which hit the region with significant force. Despite promising "great salads all around" we never had to go with that option as the electricity came back on within 15 mins and it was business as usual. The food was delicious and the meal and drink costs and hotel room cost were great value for money given this is in one of the most popular tourist locations in France. I could not fault the restaurant or the hotel in any way. It was such a brilliant experience . The staff, who were all young, did everything to make our stay run smoothly. We will definitely stay there again.

What a friendly and professional team! The restaurant meal (we ordered half board) was an absolute bargain and beautifully presented.

Rocamadour was fantastic! The hotel has the best view of the valley! The woman at the desk the blonde was great she spoke English and was friendly. The man there was rude and did not speak english. I did not appreciate his negative attitude!

The only downside is the noisy dining room... and lots of flies... and then, when my wife orders a dish and we come with another, it's a mess...

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view. However at breakfast there were flies on the cheese and cold meats. These had no covers over the plates. There was also no staff attending to the food tables checking on suppliers when food ran out.

Beautiful location. Parking is available. The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant is excellent. Right next door, the castle parking lot (for a fee) provides direct access to the town via the elevators (for a fee). You can walk down to the center of Rocamadour via the Stations of the Cross.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for helping me organize my birthday. It was wonderful!

The weekend team tends to confuse a hotel restaurant with a pub discotheque when the bass from the kitchens and the bar resonates in the rooms just above and the waiter gives us a monologue about SACEM which is expensive, this same organization does not require you to turn up the volume as far as I know, very bad experience that I would judge by a lack of professionalism and amateurism in some cases, they went to the wrong establishment, apart from this inconvenience, impeccable cleanliness and a breathtaking view.

The downside of this hotel is mainly the noise from the rooms next door and the fairly average bedding, otherwise the restaurant is very good.

Very nice location for this hotel (opposite the village of Rocamadour clinging to the mountain. Large and free parking. Well-equipped room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. All the products are of quality: local ham, Cabécou, St Nectaire, Cake, Yogurts, gluten-free madeleines, etc. The restaurant located in the hotel is like the hotel. The dishes are very good and very well presented. We had for one Shoulder of lamb (€18) and Chocolate Dome (€9) and for the other Rigatoni with truffle (€21) and Pineapple Carpaccio (€9) + 1 glass of Cahors (€5). Everything was delicious and plentiful. We had a very nice evening and a good night in this hotel / restaurant. Thank you!

Petites chambres très comfortable avec vue imprenable sur la vieille ville. On a aussi bien mangé à son restaurant. Buffet petit déjeuner digne d’hôtels haut de gamme.

Amazing overall. Only suggestion is to try to make something about room insonorisation we were able to hear all conversations from next room (guests there were super loud though)

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had an unforgettable view of the medieval city. Since we visited in late November, and many businesses were closed, we were glad to be able to have our dinners at the hotel dining room. And we were especially glad to find that the cuisine at the hotel was very fine, without being outrageously expensive. I also appreciated the Christmas decorations and the the helpful, friendly staff. One thing that I would have liked to have had is a refrigerator in the room. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The hotel is charming, very beautiful view but it is very disappointing! Impossible to sleep because the hotel is very poorly insulated, we heard all the noises in the hotel (noises of chairs, laughter, music, television, other travelers talking in their rooms and all the noises of the road! Honestly, a hotel to avoid! But if you want to have a drink in front of the view it is a good address but do not sleep there! Oh and the toilet bowl was unscrewed so it moved when you were on it!

Everything goes very quickly, pleasant staff available, good bedding, good breakfast, paint and finish a little aging of the room and big negative point the soundproofing, we hear all the showers the toilets the doors slamming, my music in the evening, the glass thrown in the trash after the evening service. Otherwise very beautiful location very beautiful view in the morning at breakfast.

No worries but you don't have to worry about it. The hotel is the only one of our last visit (2023) but the atmosphere has changed. Invidiabile la position ma non abbiano riconosciuto nessuno della gestione scorsa; Which situation appears almost annoyance. And this restaurant also changes, it is pure with good quality, it is distant from the light of 2023. But it does not have any lift. Now that it's the first time we can do it, we still have the 2024 edition.

Nos engañaron. Al llegar a hotel Belvedere de Rocamadour, me dijeron sin aviso previo, que no tenian agua en el hotel . Vi que todas las instalaciones funcionaban, bar, restaurant , etc. Nos mandaron a otro hotel de su cadena, hotel Bellaroc, a 500 metros del Belvedere, que era de muy inferior categoria. Aquí, el trato fue correcto pero las instalaciones eran muy inferiores.
El hecho es que en hotel Belvedere alquilaron a otra persona la habitación que yo tenia reservada hace meses y nos mintieron.

Ideal hotel to discover Rocamadour over 2 days

The welcome is always perfect 😊 the table is delicious and adapted to the season. The staff always attentive. The rooms as well as the hotel decorated with taste and refinement. A pleasure to stay at Belvédère.

The hotel is well located. The bedding is good and the room is clean. The latter is very small and the insulation between the rooms is poor. The room we had was located just above the dining room terrace so it was noisy, especially since the music remained loud until 11 p.m. So our stay was average.

Great hotel but it would be nice to indicate on the reservation where the parking is. Efficient and pleasant employees. Stunning view. No sockets at bedside tables. Good meal at the restaurant but not plentiful enough.

We only stayed one night and were given what was probably the worst room available. The window looked directly onto the parking lot and was next to the back entrance. A rip-off, which is why we didn't go to the restaurant.

Good welcome and early checkin with our dogs. We travelled with friends who also had a dog. Very welcoming and good comfortable rooms and beds. Very quiet in the hotel and a lovely breakfast for 12€ each. Recommended.

Good location , excellent restaurant , also good for lunch plat de jour, very reasonable 15 euro.can sit out on the terrace for meals, perfect views. The room was small but comfortable, the bathroom was compact with a very small shower and shower curtain, not the best. Value for money certainly.

A very beautiful two-star hotel in Rocamadour located in the best position of the belvedere as its name indicates. The "view" room we booked was clean, functional and had a splendid view of the village and the sanctuary. I recommend the "half board" option. Indeed, the menu offered in this formula is nothing other than the beautiful à la carte menu. The restaurant room also offers a splendid view of the site. The breakfast, without being exceptional, is quite up to par. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly. In addition, the establishment offers private parking included in the price, which is not insignificant for visiting the site. Direct access to the site by the "pilgrim path" in 10/15 minutes, return by the elevator and the "belvedere path", a very pleasant walk. We will come back, that's for sure. Sophie and Gérard are very satisfied customers (and we know when we are not happy).

Professionals at customer service!

Overall good room and bathroom. Good restaurant but it's a shame that by reserving a table in the morning for the evening at a very specific time, we don't have a table available to us when we arrive! In fact, there was no room for us so we were given a table near the bar and too close to the neighbor next door and also very noisy at the bar (sounds of empty bottles being placed in bulk). For this reason I deeply regret the conditions for reserving a table. Nothing to say about the service I will come back because I like the Rocamadour site and this hotel for its location.

Despite a small problem when we arrived, the problem was resolved very kindly the next morning. I keep my confidence in this hotel where I have already been several times.

Nicely renovated room with beautiful view. Convenient free parking. Comfortable bedding. Good location in relation to the historic center and tourist visits. However, many negative points mean that we will not return to this establishment: - we had made a request more than 6 months before to have a room away from the dining room: we were positioned just above the dining room catering! - Impossible to sleep before 11 p.m. (noise from the dining room + the music speaker positioned under the bedroom window) - woken up from 7:30 a.m. by the incessant slamming of the door (poorly adjusted bellboy?) which also makes the rooms vibrate walls, not to mention the exaggerated movement of furniture at this time! The establishment is therefore very poorly insulated. - There are times for a drink at the bar: no cocktail service before 7 p.m.

A very well located hotel with a breathtaking view Well equipped rooms.....but very noisy in the evening with the noise of chairs until 11:30 p.m. coming from the ground floor......A beautiful panoramic restaurant room but the cuisine as a whole is no longer really up to par: the veal chuck for example. The starter on the other hand was delicious (pâté en croute). The Profiterolles dessert was a poor quality choux pastry. Too bad.....but we feel that the volume of customers is high.....and indeed a lot of traffic.....this deserves more attention in the kitchen.

Not very professional reception, a little cold. we reserve this hotel to have the possibility of access to the restaurant with a view of the Rocamadour site, and we tell you oh no it's privatized, without compensation in exchange, then you say well we reserve a place in the other room, ah no not possible everyone arrives and takes their place. otherwise generally interesting, very quiet, and if you have a room with a view of the site by night, great. it's undeniable. breakfast very good.

We are disappointed with this hotel! Room above the restaurant a lot of noise, the air conditioning did not work so very hot.. After the service, the staff played music very loudly until midnight and this every evening... We called the reception to 11:45 p.m. (Thursday 09/05) so that they turn down the music and their only response is "but ma'am, the music doesn't come from us" (I was behind the restaurant door...). In addition to being disrespectful, we are openly mocked.. We do not recommend this hotel and we will not return. We did not have the opportunity to speak with you in person because when we left, the person at reception did not ask us whether we were satisfied or not with our stay.

Too much noise coming from the restaurant located just above (incessant noise of chairs from 5 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.). Do not take rooms with a view N. 14 and N.15.

It’s a shame that we don’t offer you the room with a view of Rocamadour! Sound system in the average room...you can hear everything! Pleasant welcome but "dry" regarding the answers given..while we had lunch at midday, refusal to reserve the same table for the evening for example...

The location is excellent, there is a very nice walk towards the castle (15 minutes) and from there you can take the elevator to the Sanctuaire and into the town. My room with a view of Rocamadour was great, as was dinner in the restaurant.

My wife did not feel very well and we arrived at the hotel very early. They were so kind and found us a room where my wife stayed until we left the next morning. It was a wonderful experience and it is so close to Rocomadour. The Filet Steak for dinner was excellent.

Overall very good, perhaps a larger table and a coat rack were missing and the silicone seal on the bathtub needed to be redone. The breakfast was quality and plentiful. Impeccable welcome, very friendly.

An establishment with excellent value for money 😊. A magnificent panoramic view 😍 of Rocamadour, a pretty room with a beautiful bathroom and good bedding. Our dinner, in the restaurant with the Christmas decoration 😊, was also flawless. Impeccable training and service. Montravel goes wonderfully with homemade foie gras and chutney. What can we say about dessert, the chocolate pear finger is killer 😍. The next day, breakfast in a room bathed in sunlight where absolutely nothing is missing. Decent hotel, only downside, in the room, in the morning we hear quite loudly the noise of the legs of the chairs/armchairs rubbing on the floor of the breakfast room, when the users move them to sit at their table;

A belvedere hotel that lives up to its name, useful parking and a nice room, a little cold in December. The restaurant is also excellent with beautiful bay windows
