Modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Air-conditioned and quiet room Very pleasant, quiet breakfast room. Good value for money with plenty of choice. Very welcoming staff and good exchanges during meetings.
A little surprised to find that the hotel is in 2 separate buildings. One more modern than the other with panoramic terrace and SPA, the other older but very well renovated. For a one night stay, this can be quite understandable. Very satisfied with the stay.

Good stay in this hotel very well located with possibility of free parking nearby. Correct and very clean rooms. We appreciated the welcome on our arrival but not all the employees were as smiling. If the breakfast is good, with good products, its service must be improved by more staff presence (the dishes not refilled regularly, missing service cutlery...)

Friendly welcome, pleasant and clean room, well soundproofed. Good quality breakfast buffet. A small repair quickly carried out. During my next stay in Lons, I will not look for any other accommodation. May this level of performance continue. A simple wish: a small space behind the towel dryer will allow storage in the missing bathroom. (hence my 3 stars in the rating of the comfort of this room)

No towels in our room on arrival We had to wait 20 minutes before receiving them Although we are in a brand new room, when showering, the bathroom is almost flooded with water. Breakfast not too bad, but the citrus press is of deplorable quality. There are things missing...
Everything was very good as well as the staff who are really available. Small flat on the price ..... with a breakfast included in the stay it would have been perfect.

Just one criterion that must be taken into consideration, the pavement of the streets is quite noisy, the windows must be closed and the sound insulation is excellent.

Home not very friendly, two bath towels were missing, I managed to get one! Noise from the VMC at night, night with earplugs. Otherwise clean and modern renovated room. Decent buffet breakfast no more
