Liked · I really liked the kindness of all the staff who were smiling and always attentive. So, while the restaurant was closed, I asked for a meal tray which was immediately brought to me. The staff bends over backwards for you and always with a smile. I also appreciated the pretty spaces and the decor, and the cleanliness. The breakfast is a strong point: I have never seen, in hotels of this range, such a rich breakfast, with such a diverse selection of dishes, and of such high quality. Everything was fresh, good, and of quality, for a price lower than those of other hotels. The restaurant is similar, good cuisine, typical of the region, abundant and high quality. Really, I look forward to coming back.

Attentive staff who know how to do what it takes to make people happy. The hotel could do with a bit of a refresh. Be aware that a customer requests a room with a bathtub online and ends up with a small shower. Good air conditioning wouldn't have gone amiss.

This hotel restaurant is a beautiful establishment; it's a shame that the soundproofing of the rooms is a little limited (noise of room doors slamming, rainwater drains near the windows, sound privacy of the rooms quite low)

The wifi network was non-existent at this end of the building. The window is partially sealed, the cold and the sound of the road pass. The Friday evening buffet is of good quality, but €30 for a buffet seems high especially for those who want to eat light in the evening (just a main course and a dessert). Breakfast is OK, nothing more. Hot chocolate with water not good as too often in this type of establishment. A thermos of hot milk and individual doses of Galbana chocolate would allow everyone to make a real milk chocolate, with the desired chocolate strength. Very convenient access on the N7. This is not the first time I have come. I had room 109. Nice decoration, no noise. Good bedding, I slept very well. Bathroom partly aging (bathtub, paint).

The hotel is well located and we had a room that looked out at the back, away from the noise of the national road as we had wished, so thank you. The welcome was very courteous and friendly. But I found the corridors and the room old-fashioned. Skirting boards peeling off, damp on the windows, old heating, no soundproofing... We were woken up by several people in the corridor who were perhaps returning from a wedding or something else: without making a lot of noise, the doors slammed, the shower ran for a long time, etc. You can hear everything: The soundproofing and insulation need to be completely reviewed. Finally, the last negative point that has already been mentioned several times in the comments is that it's a shame that there is no catering on Saturday evenings. On Sundays I would understand better, but on Saturdays it's a big shortcoming.

Very nice hotel and nicely decorated rooms. The staff was very welcoming. We arrived a little late and the restaurant staff were very quick to serve us, I think they quickly understood that my little girl was very tired and needed to go to bed quickly. The bedding was good, the only downside is the soundproofing of the room which overlooks the street. But hey I booked a room on the street side with full knowledge of the facts. I also just wanted to inform you that there is a small problem with the toilet in the room which sometimes gets stuck and if you don't pay attention the water runs constantly. Overall rather satisfactory. A disappointment on the fact that having booked the restaurant, we found ourselves not in the dining room but on the terrace near people smoking. Fortunately, we were able to migrate to the breakfast room. The meal, buffet on Friday evening, was rather varied and correct (but nothing more). For breakfast, the cocoa is not up to standard otherwise, the presentation is pleasant and the whole is, again, rather varied. As for the room, it was small (and only two small bottles of water (and two glasses) awaited us for three people) The bathroom, clean (but small), does not however allow to put down a toiletry bag and hang up the towels properly. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the welcome is warm and the service pleasant. We could come back if necessary.

Excellent independent hotel. Everything is very neat and the decoration is meticulous down to the smallest detail. The general atmosphere of the hotel makes you forget the proximity of the road. The restaurant is excellent with a very good stopover formula. Very good service with attention and simplicity. I missed 2 amenities: an elevator for a heavy suitcase. And a courtesy tray so you can prepare a hot drink in your room would be welcome. We would like to see an independent, family-run hotel of such good quality everywhere. An essential stopover in the sector.

The heating was a little tight, in one of the rooms the TV was not working... (we saw it unfortunately late). The customers are not always respectful when they come home late 🙄. I warmly thank the receptionist for her very warm welcome.

We have been staying at this hotel for years and the staff is always so welcoming.
I have become accustomed to this hotel during my travels in the region, the welcome always cordial and the evening stopover always equal. The rooms are spacious, there is ample parking.
Disappointing. Bad soundproofing in the room, not practical and above all we specified when booking that we would like to have lunch a little before 7 a.m. because we have a race when we arrive we had to it is not possible and in the morning at 6:40 a.m. on the way to the car we see 10 people who have lunch. Well located, easy to access, all amenities including restaurant and possibility of in-room tea. A plus for professional travelers wanting to stay calm after a long drive. The welcoming, warm and professional welcome. Parking closed at night. The hotel being full, I got the last room with 2 separate beds, children's room type (door separating the neighboring room). It was small but very well decorated and very quiet. For a short stay and a single person, it was very good. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return there during my next professional stay, guaranteed.

Missing a kettle in the room
I arrived late Sunday afternoon and everything was dark at the entrance, everything was closed. We should have been told that all keys were presented at the counter. There was a lack of personal touch. Luckily, at 7 a.m. on Monday, a woman was busy at the counter, even if she didn't see us: at least it brought some life to the place! Thankfully, the breakfast was hearty: it allowed me to start the day with energy! Nevertheless, the bedding and the room were quite satisfactory.
