Excellent independent hotel. Everything is very neat and the decoration is meticulous down to the smallest detail. The general atmosphere of the hotel makes you forget the proximity of the road. The restaurant is excellent with a very good stopover formula. Very good service with attention and simplicity. I missed 2 amenities: an elevator for a heavy suitcase. And a courtesy tray so you can prepare a hot drink in your room would be welcome. We would like to see an independent, family-run hotel of such good quality everywhere. I have become accustomed to this hotel during my travels in the region, the welcome always cordial and the evening stopover always equal. The rooms are spacious, there is ample parking.
Disappointing. Bad soundproofing in the room, not practical and above all we specified when booking that we would like to have lunch a little before 7 a.m. because we have a race when we arrive we had to it is not possible and in the morning at 6:40 a.m. on the way to the car we see 10 people who have lunch. Well located, easy to access, all amenities including restaurant and possibility of in-room tea. A plus for professional travelers wanting to stay calm after a long drive. The welcoming, warm and professional welcome. Parking closed at night. The hotel being full, I got the last room with 2 separate beds, children's room type (door separating the neighboring room). It was small but very well decorated and very quiet. For a short stay and a single person, it was very good. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return there during my next professional stay, guaranteed.

Excellent stay, we took this hotel for the weekend due to a wedding. Very good location of the hotel, easy access, parking available. Excellent welcome, the whole team is at your service. The maids are all very warm and smiling. The very good breakfast still lacks scrambled eggs for me who likes to eat salty food in the morning. A hotel that I recommend without hesitation. Great stay at this hotel.

Nothing to report in particular, nice bedding, clean room. We had already come to this hotel in 2022 over the same period, and this year we were a little disappointed with the quality of the meals taken: a very limited choice at the buffet (shrimp, 2 salads of your choice, hard-boiled eggs and a quantity +++ of cold cuts) with the possibility of making "poke bowls", which takes away the choice from the buffet. All for a price of €19 with a main course and a dessert. Regarding breakfast, some of the pastries lacked freshness and we found the same cold meats as those from the buffet the day before with pieces of salad stuck to the slices of sausage. Also missing is the possibility of making boiled or scrambled eggs, as well as a toaster.

I have been staying occasionally at this hotel for many years. Two observations: Very often it is not possible to reserve in the days before arrival, for everything to be complete, you have to think ahead.

Non-blackout window curtains, bathtub with several chipped spots, toilet seat detached from its support, resulting in a nice surprise and a slide into the night. Room (n°103) well decorated, very suitable bedding, pillow too hard.
Always a good experience. Excellent place with very friendly staff. The restaurant has a fine chef with a generous and diverse choice of dishes. The salad buffet and breakfast are diverse and rich.
All that for a most affordable price.

It is a pity to have a hot drink dispenser in the morning, to have mold on the joints in the bathroom, the led garlands that come off towards the bathtub. the shelf facing the mirror was not straight, so the products fell to the ground. No place to put the toilet bag; The reception staff is not very welcoming (no pun intended). However, I emphasize that the decor of my room was pretty, the bed was well made and clean, the room staff very warm and attentive.

Good welcome, very good breakfast, too bad the car park is not accessible after 11 p.m., you have to go to the one above the hotel but when it rains and it is 2 a.m. and you are loaded, not practical

A room that reeks of cat urine. Impossible to sleep so much the smell takes your throat. We would have left if it wasn't for a wedding and it was 2am when we arrived. But at 6am we were in a hurry to leave.

As in many French Holtels, the bidet is missing, otherwise the stay is good and comfortable. Very polite and kind staff.

The hotel is well located on the holiday route (near the highway). The welcome is friendly, the rooms very satisfactory, the breakfast very correct. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the gastronomic restaurant which seems famous because it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Modern and pleasant common area, nice swimming pool. Good breakfast ! Decent room. Security question no possibility to access the car park from 10 p.m. until the morning. What about safety in an emergency?

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Especially in one of the two bedrooms: suffocating heat, mold on the ceiling. Finally sound insulation to review.
We spent one night at the Hotel Burnichon as it was well located on our route on the A89 after Lyon. We were very pleasantly surprised by the kindness and seriousness of the staff at reception and in the restaurant. We ate very well and the breakfast buffet is very good. Tastefully decorated.
