I stayed for just one night on September 12, 2025. The room was comfortable, as were the amenities. The hotel was very quiet and clean, located in a small, peaceful village just a few kilometers from Strasbourg and Colmar. Unfortunately, I couldn't have dinner because the restaurant was closed for the week, but based on the photos, it looked fine.

Overall, everything went well. The only difficulty was breakfast, which was only served from 8 a.m. In most of the hotels I stay at each week, it is usually served between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., sometimes as early as 7 a.m. When I booked by phone, it would have been helpful to have made this clear. As I am used to having breakfast early in hotels across France, I didn't think to ask. As a result, I had to rush it so as not to be late for my appointment, which was 30 minutes from the hotel. It's a shame, because I come to the region once a month and could have stayed with you again. Despite the generally high-quality service for a 3-star hotel, this point remains a problem for me.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located for exploring Alsace from Colmar to Strasbourg. The establishment is located in a small, very quiet village near Strasbourg. It is very clean and very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and fully functional, the bedding is excellent. The buffet breakfast is generous and complete. Parking is easy on the street in front of the hotel and free. The welcome is worthy of the establishment, special mention for the lady who takes care of breakfasts.

I was pleasantly surprised

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel, where we had a spacious and very pleasant room with a well-equipped and practical bathroom. There was also a separate toilet. The room was very clean and the large bed very comfortable. We spent two very pleasant, quiet and relaxing nights. At the restaurant, the menu was varied and the food was of first-rate quality with a beautiful presentation of the dishes: simple but very good. A recommended stopover.

I recommend this establishment for both the accommodation and the food. Very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, functional, clean, and very tasteful. The restaurant menu is very appetizing. The carefully prepared dishes are refined, delicious, and reasonably priced for the quality. We will be back 😊. And the cherry on top is that they accept dogs! The only tiny downside is the pillows, which are too hard.

As soon as you enter the reception, you feel like you're in a cocoon, a beautiful hotel establishment well run by the charming Magali. Thank you to the receptionist Jessica for her kindness and professionalism. Each member of staff was welcoming, pleasant, professional, and always with a smile and a little word for everyone. We dined at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant space is intended to be relaxed, without pretensions. It's successful and at the same time! The quality of the service is there; The cuisine is plentiful and at the same time inventive, quality. On the plate it's beautiful, and it's good! We slept very well in very comfortable bedding, the room is very well soundproofed and has all the useful equipment, in working order. The shower room is very well equipped and the toilet is separate from it. Upon waking up at the hotel, the breakfast was plentiful and varied (sweet and savory), with quality products, and it was very good. In conclusion, I recommend this establishment for absolutely any type of stay, whether as a family, as a couple, or for exploring Alsace. You will not be disappointed. The quality of the services and the products tasted is just more than adequate. This is our fifth stay here, and I can't wait for the next ones. Thank you to the entire team.

Great food, local specialties, nice ambience. Breakfast was also perfect. Room was simple but good, nice beds, clean, air conditioning. Quiet village from where you can also walk the dog or take a walk, close to the highway. In short, a great place for gourmets who want to enjoy the Alsatian kitchen (and wine) during a stopover.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Au Boeuf in Blaesheim. The quality of the welcome, the comfort of the accommodation, and the peace and quiet are all part of the experience. Added to this is the pleasure of the restaurant's cuisine.

4th visit to this establishment, charming welcome, perfect room, well equipped, just like the shower room, excellent bedding allowing a good rest after having enjoyed yourself at the hotel restaurant where the master of the place (Joël) concocts, with his team, succulent dishes. His wife, (Magali), welcomes you with her usual good humor and in the evening you find her in the dining room with her superb and very dynamic team of young waiters. The only regret is that it is 500 km from our accommodation, otherwise we would be there much more often. Congratulations and our thanks to all the teams of the hotel and the restaurant Au Bœuf. Looking forward to our next stay at Easter.

No information on the site that the hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays, you have to go to a restaurant outside the hotel which is very noisy but decent in terms of the choices offered.

We received a bongo for our wedding anniversary and often, the reviews for bongos in many establishments are not always favorable. No disappointment here! Very warm welcome, a very nice, large, quiet room with a mini bar, coffee machine, a very large shower room and separate toilet. Everything very clean. And the mattress, super comfortable. We had our evening meal at the hotel restaurant. We really enjoyed it, very good food. The breakfast is plentiful and being lactose intolerant, I was offered almond milk. I sincerely thank the boss. We stayed there for 2 nights and we will hopefully return one day.

Since Covid, I have been led by force of circumstances to find an establishment that was willing to work rather than quietly close… I discovered this accommodation and have never changed it! It's simply perfect! Don't change anything (even the price)!

A very quiet hotel with its own parking spaces in the courtyard; we had rooms 20, 21 and 22 on the 2nd floor (elevator available), with very good facilities: rain shower, safe, capsule coffee machine, very large LVD TV (the size is great!), very comfortable beds with various pillows, very well-stocked minibar (for a fee), a free bottle of water, lots of storage space, etc. The rooms are modern and very nicely furnished. Staff very friendly, quick on the move (restaurant and breakfast room). Hotel really absolutely clean and tidy everywhere. If we come back to this region, then this will be our hotel :-)

The hotel is lovely. It is easy to find, the location quiet but near the motorway. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The staff are always extremely helpful and kind. My husband is registered disabled and they always try to help me with everything, from parking the car to carrying bags.
