As often, you just need to deviate from the big city for a few minutes to find a charming little town and some welcoming hosts. The location is therefore perfect, between Strasbourg and Colmar with quick access. The street is picturesque, pretty half-timbered houses. The establishment is renovated with a very warm atmosphere. I felt good there immediately. The room ended up convincing me with its very well thought-out equipment and fittings. THANKS

Second stay in this establishment in 2022, (the first in early September, MD Belgium). My wife and I totally confirm our very positive comments from September. The establishment is simply decorated for Christmas. Cleanliness and order are required throughout the establishment. Magali welcomes you with a smile, her good humor, her dynamism and her professionalism. Room 10 (this time), was also perfect, large, equipped with all the necessary equipment. The bedding was very comfortable. On the restaurant side, exquisite dishes (quality, freshness of products and finesse of presentation). A varied wine list, with very reasonable prices. A young room manager who struggles for his customers, supported by young ladies, dynamic, responsive, and very smiling. In a word: SUPERB. We will definitely be back for Easter. Thank you to Magali, Joël and all the staff of the establishment for allowing us to spend such a pleasant stay there. MD and AN Belgium.

Whenever we can make a short stay in Alsace, it is in Blaesheim, at the hotel "Au Boeuf" that we reserve. It is a very good establishment, with beautiful spacious rooms, renovated and very clean. The bedding is of good quality. The owners as well as the staff are very attentive to the well-being of the customers. The meals served in the restaurant are excellent and plentiful. I encourage you to go there but it is better to book in advance!

I have never slept so well away from home as the bedding was so comfortable. All modern comforts are available. The breakfasts are complete, varied. Fresh and quality products and allow you to start the day well. The dishes offered at the restaurant are SUCCULENT, varied and concocted with fresh quality products. They are served to you with great care, by a staff at your service. This little cocoon is really “the right address”. We have already booked for our next stay. Congratulations again and thank you to the whole team for the irreproachable welcome and for their kindness. PS: We have been customers of your company for more than 25 years (the GRILLON hotel *** in Beaune)!

Very clean room, fully cleaned between our 2 nights. Impeccable comfort. Flat on the reception. No discussion with the staff about our stay, our weekend spent in Alsace. Conversation reduced to the bare minimum. We had to move during the 2nd breakfast, on Sunday, because the coffee ordered did not arrive. No word of apology. It also lacked the scrambled eggs and sausages seen during the 1st breakfast. No background music either on Sundays.

I have been frequenting this establishment for 10 years now at least once a year. the renovations to the rooms and the replacement of equipment are remarkable. the decoration is pleasant. the bedding still as comfortable. I noticed an improvement in the quality and presentation of the menu for the ''stopover'' evening, whose value for money is exceptional for my taste. the quality of the reception is perfectible. there are days with and days without. I recommend this establishment for the quality of the services offered in the context of the ''stopover'' evening.

It's not for your Hotel but to all those who install this type of shower, I find it very hard not to put it everywhere outside the shower. That's a shame. Nothing to worry about, we wipe off with the shower outlet. Can be provide a small door to enlarge the walls. The sinks could have a blocking system, which will avoid wasting water during shaving.

We stayed one night. We enjoyed everything, the welcome, the very clean, well-equipped room. We dined at the restaurant, a real treat, a great moment on the terrace. The rich, varied breakfast. A very good time in this hotel that I highly recommend.

The only thing we would have preferred is to have 2 smaller duvets on the King-size bed instead of one very large one. We had been expecting two single beds. The only problem with the restaurant service was one night when the staffing was too low during the early part of the dining period. This was rectified later on, though. Otherwise the staff did everything to make our stay as perfect as it could have been, and the possibility of using the Park and Ride in Strasbourg was an ideal option.

accueil et personnels très agréables dommage que le service pour le diner était un eu long car après une jour marathon aux marchés de noel nous aurons aimé moins attendre. l'attente a été largement acceptée par rapport à l'amabilité et le sourire du personnel

Nous sommes venus du 3 au 5/12/21 et avons réservé 2 chambres PREMIUM. L'accueil était parfait, le personnel à notre écoute et bienveillant même pour une arrivée tardive. Les chambres étaient parfaites, très propres et chaleureuses. toilettes séparés, SDB avec une grande douche et très fonctionnelle, lit très confortable... Concernant le petit déjeuner, prestations de qualité. Pain frais et chaud, produits maison, viennoiseries, œufs brouillés, lard, saucisses, confitures de toutes sortes etc... il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas apprécier et partir le ventre vide.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé à quelques kilomètre de Strasbourg. Bonne restauration et une équipe à l'écoute. Une adresse à retenir.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel hôtel, au calme. La chambre spacieuse, la literie de qualité, la propreté de la salle de douche et des toilettes (indépendantes, c’est un +). Le parking privé est un avantage.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'hotel au Bœuf, le personnel est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, nous avons également très bien mangé au restaurant.
La localisation est idéale pour visiter cette belle région merci!

L'hôtel ainsi que le service est plus basé sur un 4 étoiles pour un prix très abordable et j'espère bien y retourner.

Decor de la salle à manger un peu vieillaud et salle du petit déjeuner aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement

Très chouette hôtel, bien situé dans joli petit village au calme entre Strasbourg et Obernai, excellent petit dej très varié en sucré-salé, jus d'orange pressé frais, salade de fruits frais, choix de fruits frais, cake Alsacien, Kugelhopf, croissants( par contre pas du boulanger) bonne baguette fraîche et croustillante, œufs brouillés, lard ,saucisses, jambon, saucisson, fromage, noix, dattes, amandes, etc etc...tout y est! Chambres confortables, déco agréable qui apporterait encore un plus simplement en peignant les murs dans des tons beige ou taupe uni, les murs sont blancs et juste une peinture donnerait une touche de chaleur et cocooning importante à la déco déjà présente.. Literie, draps et couette qui ne demandent qu'à vous faire encore dormir et d'excellentes qualités, oreiller très bien, peut-être peu bombé pour moi! Sdb et équipements de qualité ! Bref, un Logis hôtel à recommander vivement sans hésiter !

Tout était presque bien. l'accueil et les repas excellent.
j'ai juste trouvé qu'il faisait froid dans la chambre et la climatisation ne permettait pas de réchauffer suffisamment la chambre.

Rien à redire sur cet hôtel. L'hôtel est calme, facile d'accès, avec places de parkings suffisantes. Ce dernier est bien décoré et très propre. Rien à dire sur les chambres, avec très bonne literie. Idem pour salle de bain et toilettes. Le prix vaut la prestation offerte.

Étant très difficile, je n’ai pour une fois rien eu à redire au grand étonnement de mon mari. Cet hôtel-restaurant est un excellent ambassadeur de l’accueil et de la gastronomie en Alsace. Félicitations à toute l’équipe

Salle de bain elle aussi rénovée, très propre et fonctionnelle.
Restauration de très bonne qualité (même en soirée étape), avec un très bon service.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est copieux, avec un grand choix tant en salé qu'en sucré. Très bon service encore une fois (marque de la maison).

Même si l'alarme s'est déclenchée un peu trop tôt le matin à mon gout, je continuerai à séjourner dans cet hôtel pour sa proximité de la nature et son calme. La soirée étape est remarquable et le plus jeune des serveurs m'a régalé d'un super bon mojito. A très bientôt!

Une très belle adresse à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Strasbourg. Une belle maison familiale et attentive.

Excellent hôtel avec prestations au top. Chambre très confortable avec une très bonne literie . Un plus , la table vaut le détour même en demi-pension avec menus de la carte. Des plats gastronomiques et copieux. Le personnel est très professionnel et très à l'écoute et également de très bons conseils pour les visites touristiques.

We had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The rooms are clean with a large comfortable bed. Great shower and a separate toilet. Breakfast was also good. Nice people!

Un havre de paix grâce à la qualité de la chambre et un régal pour les papilles au coeur de l'Alsace. Je vous recommande de séjourner dans cet établissement. L'accueil et le professionnalisme des équipes sur place est vraiment trés agréable.

Tout était parfait : literie confortable, belle douche à l'italienne, cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre et tv grand écran🙂

Excellent hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport.
Le restaurant (dans mon cas avec la formule soirée étape) était très bon.
Les chambres ont été rénovées de belle manière et l'équipement est ultra complet (écran télé géant, réfrigérateur, climatisation, machines à dosettes, bouteille d'eau d’accueil...)
Le parking est peut-être un peu limité mais il y a de nombreuses places gratuites à l'extérieur, à seulement quelques mètres.
Je ne vois vraiment pas de point négatif pour cet hôtel / restaurant.

Depuis quelques années pour des déplacements professionnels nous avons choisis au boeuf toujours un tres bon accueil les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées et que dire du repas du soir un vrai régal une équipe au top
