A very good hotel and excellent restaurant with great value for money. The room was clean and quite spacious. The bedding was good, although the mattresses were rather soft (it's a matter of taste; I prefer firm mattresses). The restaurant is excellent, with refined cuisine. There's a wide selection of both food and drinks. Breakfast was very good for the price (€9.00). The staff were very friendly, efficient, and competent. The town is quiet and lively, with plenty of local shops.

The hotel and its restaurant were exactly as I had hoped. The restaurant, in particular, boasts a beautifully presented menu with excellent cuisine and an impressive wine list. Aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and coffee were served in 1 hour and 20 minutes, which is very reasonable. The hotel is charming, just steps from the castle that inspired its style. The rooms are simple yet very comfortable; the bed, while not huge, is plush. The bathroom is lovely, and there's a separate toilet. The garden/parking area is very quiet, and there's private parking as well. I was looking for a hotel halfway between Belgium and Brittany, and I found it.

Decided to stay here for a weekend while my family and i toured around the dday landing memorials. This place did not dissapoint. Accommodations were fantastic. Manuel and sebastion both speak very good english and are very knowledgeable about the battle of normandy. They went above and beyond to make our weriend stay a memoriable one!
The bed could be larger than 140 cm. Otherwise, it's very nice and quiet, and centrally located. I'd be happy to stay again.

A very charming hotel in a small, quiet and very beautiful village and phenomenal location to get to know Normandy, close to the landing beaches. The staff was welcoming, friendly, attentive, highlighting 2 twins who drank a lot of wine 😂, who treated us with great professionalism and always accompanied by a smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for unusual hotel accommodation. I hope I have the opportunity to return!!!!!

Everything was great! Especially the restaurant
Perfect. One small downside is the bread, which isn't great, otherwise nothing to complain about.
This is a family run hotel and provide a friendly welcoming atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The hotel rooms are typically French but are comfortable and the beds are provided with white cotton bed linen to give a superb nights sleep. Whilst some of the rooms face a road into the village the amount of traffic is light particularly at night and didn’t bother us. The breakfast is good and of a continental style. The restaurant meals are excellent with a good choice as is the wine list. It would be very difficult not to enjoy a stay at this hotel as all the staff go out of their way to make available whatever you may need. Not to worry if your French isn’t too good as good English is spoken and with good humour. The hotel is ideally placed if WW2 beaches, museums and cemeteries are of interest. We look forward to our next visit.

An excellent stopover. Great welcome. Perfect cleanliness and bedding. Quiet room, very pretty breakfast room! The decor is a bit outdated, which for me is a charm because it's a change from the general standardization!
