Great hotel, restaurant and top-notch staff
The overnight stay rate is really too high for the quality of the hotel. The restaurant area is well decorated. The waiter wasn't very comfortable, we weren't told if he was a trainee. He didn't have a smile and didn't have the basics of a good waiter. The meal was passable, my fish dish and vegetables were practically cold. The welcome was strange, which reflects my entire experience at this establishment. The hallway is in poor condition, same for the room. There may be rooms with new carpet, a clean shower and a less soft mattress, but room 5, which may be dedicated to professionals, is really not welcoming. This room is located above the kitchen, you can feel the vibrations of the extractor hood in addition to the noise. I do not recommend this establishment.

The cleanliness of room 4 leaves something to be desired. The sides of the entrance doors and the toilets are filthy. Tested with a little wet toilet paper, the stains came off easily. 1 candy bar already started and left with the other new ones, provided... the fridge in the room does not work... Lack of privacy for the bathroom, open to the bedroom, no privacy. The bathtub has to be stepped over by at least 65cm (a workout!!).. a screen would have been appreciated. Obliged to close the curtains in the room, because they are visible from outside in broad daylight. The photo of the pretty room on Booking, does not correspond in any way to the old-fashioned room we had, and paid 90€ for!! Arrived at 6:30 p.m. in the room, no drainage in the sink, asked to see if another room of the same category was available: answer no, we are full. Wait until the next day for repair. I can understand. At the same time, I went on the booking site and 3 rooms of the same category were available. The bedside lamp never worked (no bulbs), I used my phone. And I paid the price, so thank you!….
Very disappointed with the room compared to the booking presentation. Old decor as well as mold in the shower, worn furniture. We were offered to change rooms anyway and not a commercial gesture, not even offering us coffee...

I booked on January 30 for a night on February 19: when I arrived on site, the hotelier informed me of a so-called computer failure but he did have my reservation name. He offered me to sleep at the hotel "l'escapade" 100 meters away - room 3. It was shabby: room with electric auxiliary heating presenting fire risks... dusty carpet, bathroom with mold... at dinner I saw that a large group was dining on site and going to sleep at the hotel. Would it be an optimization choice to favor the reservation of a group and direct the other individual customers to the shabby hotel l'escapade. This hotel is not worthy of being in the Logis Hotel network... looking at the reviews on your site after this experience... I should never have set foot there.
No heating in a room while it's freezing outside and a boss who doesn't even apologize. Doesn't give a bill either so we can't check the bill, made up at random because nothing was recorded the day before. Turning off the heating at night to save money to the detriment of customers is unacceptable. Result in the morning: no shower or toilet because the temperature is too low (Same for the night when we are woken up by the cold.)

Easy to find, traditional Logis. Lots of French charm.
The bed was comfortable, and the price was right when we booked. We thought the price included the buffet breakfast, but at checkout we were charged an additional 13 euros per person per day. We had numerous inconveniences: No washcloths or handtowels (we asked), no lightbulbs to replace those that were burnt out or those that flickered constantly when the lights were on (we asked), and the fan in the heater/ac unit didn’t function. We asked about WiFi, but were never able to connect to the WiFi network They gave us because it didn’t exist on our devices as a network to join. Still, the biggest issue we had was that my husband could not get into the large, stand-alone bathtub to bathe during our stay.

There was a lot of matenance issues. Such as doors rubbing and not openind properly, extracter fans not swiching off, one in the room where the shower/bath was, and in the WC a separate room (weird).
A weak Wifi signal only available in the lobby, none in the room as per advert, so misselling issue (made worse by no roaming in area).

A nightmare. Clogged sink smell of sewer, switch not fixed, nothing works, rotten door. The staff, we thought we were in a movie. Rudeness of the staff, boss, let's not talk about it. Breakfast a scam, nothing to eat, disgusting bread. Do not go to this establishment.

The rooms are not clean, the TV does not work. The hotel is abandoned. The breakfast was empty, nothing left to eat, the birds come in to eat and do their droppings. The staff is not concerned or friendly. Very, very disappointing, I will never return and will not recommend it.
We arrived at this hotel on May 17, 2024 and found that the room door did not lock, there was dust on the nightstands, cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, a unclean and dilapidated bathroom and poor bedding. Following our complaint, we were relocated to another much better room but still had other problems. Poor water drainage in the shower and no seal on the door so the water was leaking onto the floor. We only had 2 towels, one was missing for the hands and one for the floor in front of the shower. There was a mini fridge but the inside was dirty. Another couple had the same mishap as us and also changed rooms. The staff is helpless and left to their own devices because the manager is not on site.
Disappointing Easter menu. The scallop puff pastry is poorly cooked pastry. The sea bass fillets looked like those of a sardine, and the accompaniment was not worthy of the price.

Pleasant staff and rather pretty decor. My remarks apply to different rooms that I have occupied. There is a lack of furniture to place your belongings, especially in the bathroom areas. There are missing hooks and shelves. The lighting is too dark, we need more light if we need it. Especially I was cold in the morning, the heating did not turn on (room 8 especially), including in the bathroom. The curtains are not blackout enough, they let in too much light from the street at night. The sound insulation is a little insufficient too. On the restaurant side, for my taste, there is a lack of dishes other than fish or meat, and there should be light, fruity desserts (not just ice creams and cakes or creams). For breakfast, I would like wholemeal or country bread and oatmeal (but otherwise the buffet is good).

When booking through Booking.com, there was a promotion that lowered the room price. However, the difference was charged to us when we paid for the tax and breakfast the next day. Also, I had chosen a room with a bathtub, a higher category, but the bathtub didn't have a plug, so there was no added value and no acknowledgment when I pointed it out.
