etablissement remarquable, doté d'un grand parc avec les arbres magnifiques, confortable et accueillant; le personnel, comme les patrons, se met en quatre pour vous être agréable; en plus, le restaurant, en plein air, quand le temps le permet propose une cuisine de qualité;
bref une étape incontournable, à des prix très compétitifs, à quelques km de l'autoroute (sortie: Valence) dans la campagne ardéchoise.
Il serait dommage de s'en priver.

Belle propriété , beaucoup d'espaces, décoration soignée mais froide comme la chambre décorée dans les tons noirs, sans chauffage allumé à notre arrivée et salle de bains glaciale, sans chauffage permanent ni d'appoint. Et sans parler des punaises de bois dans la chambre. Ascenseur HS également. Dommage car la restauration est au top, repas délicieux et digne de grand chef, petit déjeuner copieux et produits frais.

C'est la 2eme fois que je séjourne ici dans le cadre de de déplacements professionnels. La dernière fois j'avais profité de la belle piscine et d'un très bon dîner. Cette fois ci encore, le dîner était excellent et l'accueil et le service parfaits. Les chambres sont grandes, et c'est très calme. Un - petit - bémol, il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la chambre à l'arrivée. Je reviendrai, c'est sur, lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.

Vraiment très bien, personnels souriants et agréables, le menu en soirée étape est absolument digne d un grand restaurant étoilé, le confort et la qualité de le chambre est vraiment excellent...

Très bel endroit , une chambre confortable propre même si on trouve que quelques petits travaux serait peut-être à prévoir dans la salle de bain mais sinon rien de bien important.

Magnificent property currently being renovated in which the owners are investing as much as they can. With each stay, we see the improvements. One constant: smiles and good humor. The quality of service is constant, comfort is constantly improving. As for the catering, it is at a high level of quality and remains reasonably priced. Many customers have understood this well and come back to it. Join them; you will not regret it.

Doesn't deserve the 4 stars 2 would be truer.

Perfect welcome both on the telephone before arrival, on arrival and during the stay.

The atmosphere is very nice and highly recommended as a stop to the south. Reasonable price-performance ratio, good dinner and nice breakfast.

It's a shame that the shower screen was not placed in front of the shower head - room 601. All you have to do is move the shower head...and any flooding will be avoided.

We chose this charming hotel for an overnight stay on the way back to Switzerland. Rooms were very well decorated and cosy. We also dined at the restaurant, which was really excellent and very well presented. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. To be recommended!

Please take a long time to answer questions about the equipment in your room, but you will be sure to be satisfied with it. pass the shower, refrigérateur cassé, on a small terrace with a large adossée on a haute haie, in a visible place. If you are not sure what to expect, you are not reserved, you are not willing to accept the choice.

No WIFI on the ground floor, lamp problems. We opted for a room on the first floor. Correct, but very dirty exterior window sills (gallants and cobwebs, etc.). No toilet paper holder..... Surely good will, but lack of professionalism...and commercial diplomacy...

Staff at the top. Excellent meal, dishes just hot. Room to refresh the 101. Dust. The windows are filled with cobwebs and other insects. No explanatory sheets in the room. No do not disturb cards, etc…. Tile in the bath to be reviewed. Brief shame but this establishment does not deserve 4 stars.

Wonderful stopover. The only small minus was that the elevator was out of order, which was a pity with many suitcases, but otherwise not a major loss. We will definitely come back

Disappointed Despite the welcome and setting, this hotel clearly lacks maintenance. Unusable refrigerator in the room, unrecoverable pool water line, dirty carpets to banish, very aging tennis court. Too bad, it just takes a little inexpensive work and a little work to make the place charming

A very nice discovery and a successful first experience! Everything was at the top for this evening stopover, a smile from the welcome to the service (how good it feels!), a very nice room, very spacious and super well decorated, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general, top bedding and then the big bonus to all that was an excellent dinner with fresh products! What more can I say, I would come back not only for the price but above all for the quality, a hotel now in my list of favorites!

Wonderful address for an overnight stay on the route to and from the south. Room with air conditioning, swimming pool and good restaurant with a nice terrace in a quiet location near the highway.

SIMPLY A HAVEN OF PEACE!!!

Correct reception without more. We were looking for the reception and a person from the hotel walked past us several times without ever asking us anything! At the table the waitress didn't seem to appreciate us asking to change our glasses as we finished a bottle of white wine and moved on to red wine!!!!!! Bottles at 80 € each!!!!

How can this hotel have 4 stars! We do not understand. No overall lighting in the room. Cleanliness to review. A nauseating smell as soon as the window was opened! Too bad because the park can be very pleasant and the restaurant is worth the detour.

It's a pity, everything was very good, except that we had 2 stopover packages, in which breakfast was included, but we still paid for the 2. I saw it a few days later. I sent 2 emails, with a photo of the invoice, but... nothing. It's a shame, because the staff was nice, the dinner and the rooms, very satisfactory.

Fantastic place. Close to the highway but still nice and quiet. Nice spacious clean room, nice dinner. Completely relaxed during our stopover on our way to Spain.

An impressive main house with beautiful outbuildings, large outdoor area with a very well maintained pool area, and large parking lot. Hesitant check-in upon arrival, staff was in the restaurant and prepared tables, friendly room in the main building very dark (at the back) It was possible to swap rooms and we were then on the first floor in the annexe. The room was good, size and window for ventilation excellent, there was an air conditioner on the wall, but not working, but a fan in the room. (It was also important because of the temperatures) The dust fluff was the receipt. These were not removed when the room was cleaned: the bathroom was okay, the beds were excellent, the location was quiet, with a view of the pool, we missed an elevator, but at least on the steps there were handles (steep stone stairs are okay, but with luggage and old people! not easy.) Visit is recommended, the breakfast was very good and sufficient, the dinner in the restaurant was very good and you shouldn't miss it, great. Highly recommended restaurant and recommended hotel.

Hotel that I recommend, we stopped there. Old building full of charm, very comfortable room, impeccable service, very very pleasant staff. Total decompression. A most pleasant place at the foot of the reliefs of the Ardèche. A park with magnificent trees, a very pleasant swimming pool. Room with very comfortable bedding. Very clean place. Restaurant of very very good quality and for a very reasonable price. A very welcoming owner and his team, very simple and a very pleasant atmosphere. A very attentive staff. To do again.

A real pleasure to stay a few days at the Cèdre. The staff, frankly attentive and charming, the calm and bucolic atmosphere of the French countryside, we are enchanted.

Very nice pleasant hotel. We already knew it from a trip about 8 years ago. Now it is renovated and even more pleasant.

The hotel is well located near Valencia. The setting is very pleasant and we appreciated the welcome and the exchange with the manager. The room we got was good for a stopover but given the very pleasant location with a large garden, swimming pool, terrace ...., slightly more upscale rooms would be a plus for a weekend in a relationship with.

The hotel staff were superb but the hotel and room weren't great. Over the years, they were losing ground and needed upgrading. The kitchen staff were good and the breakfast plus dinner were very good.

Very pleasant site, very welcoming staff and owners. The restaurant is of good quality. Very good value for money. To do again in the summer!!!

The exterior appearance is poor, lacking TLC.
The room for a superior was small and v cold. No bath plug and no heating in the Bathroom.
Food in restaurant average and not worth the charges.
The 4 star rating requires reviewing.

This hotel could be but is not a wonderful place to stay, The buildings have great character but maintenance is shabby or lacking. For example, the elevator is not available to guests (if it even works) leaving a guest to manage luggage on a narrow stairway without a hand rail. The stairway carpet is frayed and faded in some places. Lights in the stairwell were often off--it's dark! The dining room is overheated, even in late October. Food served was all right but not gourmet, dinner much better than breakfast, which is not a buffet. In the room. an empty minibar refrigerator was unplugged and the socket broken. I moved the refrigerator and plugged it to another electric socket, It made noise but did not cool. Staff was apologetic and friendly.

Another great stay at Le Cèdre de Soyons. You feel comfortable, the rooms are very large and all have a different atmosphere. The cook is just extra! I definitely recommend!

In the bedroom, the television is placed parallel to the bed and not facing the bed: impossible to watch television in bed. some lamps in the room don't work. The meals served are of poor quality. some chairs in the restaurant are worn down to the tearing of the covering.

Room on 2nd floor, elevator behind curtain, not in use. (That's a shame with 2 suitcases to drag. Dinner was great and makes up for it.

Great welcome. It just lacks small bottles of water and small single-use toilet accessories found in 3-star accommodation. But otherwise it's perfect.

The handle of the bathroom window in the bedroom in the annex building on the ground floor did not hold.

We had a lovely evening and ate very well in the restaurant. Elegant and tasty cuisine. The swimming pool is very pleasant. The room was quite comfortable and well decorated, but the bathroom could really do with updating. In general, the hotel lacks maintenance (ex: ceiling of the veranda covered with leaves, stained carpet...). Note that the hotel does not meet the criteria of a 4 star on many points either, and we were very surprised. So that's a mixed review.

Easy booking, pleasant spacious and quiet room. Excellent evening menu, very carefully priced. Breakfast served at the table ok. A bit of repair on site is necessary and at the level of the swimming pool whose appearance is average.

A night spent in this beautiful place with a satisfactory welcome, attentive staff. Very pleasant setting despite its location which, at first glance, does not seem exceptional. Two remarks for the attention of the managers: the lack of sockets in the room (the fridge-bar could not be plugged in...) and the TV: its impossible orientation in the direction of the bed because of its mounting on the wall does not not allowing it. However: a single chair in the room (11) is too few. Nice place, I recommend

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, komfortabel, Lage, Einrichtung. Leider schlecht unterhalten, zahlreiche Mängel: Zimmer nicht gut vorbereitet. Lampen und Fernseher ausgesteckt, kein Lichtschalter beim Zimmereingang, keine Fernbedienung zu Klimaanlage, kein Schlüssel zu Safe, nur ein Bademantel für zwei Personen, Kühlschrank defekt, im Bad keine Amenitys (4 Sterne!), kein Duschvorhang in der Badewanne, kein WC Rollenhalter, defekte Lampe. Schöner Pool, leider ohne funktionierende Dusche! Restaurant niemals Cuisin soignee et plats raffinees, schlechtes Essen, bemühte, aber hilflose Bedienung, wir waren sehr enttäuscht! Wo war der Maitre Restaurateur??? (wenigstens waren Käse und Wein anständig),
Frühstück dann sehr sympatisch, hat uns gefreut!

We loved the decoration of the room, the very fine main course and dessert dinner, the swimming pool and the kindness of the welcome. A stopover night for us, we will stop there again with pleasure.

This is an excellent hotel. a few small improvements should be made to fully justify the 4*. The bathroom, apart from the bathtub, had no courtesy items that one would expect in a 4*. The television was mounted on a wall parallel to the bed. The fixing system did not allow the position to be oriented. However, the bedding is excellent. The hotel grounds are a real marvel.

Very nice park, very good cuisine only downside the supplements of 4 € for 2 dishes from the menu which gives us a menu at 39 € instead of 31 € it's a shame for a 3-star establishment more although with supplement €4 foie gras was served sparingly (less than 1 cm thick) a few euros more on the menu would be more appreciated. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Our room overlooked the back of the building with a view of the roof of a building with a house just in front of the windows you had to be careful and close the curtains to maintain privacy.

Great time!

Rather disappointing ... the place is pleasant, our room not intimate at all, since the windows overlook a passing path and the vegetable garden, you have to close everything to be in privacy. Bedroom doors slamming making terrible noise, impossible to read in bed as no proper bedside light. No soap in the bathroom (shower ok, but washbasin cabinet: nothing, we bought hand washing,) and especially on the evening of the first day our room was not made. (we were told that "we didn't see you leave so we didn't dare enter the room..") in short, therefore, wet towels in the evening of the day's hike. Very questionable bathroom hygiene with not clean places. the staff - apart from the boss has a questionable sense of humor - is friendly, efficient, polite and attentive. We liked the breakfast. The evening meal and the kitchen are rather industrial, not interesting. slate with products planned in advance and if it's correct it's not a good experience, and in any case much too expensive. We had the impression of a very impersonal place and not at all in the spirit of Logis. the dining room is borderline gloomy.. the large veranda in gray lacks charm, everything is very "highway exit" type despite the beautiful Cedar and the greenery.. no charm Never again
