A beautiful, characterful hotel in the heart of a quiet, wooded area. The excellent welcome, the possibility of covered parking, the comfort of the room, the kindness of the staff, the abundance of the breakfast, the exceptional group meal (there were about forty of us!), everything made this stay a very beautiful experience.

The hotel's location is very convenient when traveling by car, with free parking, in a quiet area yet close to the city. The reception is not open all the time, it is best to inquire in advance for arrival and departure. The person was very welcoming and available. Large and clean room with a regional style, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The room has a safe but you have to ask at the reception for its use, unfortunately no minibar or courtesy tray. The nights are very quiet. The room has air conditioning that worked well, with a setting to reduce the ventilation and therefore the noise at night. Flat screen TV with TNT. Good overall impression and very good value for money at 100 Euro per night. I did not use the breakfast, the Wi-Fi or the pool during this 2-night stay.

Very old hotel, especially in the bathroom, single-glazed window and curtain in poor condition!! Cobweb and spider, insects that can enter the room, dead insect in the room but otherwise the evening meal was very good. But the same menu offered 2 days in a row and probably all week long but the worst is the breakfast which is not a buffet.....no eggs and always the same meal offer for breakfast...taken in the evening stopover by a colleague but we will not return. Perhaps suitable for those nostalgic for the 2000s...

This is not my first stay and the quality is always there whether in terms of welcome, service, careful catering (beautiful before being good), perfect bedding. The only point if I can suggest an improvement is the light if you want to read in bed.

I usually stay at the Hôtel du Cèdre in Soyons, and each visit is a real pleasure. The welcome is always warm, thanks to the managers who are exemplary in their kindness and professionalism. The restaurant and breakfast are simply excellent. The cuisine is tasty, prepared with care and creativity, a real treat every time! Charlotte is a gem: smiling, competent and ultra professional, she contributes to the pleasant and refined atmosphere of the establishment. The rooms, for their part, are tastefully decorated. Every detail is thought out to offer comfort and elegance, and it is always a pleasure to stay there. It is a place where I return with pleasure and that I recommend with my eyes closed. Thanks again to the whole team for these perfect moments!

First visit, booking through the Logis platform. I arrived late in the evening, so I was unable to have dinner as planned, but the staff were very understanding and made me feel very welcome. The decoration of the rooms is very pretty. Very accessible from the motorway while being quiet. Very nice terrace which must be very pleasant in the summer in the shade of the cedar!

Below is a comprehensive review, without any animosity or disappointment, with the eyes of travel professionals and with the aim of further improving the services of this 4-star hotel. Excellent impression of the setting and the calm. The welcome could be more personalized. In the main building, room 101 which had been assigned to us is to be avoided, like 104, 201 and 204 because they overlook sheet metal roofs at the back. At our request we were kindly changed to 102 which offers a very beautiful view of the terrace and the cedar, like 103, 202 and 203. In the room, excellent bedding, good soundproofing, efficient air conditioning. On the other hand, contrary to what was announced, no Canal plus (but we don't have it at home either, so not a problem for us). The mini fridge has to be plugged in and the safe doesn't have a key (maybe you have to ask for it?). The marble bathroom is clean, spacious and well equipped with the exception of a toilet paper holder, a tiny detail in itself but in a 4-star hotel. Throughout the hotel, the choice of colours, mostly grey, brown, black and their combinations is... unusual. For the catering: very high quality and fresh food, beautiful presentation. On the other hand, only a 3-course menu with a few options and supplements. No possibility of taking one or two dishes from a menu, no cheese platter or local cold meats (we are in Ardèche after all). The service is diligent and fast for everyone, discreet for some, smiling for others, but a little too brasserie for others. A 4 star is a whole and the service in shorts surprised us. Good point on the other hand for having responded with kindness to our request for a personalized birthday dessert. For breakfast, even if it is more than abundant, it is a shame that the buffet formula is not offered, as well as the possibility of having it on the terrace like dinner. What an undeniable plus that would be. Once again, this review has no other purpose than to help our guests to make their establishment even more qualitative, for which they go to great lengths.

Le parking gratuit à l'intérieur de la propriété est très apprécié.
De plus, nous avons soupé au restaurant et avons vraiment aimé la qualité et la présentation. Nos repas et desserts étaient délicieux. Je recommande fortement cette endroit.

Beautiful restoration, limited menu but quality and freshness at the Rdv Pleasant swimming pool, shame that one cannot drink refreshments there. The bathroom is aging (black joints, rust ...) Our room was available for cleaning between 9:30 and 14:00, but they did not have time to do it.

The staff and the welcome are very adequate. However, I expected much better for a hotel displaying 4 stars ... Indeed, I was surprised by the lack of maintenance of the whole, at the level of the swimming pool (dirty liner), refrigerator in the room not working with wall socket coming loose as well as the one on the bed side, shower wall seal in very poor condition, cobwebs and dust on the headboard adding to it ... The whole building gives this impression of "shabby", it's a shame and especially in my opinion not worthy of a 4 *. Moreover, the cuisine is good value for money.

Good choice for a short stay while you’re on the road. Engaged team, nice garden, good beds, clean rooms. But the hotel would need a make-over, should be more carefully renovated. Too pricy for the contemporary standard. Strange smell in the rooms due to humidity.

On my journey from Munich to Barcelona I got to know this small, charming hotel and really enjoyed the wonderful pool and dinner outside on the terrace. After a delicious breakfast I drove on. My car had a very special, secure parking space in the former tennis hall.

The hotel, located in lush greenery, offers a very pleasant and relaxing setting. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the whole is of impeccable hygiene. The swimming pool is necessarily a plus, especially since the managers of the establishment do not limit the times in its use (of course, as long as it is done peacefully and with respect for travelers).

Da un albergo 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più. Abbiamo trovato macchie sulle lenzuola e su un asciugamano. Nel bagno macchie di muffa nera. La porta d’entrata era sgangherata. La colazione faceva pietà: parigino scaldato, croissant non cotti e mollicci, succo era caldo e il caffè faceva letteralmente schifo. Non parliamo del prosciutto ( 2 fette di un cm. di scarsa qualità). Formaggi 4 pz. Passabili. Di certo non torneremo. Tutto lo stabile poco curato.

Excellent stopover in this hotel, excellent bedding and a meal taken under the cedar tree in the garden. The welcome is warm and welcoming.

Although the room and its bath room are somewhat dated the whole experience was very well even the leather curtains (was a first for me) did their job. 3-course dinner was excellent together with a very good wine list. Breakfast was as expected. The staff is efficient and very friendly. Overall a good hotel for a stay when you are going more south.

Unworthy of a hotel claiming to be a four star. Just deserves two stars. General impression of lack of care. Disastrous room equipment (insufficient number of towels, two hangers for all equipment, ceiling light not working, absence of toilet paper holder, bathroom electrical outlet coming out of the wall, shower head holder not holding, mold on the bathtub, insufficient shower soap, general cleanliness questionable). No breakfast buffet. To top it off, pot of milk spilled by the waitress at breakfast on our clothes, without apology from management. Hotel to avoid, misleading classification.

Beautiful property, lots of space, neat decoration but cold like the room decorated in black tones, without heating on when we arrived and freezing bathroom, without permanent or additional heating. This is the second time I have stayed here for business trips. Last time I took advantage of the beautiful swimming pool and a very good dinner. This time again, the dinner was excellent and the welcome and service perfect. The rooms are large, and it's very quiet. One - small - downside, it was not very warm in the room on arrival. I will definitely come back during my next visit to the region.
