2 heures après avoir réservé cet hotel, nous recevons un appel nous indiquant un problème informatique. Notre chambre a déjà été vendue; nous n'avons donc plus de chambre pour le soir et sommes déjà en route!
La personne nous indique que par précaution, pour éviter d'être débités, il faudrait que l'on retourne sur le site pour annuler notre réservation! Je lui ai précisé que c'était elle qui annulait, et non moi, et que c'était à elle de faire le nécessaire d'autant qu'il fallait que je retrouve un hotel au plus vite. Le seul qu'elle m'ait indiqué était 2 fois plus cher!!!

Responsable de la réception dynamique et à l écoute du client veilleuse de nuit service petit déjeuner également
Point noir le parking qui est indiquer gratuit mais qui enfin de compte est ds la rue pour avoir réellement une place de parking on vs demande 16 € la nuit
Très belle vue mer imprenable pour cette chambre néanmoins un peu petite . Style art déco élégant mais il manque peut être un cadre dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. Incontournable, La terrasse accessible au dernier étage est superbe avec vue à 360°
