Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although we are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to make a few clarifications.
The set menu always includes three courses , two of which were appetizers that our head waiter suggested, but which you declined as they didn't suit you. He then presented you with the two daily specials , as he does for all our guests, but unfortunately, you didn't like them either.
Regarding the meat, the hanger steak served as part of the evening meal plan is portioned at 160g , in accordance with our standards. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, you were seated in the historic lounge , which is indeed the only area of the restaurant where the connection is less than ideal. Had you informed us of this at the time, we could have moved you to a room with better coverage.
Our head waiter tried twice to offer you alternatives to meet your expectations, without success.
We sincerely regret that you were not satisfied, especially since 8 of the 9 overnight guests served that evening expressed their complete satisfaction.
