Immaculate bedroom bathroom & toilet.Comfortable bed & a great restaurant. The steak was well cooked & delicious. I had trouble getting in to the car park, as I didn't realize the entrance was on the street behind My fault.Covered parking excellent.

Overall no worries. However, two invoices were made and withdrawn of course. A reservation for 2 people therefore a double bed. The other 3 people and 2 beds, for us that makes us 119.80 +87.00 the room costs us a lot. I hope that it will work out, but I am very unhappy

I should have arrived at 9 p.m. maximum according to the time indicated on the reservation site but could not before 9:30 p.m. The hotel manager told me there was no problem. But the best part is the fact that he called me back, while I was on the road, to ask me if I wanted to eat. Frankly, I didn't expect such kindness. Thanks again to the staff who stayed a little longer because of me!

Quite sad room, no picture on the wall and freight elevator instead of elevator. The doors slam loudly. We had already come 2 years ago and came back because the strong point of the establishment is its welcome in the restaurant, and the quality bedding. The rooms are large.

Beautiful hotel with good services. I arrived by motorbike which I parked in a closed garage located in the car park which is also closed by a barrier, therefore protected from possible theft or damage and from bad weather. I dined at the restaurant with an excellent filet d'Aubrac with truffade and cheese platter. It didn't take much to have a great night's sleep. The staff is very friendly and makes you want to return even just to the restaurant.

The room itself is quite correct with good bedding, practical shower, a hair dryer may be missing the room overlooking the street is a bit noisy, the front door is heavy and the elevator is complicated to access. use (you have to keep pressing the button of the desired floor)!!!! Bizarre but the main negative point is the breakfast. Unfriendly room, covered not very clean. there is mostly sweet, the bread is not fresh, the milk and raw ham are even placed on a table when they should be in a refrigerated cabinet... Orange juice not very tasty. Few choices in teas. Area really has improved.

Room without character and without curtains other than simple curtains... In addition, the window open at the end of the evening, guarantees an inopportune participation in the conversations of the restaurant's companions and, more seriously, a sharing of their cigarette smoke... More only an inconvenience, a defect. Common areas on the verge of hideousness, the dining room resembling more of the refectory. Excessively salty dinners. Very average breakfast, dated Sunday bread, tables cleaned on demand and in series... You can certainly live at the Hôtel de l'Europe, fairly representative of an unpretentious French hotel industry.

Hotel with a good location and a free, large parking lot in front. Unfortunately only one chair, small desk, good bed. No luggage rack. Every shower floods the bathroom. There's still a little more to it.

Lots of little things to improve. Nothing to put down your suitcase, no hair dryer, unsuitable shower curtain, bedroom window above the trash cans. Average catering, flavors to do with the cook. Warm breakfast orange juice.

The hotel is very well located although it is difficult to park despite the many spaces. Comfortable and pleasant rooms. The catering and the breakfast are of a very correct standard. In the center of the city this hotel allows the discovery of the city of Marvejol. Recommended for those who want to explore this place because it is close to tourist sites such as the "Wolves of Gévaudan" or the Château de la Baume.

A very nice hotel in a charming hamlet, with good access to the vineyards for walks. Ideal for our purposes for an overnight stopover heading south.we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant.

We spent 1 night eating in the restaurant in the evening + breakfast. Very hearty meals and quality products. Very clean and comfortable room, no noise at night. Very friendly welcome, very kind and efficient staff. Perfect stay! Only downside: very small shower!

Eating well, room normally at 60€, counted 70€, stopover evening but eating à la carte so paid more for the meal and a beer at more than 100€, expected a lot less... soft mattress, bathtub... I love the hard mattresses, a shower, but it doesn't matter and I hadn't said anything... the reception and the service in the evening were really good...

Dinner was excellent, for a basic hotel ( I was travelling alone) it was clean and had a hot shower.

It was a really great stay that we had in this hotel. The reception is exemplary. It is warm and full of benevolence. Also the restaurant is more than perfect. Everything is delicious and the portions are generous. We will return as soon as possible with great joy.

Good overall

Home more than average, a key handover without giving information on the operation. The person was in a hurry to leave yet arrived before 6 p.m. Room with unvacuumed carpet, dirty toilet floor. For an evening meal, the presentation of the very basic dishes has nothing to do with the photos on the site. And to crown a boorish boss who said the latter euphoric and overexcited (Halloween): "I do what I want, I'm the boss". Deplorable service close to overturning the dishes on the knees. Non-compliant invoice, have counted twice the room reserved by card and requests payment at the end of the stay (the eyes shine at the sight of cash) FLEE not honest

We were perfectly welcomed on our arrival and totally at our disposal when taking the evening meal. Meal which was also excellent! Marvejols is a very pretty village which adds to the quality of the ideally located establishment.

Very satisfactory overall, we are comfortable there and appreciate all the services offered as well as the friendly staff, we choose it because it meets our expectations.

I find the shower a bit small. Otherwise RAS.

Beautiful building, well located. Friendly welcome. Rooms and bedding are comfortable. The spacious bathrooms have been renovated. We rented two rooms through Booking.com, as a stopover, and we would have liked to be informed that a carnival had set up across the street. Impossible to sleep before one o'clock in the morning.

The welcome from Gilles and his entire team is a significant asset. I was delighted to stay at his hotel and dine at the restaurant. The dishes are generous and tasty. Thank you Gilles

On our arrival, the hotelier welcomed us very kindly and gave us efficient information on where to park our car. The room for 3 people was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. The whole being arranged intelligently, we could operate in a practical way in this very bright and pleasant space. The waiters in the restaurant were very accommodating regarding our baby and the meals offered were of very good quality. Short stay, but to be redone.

The manager is a little too hasty (lack of staff?) and we had the feeling of being completely transparent, especially when paying the restaurant bill Damage Satisfactory services overall

The staff was very busy with restaurant service. After ten minutes of waiting at the reception, a few seconds were devoted to us to check our booking reservation and give us the key to the room. This did not correspond exactly to our request and had 3 single beds instead of a large bed for the parents and a single bed for the child. But tired and wanting to go to bed quickly, we didn't comment.

The hotel is well located however, it was very very hot in the rooms, we had to open the windows except that with the fairground right in front of us, we had a lot of trouble sleeping in the morning also with the noise of passersby.. The bedroom door refused to close and there was a bad smell in the bathroom, for the price we also didn't expect something perfect, so overall it's still good, the staff should give more information on arrival (departure time, practical information, etc.) Thank you all the same to them.
