Everything was very good and at a good price.

A perfect stopover in Gévaudan on the way to our holiday destination, close to the A75 motorway. The rooms are spacious and clean, very quiet, but a little dated (squeaky shower curtain and closet door, creaking bedding). The staff is very welcoming and friendly; you can hear laughter, and you can tell they enjoy working together, which makes for a very pleasant service. We had dinner there; the local cuisine was excellent and plentiful—a real treat! It's a shame the dining room decor is a bit cold.

Very pleasant hotel, we were on a motorbike and we were very well received. They showed us a space in their garage. The restaurant was sublime, especially with the Bastide menu.

Very friendly welcome, the large room is adequate even if the bathroom deserves to be renovated. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is generous and good. Hotel located near a parking lot and close to the city center. On the other hand, the manager was unpleasant, probably annoyed by the reprimand given to one of her employees in front of the customers...

Very satisfied with all the services. The bedding needs to be reviewed for room 7: the box spring needs to be changed because it creaks a lot. Hairdryer not available in the room. No mineral water in the room. A plus for the catering. A very professional welcome, kindness and availability.

Hearty breakfast, pleasant staff, ideal location. Housekeeping needs to be improved and the hotel is a bit noisy when people are eating outside.

In addition to a well-maintained and clean room, the restaurant offers a menu at more than reasonable prices, with quality and generous dishes.

I have never seen such a bathroom, a so-called shower cubicle with walls that come up to the waist and doors that close badly, so flooding in the bathroom which is made in my opinion for people with reduced mobility given the folding seat hanging in the so-called cubicle!!! No air conditioning and a simple small fan for three people, more than 30° when we arrived in the room and we stayed there for two days. As for the restaurant, the meal was excellent as was the service but it is a shame that it was tarnished by an invasion of wasps and this at all the tables around us and please, put fresh water on the tables in the middle of summer when the customer arrives and not 1 hour before!!!

Very welcoming, attentive, and approachable staff. The hotel offers pleasant rooms without unnecessary frills, therefore efficient. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The bathrooms (shower and toilet) are clean. Regarding the food, the breakfast is varied. The hotel has a restaurant for lunch and dinner: high-quality dishes, extremely good and served in a "traditional" manner which adds a pleasant effect. In fact, in this hotel, you are welcomed "like at home" when you return after several months.

This is a great budget option with warm welcome and generous hosts. Food was tasty and plentiful. Room was clean and perfectly ok for the price but we arrived in a heatwave and would have welcomed air conditioning.

Situation good parking good but no need to
pay the €5 for private parking. Hôtel needs refreshing seemed a little grubby. Lift is really a joke , even the staff aren’t sure how to use it. This is a major fault especially if you’re not on the ground or 1st floor. Problematic particularly for elder people with luggage. Breakfast a disappointment. The food should have been covered as there were flies in abundance.No night noise from the restsaurantbut it really had no ambience and looked scruffy

When we first made this reservation i requested a room with easy access as i have very poor mobility , my request was acknowledged .When we checked in Reception did not want to know anything about it and told us that there was only one room available located on the top floor and at the end of a corridor , no consideration given to our request .Made for a difficult stay .

Everything is perfect for the price but nevertheless 2 points of improvement: - carpet of the entrance of the room to be changed because stained (probably water leak from the bathroom). By the way a suggestion: put instead at least laminate flooring as seen in other rooms than ours because it is more hygienic) - Only one shower towel for the couple, but it is more pleasant to use a dry towel. And the towel holder would benefit from being away from the toilet bowl

It is with great pleasure that my family and I discovered this establishment, we note this good address, impeccable welcome, even with an arrival after 11 p.m., very appreciable! A downside because it was very cold in the room, and the shower curtain deserves to be changed, which moderates the general rating, but will not prevent me from coming back.

Clean and well located hotel on 3 floors. The only small downside to report is that there is no elevator but a freight elevator as a replacement, for people who cannot easily climb stairs. To be taken into account when booking because it is not very practical to use. Otherwise the rest is perfect, as for the restaurant the menus are excellent and the quantities very generous. Very pleasant staff.

Very nice spacious room, very clean. Hotel well located on a square near the historic center, while being quiet at night. Decent restaurant, good value for money although a little too copious. Varied breakfast at a reasonable price. If I return to Marvejols, I will stay in this hotel.

The Hotel de l'Europe in Marvejols is a stopover that we recommend. The welcome is very friendly. Our room was clean, simple but very correct (separate toilets and renovated bathroom). We also had dinner there and it was a very good time. Impeccable service and quality meal, very plentiful and above all very good. Do not hesitate to ask for advice to visit the Tarn gorges, the owner knows the unusual places to see. A stopover not to be missed.

Very friendly staff, however the comfort of the room is minimalist. Ex: double bed room with only one bedside table! Only two pillows and you have to ask if needed. Come for the excellent restaurant.

Immaculate bedroom bathroom & toilet.Comfortable bed & a great restaurant. The steak was well cooked & delicious. I had trouble getting in to the car park, as I didn't realize the entrance was on the street behind My fault.Covered parking excellent.

Overall no worries. However, two invoices were made and withdrawn of course. A reservation for 2 people therefore a double bed. The other 3 people and 2 beds, for us that makes us 119.80 +87.00 the room costs us a lot. I hope that it will work out, but I am very unhappy

I should have arrived at 9 p.m. maximum according to the time indicated on the reservation site but could not before 9:30 p.m. The hotel manager told me there was no problem. But the best part is the fact that he called me back, while I was on the road, to ask me if I wanted to eat. Frankly, I didn't expect such kindness. Thanks again to the staff who stayed a little longer because of me!

Quite sad room, no picture on the wall and freight elevator instead of elevator. The doors slam loudly. We had already come 2 years ago and came back because the strong point of the establishment is its welcome in the restaurant, and the quality bedding. The rooms are large.

Beautiful hotel with good services. I arrived by motorbike which I parked in a closed garage located in the car park which is also closed by a barrier, therefore protected from possible theft or damage and from bad weather. I dined at the restaurant with an excellent filet d'Aubrac with truffade and cheese platter. It didn't take much to have a great night's sleep. The staff is very friendly and makes you want to return even just to the restaurant.
