Hotel well located in a quiet area, easy to park, no elevator so a little difficult to access the second floor with luggage ... Our request for a room with a shower was granted. And with an upgrade we were able to benefit from a small terrace. We will return without hesitation with pleasure to this establishment.

The rooms are well appointed, a few additional coat racks at the entrance would be welcome. We had a pleasant stay.

This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. It is a quiet hotel because it is far from the beach and the city center. Small criticism: the rooms are pocket handkerchiefs as well as the bathroom. It's a shame, luckily we only stayed there for one night.

A hotel located in a very pleasant and particularly quiet setting. Ideal for relaxing over a weekend or longer. We will undoubtedly return to this hotel and we will recommend it. One small downside for me: we were on half-board and the evening meal was much too copious for me but excellent!!!!

Excellent establishment in a quiet and beautiful setting, close to the city center on foot. We were on bikes, there is a shed to secure them. The staff is attentive and available. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is also comfortable and well insulated. We stayed at this hotel twice during the week and also had dinner. The chef offers a menu with 2 choices of starter/main course/dessert. It was delicious. We will recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Our room connected to another room through a door and we could hear the people in the other room as if we were there with them. The breakfast and staff were top notch.

The hotel environment is very quiet and it is ideally located. The menu changes daily and is always delicious. Bravo to the chef, friendly service! The room cleaning was very well done. Thank you to the cleaning team. Too bad the hotel is a bit vintage and needs refreshing: the chairs on the veranda need replacing, some broken tiles need replacing on the terrace at the entrance. There is an unmaintained mini golf course and a pétanque court that was not offered to us. Some walls need painting. An outdoor area a little more comfortable than white plastic chairs would be ideal.

The welcome was perfect, the staff pleasant, the bed large and very comfortable. For the rest, it was disappointing: room with balcony which is in fact a very small balcony. The price of the room suggested a little more space and perhaps a courtesy tray. The restaurant was good, but nothing more. We had the daily menus on both evenings of our stay. We could have hoped for the price of half-board even if we hadn't booked in advance, but no, full price! In fact, after a wonderful stay in Arvieux (Alps) in a Logis hotel, we expected to have the same standard, especially since the price was higher.

Everything was good except for the rather light breakfast for 13 euros and no working coffee machine. The worst thing was asking for tea at 10 p.m. when I got home and paying an extra 3.50 euros for a bill of 155 euros for the night. It's a shame

We found this accommodation for 4 people (2 adults - 2 children) for the July 14th weekend at the last minute with a very affordable rate for the services and location of this hotel. We will be happy to return.

We appreciated the calm, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. A downside for the room: we had booked a superior room with a terrace at a high price. We were very disappointed by the narrowness of the enclosed "terrace" which deserves neither its name nor the extra charge. Remarks to further improve the breakfast: work on the baking of the pastries (sometimes overcooked, sometimes not enough), offer category 0 to 2 eggs (3 for the moment = battery farm), offer some variations from one day to the next. We will probably come back but in a room with a balcony! Thank you for this stay

This hotel is a real gem!... Located in a quiet area on the edge of Biscarosse beach, the careful soundproofing of the rooms adds to the feeling of a "haven of peace". No parking problem, except that shaded spaces are rare. The equipment meets our expectations and the separate toilet is a rare luxury in this category, as is the Italian shower. Finally, I would like to point out the quality of the welcome and the friendliness of all the staff, well above the usual standards. Breakfast is classic with savory/sweet and, surprise, another luxury with the possibility of making orange juice with... real oranges!... In short, happiness for a stay that we will not forget...

It's wonderful to meet only staff who are happy in their work and who share their work with their customers. We encountered nothing but attentiveness, kindness, and availability. The location is a plus, both quiet and close to the beach, shops, and walks in the pine forest.

Very small superior room, impossible to go into the bathroom with the toilet door opposite. The terrace looks more like a storage room, it must be 1.5 m2. Stop saying it's a terrace!!! Very cold welcome. Restaurant only inside, decent meals apart from tough and cold beef. And this is the first time in a lodging (and I've been to dozens) that you are asked to pay for the room as soon as you enter reception and quickly pay for your meal as soon as you finish; you never know!!! I will never come back. One of the worst hotel lodgings;

Minus side, not really convenient for the beach despite adverts. Nothing in the bathroom like body lotion for example, no bottled water, no coffe making facilities. The waiter was rather abrupt and we did not enjoy being lectured about taking care with red wine in our bedroom, we are not children. I think if he could have prevented us from taking the bottle to our rooms, he would have.
So a lovely hotel but we will not return.

During our training the room we immediately noticed a particular meditation the sheets were damp to the touch the towels also we warned the reception who told us that it was the humidity following the use of the shower by both of us. She then moved to the room and noticed that the floor was wet did not wipe with towels changed the sheets and also the towels, ran the air conditioning for about 2 hours until we returned to sleep. The sheets and towels were always a little damp to the touch. On the other hand the breakfast is excellent in this hotel.

Ring the door to the receptionist's sign and leave it in the smallest possible inconvenience if it succeeds...appoggiando lo zainetto sul letto si è aperta e rovesciata una intera bottiglia d'acqua inzuppando piumone e lenzuola...signalato il guaio,la signora in minute detail and with great kindness has resolved the problem of cambiandoci tutte lenzuola and il piumone bagnato!!! Effective and kind!!! Grazie!!!

The hotel facilities are adequate and the accommodation was quiet during the time we went (second half of September).

We already knew your establishment because we stayed there in 2022. In 2023, we left it a little late and were unable to get a reservation. Very satisfied with our stay, despite the weather. On the other hand, the room was a little small and lacked storage space. The restaurant was great. Very generous and very good. We have never eaten like it. The staff was also great, always attentive.

What more can I say than that it's very good in every way?

Regarding dinner, everything was good but be careful with the suggestions of the moment not corresponding to the description: sweetbreads with chanterelles becoming morels and cooked sweetbreads defrosted so rubbery. Ein sehr net kleines Hotel hinter den Dünen von Biscarrosse. Unser Superiorzimmer im 2.Stock war sehr nett mit einer kleinen Terrasse im Dach. Leider kann man das Meer nicht sehen, weil ja die Dünen und Pinien dazwischen sind. If you're a lady at home, you'll have a good meal with so much fresh orange juice, no less than 10% bill and all the wäre 5 Sterne!

An absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained and ideally located to fully enjoy the region. The room was well maintained and the bedding comfortable. The staff always smiling, available and attentive to our every need. We also appreciated the quality of the breakfast, varied with fresh products, pastries and squeezed orange juice (not common) as well as the evening meal consisting of a starter, a main course and a "homemade" dessert. Just missing a swimming pool but the sea is only a 10-minute walk away. We recommend this hotel where the services were above our expectations.

We were very well received from the beginning to the end of our stay. The room was good as was the bathroom. Special attention to cleanliness which was of a very good standard throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, plentiful and well stocked. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and there too we enjoyed ourselves with a new menu every day. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean establishment, tasty cuisine, varied breakfast, impeccable service, peaceful setting in a pine forest, close to the ocean and the centre, excellent bedding.

Just the standard rooms are stifling for me. I can't move. Otherwise the rooms are clean and relaxing.

Toilet flushes once, then a second flush is possible after 10 minutes!!! Shower only flows slowly and then not at all!! That's disappointing for the price! No elevator.

A very comfortable hotel in the perfect location for long walks to the seashore through amazing nature. I would like to mention specifically the kindness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff, both in Reception and on tbe restaurant for dinner in the evening.

Nice little hotel in the middle of the pines, recent construction it seems to me. Professional and attentive staff, good and varied breakfast, very pleasant room. The hotel is well maintained and rarely seen clean! The dinner was up to par. In short! an experience to repeat

The only thing missing in the room is a coffee maker or kettle.

For breakfast we can regret that the cheeses are in industrial portions in plastic but the machine for making fresh fruit juice is very nice. No kettle in the room, which is a shame. Very pleasant and very well maintained setting. We will come back

Very friendly reception, rooms in a quiet location. Beach is within walking distance. Good restaurant with changing menus.

Very welcoming staff, no complaints about the quality of the meals (excellent with choice) and very well located a few hundred meters from the sea. For my part mattress too soft but that remains a personal question and the room has always been very well maintained. We are very satisfied with our stay

The little Norman girl who wanted to see surfers' beach, was spoiled by the welcome, the accommodation and the meal of the hotel which deserves to be recognized as an essential stopover

We were very well received for our stay in your hotel. However, there are two small drawbacks. The person, who is responsible for taking orders at the table (Sir), was unable, or did not want to tell us the menu of the day, and told us that the menu was displayed in front of the entrance ! In addition, he should perhaps think about changing his pants, which were rather dirty (large stains on the left rear). To this we must add that he is not very open to communication. As for the meal, it was good, except the chicken which was extremely DRY, and the sardine rillettes, more than very average!! . The breakfast was very good. The two ladies at reception are very pleasant when it comes to interpersonal skills. The room was very clean, so nothing to say

Very good breakfast, very quiet, ground floor room very pleasant and comfortable, perhaps missing a bottle of water or a coffee dispenser for the most part. But very good stay, we will come back.

Comfortable hotel, impeccable service, friendly, pleasant staff. Extra comfortable and super clean bedding. Very clean room. Big TV. Small balcony with table and chairs and the icing on the cake: calm. Good location in relation to the city center. The car remained in the parking lot, nice walks all around. Quality breakfast and restaurant. Great value for money.
