This hotel only appeared to us as a simple stopover on the road to vacation, but this stay turned out to be an excellent surprise! Excellent welcome, comfortable and well-equipped room, hotel convenient to access from the highway and the view of the park is really very pleasant. The buffet breakfast is complete with a large choice of products. As for the dinner in the form of boards (lots of choice, even for the vegetarian that I am), a treat for a very affordable price with a very nice view of the park. I totally recommend!
I asked for a good mattress following back surgery. My request was not taken into account. The staff saw him the next day. The hostess apologized and asked the manager for a discount. He offered me breakfast which is already a gesture but which does not compensate for the bad night spent on a very bad mattress. The reservation was made online. I advise calling the hotel directly for special requests..no information on the wifi connection
We had booked for 2 nights, the first night no problem to return after the reception closed, the second night at midnight our card was deactivated so we had to wake up the managers so that they opened the doors for us. Bad surprise.
We spent one night in August in a room with a 1m60 bed. Very good bedding. The roller shutter of the window did not work, and the curtain was insufficiently blackout, it is annoying in summer period. Excellent breakfast with local products.
Very good stay, unfortunately cut short by bad weather
We were welcomed by three young girls barely speaking French. No indication was given to us when handing over the room key including the room number and the code to re-enter the hotel. We had asked for a secure parking space, they did not offer it to us despite the amount on the invoice. Extremely comfortable room (stained carpet, squeaky parquet in the bathroom, no shower door). We had seen on the site that animals were accepted free of charge but to our surprise we paid 9€ at the end of the stay. On the other hand, the Check out went very well with the nice lady at the reception. For 100€ paid we hoped to have much better.
The hotel was nice, just felt not welcome
Very disappointing welcome and service. We have the impression of disturbing each request (a table, an aperitif, the menu and …) waitress at the limit of pleasant. Ok bed but room with smell and bathroom not clean (inside dirty drawers)
The same owner at Rocher Blanc in La Garde is friendly, affable and smiling in his absence at the Portes d'Apcher the welcome is that of the dog in a game of skittles

We had been warned the same day that the cook was ill and offered a meal tray which was waiting for us in the fridge in a dark room... Soup, cauliflower sausage and natural yoghurt instead of the promised apple crumble. All billed as a full menu of the day served in the dining room. Even the breakfast was less varied than usual for the same price. Disappointing therefore because we are usually satisfied with this hotel which we frequent regularly.
Bed in the bedroom used for a rest…no bathroom heating. 1 soap unpacked so used. Price of the room (on the bedroom door) not respected. TV does not pick up all tnt channels. Dirty window rabbets

Love this hotel on top of the massif with expansive views. Very close to autoroute. Good area in front of terrace for my dog to have a run.
Only downside was the damp marks around the shower tray which a staff member did his best to clean away which was good. The other was that at breakfast I had to ask for Coffee to be served. Restaurant in the evening was good and I enjoyed the fresh produce
I'm still waiting for the Etik points to be added to my account... It's been 15 days! The person who gave me my bill took note of my account number. I needed these points to request a check that I could have used the next day... Conclusion: part of my points will be canceled in a month and I will no longer have enough points to obtain a check! A real scam these points, few hotels play the game !!!
Very pleasant hotel, well located, quiet (no noise). The welcome was very friendly with attentive people, with whom we were able to discuss. Really very satisfied with everything: catering, quality of the room, price, staff.

Very pleasant and customer-oriented team
This hotel restaurant is very well located. Significant element, private and free parking. Very good value for money, but one disappointment, no air conditioning in the rooms. On the other hand, for the restoration, it is perfect. In three days of stay, we have never eaten the same thing and the idea of "planks" and absolutely brilliant. The cuisine is excellent, the very diverse and hearty dishes are made for the most part with local products and the desserts are real "pushes to crime" :-) Let's add to that that the whole team, whom I thank in passing, takes great care of its customers. We'll come back to that, no problem.
Late reception, bathroom to refresh, especially the towels. But everything is clean, calm, restaurant good with varied boards (dessert included: 20€).
Happy with our stay. For us it was an improvised weekend, what a nice surprise! Very nice corner. A welcoming, young and dynamic team. The restaurant is a delight. Only downside, by booking the comfort room I thought I had a view of the valley and not of the parking lot. But for a last minute booking it was still very good. thank you very much for your welcome
The room is large but the bedding is old, we sleep badly. The carpet is stained. No cleaning service on Sunday, so no change of towel no cleaning the bed is not redone. We are paying for a service that does not exist. Very disappointed with this hotel even if the few staff present are welcoming. You have to change your mattresses, renew your towels and your pillows.
A room offered in great comfort at the price of €90 with decor and furniture from the years €92 a bed frame (Certe wide) but very uncomfortable and hurtful when getting out of bed, nothing to put your toiletries in the room bathroom, a bathtub faucet adjustment difficult to handle as the installation is outdated. An outdated and stained carpet on the floor. No courtesy tray or mini bar of course. The restaurant offers dishes presented on wooden boards which have been used a lot given the numerous traces of stab wounds. This is contrary to good hygiene. Especially since given the size of these boards they have certainly never seen the dishwasher. The restaurant, which indicates organic cuisine, is confused with local cuisine. Because if some products are local. The rest is nothing organic, certainly not the mustard in a sachet. The property is overrun with flies, bathroom, bedroom, restaurant and breakfast room which was ok. fortunately the fresh products are presented in a refrigerated cabinet but the bread and pastries are not immune to the onslaught of flies. Forced to beat the air during our meal and breakfast to try and get rid of it. So very disappointing establishment except for its Convenient location, near the highway (which we do not hear) and its environment a wooded area of the arrival.
Professional and smiling welcome. Big bed. Clean and plentiful towels. Hearty breakfast with savory and sweet.
