Very nice establishment, very friendly and professional staff, the cleanliness of the establishment is very clean and parking available on site, we will come back.

This is the second time we have booked this hotel and we are always very satisfied with the services and especially the welcome and kindness of the manager. We will be back.

Accommodation paid €150 per night which is clearly worth €95 max. Impossible to contact the establishment by phone. The shower gel tube is empty in the bathroom (and since at 9 p.m. there is no one left so no shower gel), the towel rack is rusty... old equipment, mattress too soft (back pain from the morning) No way to get the room back if you arrive after 9 p.m. For a night at €150 it's disappointing. You might as well choose an Airbnb for the welcome and flexibility.

Well-located hotel, perfect for a business trip to Perpignan. The owner is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are simple but comfortable, clean, and have good bedding. The breakfast is excellent. This hotel partners with a very good restaurant, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room facing a large avenue, at the exit of a clinic, lots of traffic until 11 p.m. Good restaurant but aging room

Nice hotel (room, premises, dinner, staff). Just disappointed by the breakfast, quite minimalistic offer, no savory offer except for a few slices of cooked ham and individually wrapped slices of cheese. This is the only downside for me. The staff is very friendly.

I arrived late but someone was waiting for me anyway. I was very happy about that and will come back as soon as I can!

A pleasant stay with great amenities.

I am reassured the little pots of milk still exist for tea. The soap dish in the shower also for this establishment. The waitress more than friendly, incredibly fast, I gave her a nickname, she knows it but not you. It's the 3rd or 4th time I go there, never disappointed. Go there you will be like me.

I recommend this hotel with good value for money. Well located, ideal for a business trip to Perpignan. The hostess is very friendly and professional. The rooms, on the patio side, are quiet, clean and functional. The dishes offered in the restaurant are simple but very good. The breakfast is complete and varied. Good experience.

The location was a disappointment, it is situated in a built up business area, ( I suspect it used to be out of town, and the hotel has been built around?).
The room was basic, and could do with an update. BUT the restaurant was great, simple, well cooked French food at a reasonable price.

Habitación sucia, baño sucio ducha con pelos y sucia.
La habitación para tres personas es con una litera que casi no se puede acceder quedando 40cm desde el colchón al techo, no se puede dormir

Terrible location, poor bedroom, old furnish, too expexpensive compared to other hotels. Pool (not really) was still empty and so poor you really do not want to stay.

Be careful when booking via platform, we are systematically on the Rue Alirs side as there are quieter rooms inside the patio. But a few euros more expensive. It's worth the cost. Restaurant rating excellent cuisine worthy of great restaurants.

A very good address, the rooms are simple but functional, very good bedding. The cuisine is varied and above all excellent.

Welcome shortened to quickly go to the restaurant which could not serve after 8 p.m. Dish of the day €15 perfectly cooked fish. But the manager didn't believe us since his was excellent. No more dessert. Limited breakfast. Remote control broken but not serious since the manager told us he had ordered some. In short, an apology or a commercial gesture would have made our stay easier.

Very friendly welcome from the managers. Offer WiFi without having to ask. It is a hotel full of charm and very well located. Easy to access with private hotel parking and video surveillance. Evening stopover very good value for money and services. I recommend this Hotel where I will return with pleasure during my business trips to Perpignan.

Perfect as always

Reception services extremely poor. Only French speaking. No option in English or Spanish. Incorrect information about the access timing to reception. Cero assistant on finding solutions. We tried to have dinner in the hotel 2 nights and they told kitchen was not available. We were traveling with 4 kids and they could not have even one recommendation for dinner somewhere close. The hotel facilities are correct but the treat from the service is totally unpleasant and not supportive at all.
