Welcome and friendliness, but I did not appreciate the bedding
Terrible location, poor bedroom, old furnish, too expexpensive compared to other hotels. Pool (not really) was still empty and so poor you really do not want to stay.

Be careful when booking via platform, we are systematically on the Rue Alirs side as there are quieter rooms inside the patio. But a few euros more expensive. It's worth the cost. Restaurant rating excellent cuisine worthy of great restaurants.
A very good address, the rooms are simple but functional, very good bedding. The cuisine is varied and above all excellent.
Welcome shortened to quickly go to the restaurant which could not serve after 8 p.m. Dish of the day €15 perfectly cooked fish. But the manager didn't believe us since his was excellent. No more dessert. Limited breakfast. Remote control broken but not serious since the manager told us he had ordered some. In short, an apology or a commercial gesture would have made our stay easier.

Very friendly welcome from the managers. Offer WiFi without having to ask. It is a hotel full of charm and very well located. Easy to access with private hotel parking and video surveillance. Evening stopover very good value for money and services. I recommend this Hotel where I will return with pleasure during my business trips to Perpignan.

Reception services extremely poor. Only French speaking. No option in English or Spanish. Incorrect information about the access timing to reception. Cero assistant on finding solutions. We tried to have dinner in the hotel 2 nights and they told kitchen was not available. We were traveling with 4 kids and they could not have even one recommendation for dinner somewhere close. The hotel facilities are correct but the treat from the service is totally unpleasant and not supportive at all.
Great discovery, I am often on business in Perpignan and it is a pleasure to see women and men who are happy to do their work, the client realizes this and when everything is done with joy and good humor, he for more, I will come back...

A short but pleasant stay.
Very pleasant welcome. Well-maintained hotel with a clear desire to create a “cozy” atmosphere. It's a shame, however, that some of the rooms overlook a busy street (6:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.). Quality of the dishes at the restaurant very questionable: the planned tagliatelle turned into shells (without apology or comment on this subject)... and the (small) portion of apple pie was dry and tasteless. Lack of diversity in the foods offered at breakfast.

Blocked in the street at 1 a.m. gate closed no access no night watchman.. night in the car.. in the morning they explain to me that it was I who did not know how to open even if the cleaning lady admits took 1/4 hour to open. If there is one point on which the hotel stands out, it is the excellent welcome. This does not mean that the rest is mediocre, quite the contrary. The meal is simple but very good. The bedding is of good quality. The room is spacious enough and very clean ... lacks an air conditioning. Localization has its advantages and disadvantages and vice versa. We're close to Perpignan, so it's in town. Not very romantic but very practical if you have to go there early in the morning. In the end, you will appreciate the stay and the quality/price ratio!
For €126 we got a storage room with a bathroom that was in need of renovation. Without ceiling lamp. There was a lamp on the wall. Unfortunately without lightbulbs. If you want photos, I'll send them to you. The hotel doesn't even deserve one star. NEVER AGAIN!!! An impudence.
A very pleasant hotel with impeccable hospitality. It was very nice to sleep in this hotel
Very good welcome, but room and dinner do not reflect the 3 stars. Room, some small problems: a bedside lamp does not work, toilet seat unscrewed, door of the shower closing badly, bar under rusty sink. Restaurant dishes arrived cold and not murdered that had to be sent back to the kitchen.
Not a pool but an average spa that closes at 8 p.m.
