Cela fait la 6ème fois (sur plusieurs années) que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, nous le recommandons chaleureusement, très bon accueil, table succulente, chambre impeccable, spacieuse, etc...

A wonderful hotel in a very good position in Montreuill. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional, the accommodation is first class and the food is superb.I have stayed many times and look forward to returning in the future

The hotel is of a very high standard in a lovely old building. We had a very comfortable room and enjoyed the evening meal and an excellent breakfast.The staff were very welcoming ( even towards our two Cockapoos who also stayed).

I would gladly recommend Les Hauts for its charming historical building with welcoming log fire and friendly staff. I enjoyed a wonderful evening meal and tasty breakfast. I promise to return.

We were given a room that had a foul smell. When we complained we were moved to another room which seemed excellent. However, it soon became clear that the heating was not working. For health reasons I wear a thermometer and despite three complaints at reception the temperature did not rise above 17. We had to go to bed early to stay warm. We described the problems to the manager the next morning and expected he would have offered a price reduction. It was not possible. Over the last ten days we have stayed in 4 Logis hotels and this was the most expensive offering the worst experience. The only consolation was the excellent restaurant.

A great hotel for a night to break the journey. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a little basic and would have benefitted from some pictures on the walls, but it was large, comfortable enough and the bathroom facilities were high quality and very modern. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and fully justifiies its Logis rating of Table Distinguee. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best for choice, with a wide range covering both french and uk breakfast tastes, including freshly squeezed orange juice. Definately a hotel we will look to stay in again.

We had family members together, die op twee levels is. Een ruime, comfortabele, net kamer. Badkamer bevindt zich op de beneden, slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping. Nogal een steile trap naar de slaapkamer, wat vervelend est, vooral 's nachts. An extra TV op de beneden zou de kers op de taart geweest zijn. Zo krijg je een zitplaats om you relaxen. This is where the clothes you are wearing are located in the opposite direction. Badkamer was recently released. Zeer tevreden puts eleven kamer.

The welcome is very warm. The room was upstairs with lots of stairs…my mistake. Very quiet place despite the noise of the nearby town. We have dined at the restaurant twice and are very happy with our meal. Excellent innovative cuisine with top quality ingredients. Also the service was excellent. We will come back. THANKS .

Slight drain smell in our bathroom and a smell as if someone previously had smoked in our bedroom, however when we had taken a shower the smell subsided. Breakfast was excellent.

Great discovery! Everything was very good: very welcoming staff, spacious, clean and tidy room, excellent bedding, generous breakfast. We were able to dine at the restaurant. The setting is very warm and the cuisine excellent. We will gladly come back

My recommendation to the hotel would be to provide a small table by the tall mirrors in the bedrooms for ladies to do their hair and makeup. Although a good light mirror is provided in the bathroom it isn't always practical to do hair and makeup in the bathroom.

Otherwise a really lovely stay :)

If at first glance the hotel seems a bit old-fashioned, rest assured, it is not. Old buildings pleasantly transformed, with great taste and ingenuity

Hotel very welcoming in reception - staff here were exceptional however we had a few issues with a member of staff in the restaurant due to attitude and behaviour - unfortunately now have learnt this was the owner who could do with some interpersonal skills training!

We are regulars at this establishment. The rooms are nice and refurbished. The bosses are in charge in the dining room and in the kitchen and take great care. The cuisine is refined and original. The reception at the hotel is efficient and pleasant. We highly recommend it is well worth the trip.

We stayed for only one night but our stay was fantastic. We loved it and we will certainly come back.

Stayed at this lovely hotel quite a few times and has never disappointed. Comfortable rooms and food is excellent.

Great hotel with an excellent restaurant. Lovely terrace where you could eat because of the wonderful weather. Friendly and personable staff who were very attentive. Extensive breakfast. The only pity we found that we got a room on the ground floor on the street side. Because of this we could not open a window at night.

Decent size very clean room and bathroom which would benefit from a couple of small improvements. The door needs adjusting to make it easier to open and an oiling would help to stop the creaking every time it is opened. From a female point of view a mirror, in the bedroom, would be helpful. As a ground floor courtyard room it did suffer from the misfortune of of having “elephants “ using the room above.
The food is very good but we felt the menu rather too limited in choice over 3 evenings. Although we were told that the “chef’s special” changed each evening it was only available on the first evening then not at all on the other 2. We were then told that it only changes once each week.
The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful.

A new discovery for us... we were very well looked after, and the fact that the room was on the ground floor was an added bonus. Air conditioning would have been welcome though, it was a very hot day.

Dinner in the restaurant was not a pleasant experience. The food was good but the service was hectic and unprofessional. We were twice given the wrong food order. The person taking food orders was a little too rushed: she seemed frantic and not calm and organised.

Old-fashioned room and cleaning that could be improved (window panes not made, cobwebs on the railing). Parking at €10 per night undeveloped and impractical (remains of low walls, bricks on the roof that can fall on vehicles, etc.)

This is a fantastic hotel that just improves with every visit. The place the food and the staff are all excellent. I just wish I could visit more often.

The welcome is very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional. I only put 4 stars for the quality of the accommodation because I would have liked to be warned that the room was duplex, which is not practical when you have to go to the toilet at night . For the service in the restaurant, I also put 4 stars because we waited a really long time before being served. A waitress had come to ask me if I wanted to finish my appetizer by eating the starter and I had answered yes. Despite this, we still waited a very long time. I guess we had been forgotten in the kitchen. However, the quality of the food made us smile.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Montreuil sur mer, close by various places of interest. From the moment we arrived to the day of departure, the level of service was friendly and exceptional. Our room was very well presented and the restaurant and different menus were beyond delicious. There was a comfortable bar and courtyard to sit and relax. Providing you book in advance, there is a parking area which is kept secure. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for first class accomodation at a reasonable price

The stay was perfect but the menu deserves a wider price range.

We were on a cycling trip of France and Belgium and the town was on our list of beautiful places to vist. This hotel appealed to us more than the others mainly due to its history and the quality of the restaurant which was superb. We found the staff professional, friendly,courteous and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

To find a hotel of this quality in a little town like Montreuil was a wonderful surprise. The building to start with is fascinating and beautifully adapted to be a modern hotel. The staff made us welcome and were helpful, apart from being too hot, our room was very comfortable and well appointed.
But the star of the show was the food which was exceptional. We had a truly delicious dinner, every course was delicious and a feast for the eyes as well, and breakfast was very varied and well presented.

For me personally I found the room very basic in decor, it lacked colour, the Bathroom was clean, but the floor got very wet as there is no shower door. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Restaurant was very nice and very professional...

Charming hotel in a historic site. The room we got was very well equipped, walk-in shower, large bed. We were surprised by the hearing comfort, the rest was perfect. We stayed at Hôtel les Hauts de Montreuil for both the first and last nights of our holiday. It was a perfect start and perfect end to the holiday. The hotel is located only 40 minutes from Calais in a lovely town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food and wine were excellent.

wij hadden een booking voor een grote twee persoonskamer maar foto op website komt niet overeen met de aangeboden kamer.
wij werden helemaal naar de bovenverdieping gestuurd met een klein dakraampje.
ook is er geen lift voorzien dat kan voor sommige mensen problemen geven.
het ontbijt is wel heel erg goed, en steeds voldoende.

I had been told about the hotel and restaurant by a friend - she is the reason why I booked it! I would happily recommend the hotel to others.

We wanted an individual hotel about one hour south of Calais so that we could get an early start on our journey into France the following day. The restaurant was fully booked but the hotel recommended a nearly place and booked a table for us.

Fantastisch ontbijt. zeer ruime kamers, een aparte bureauhoek + bureellamp, koffie en frigo super.
Geen lift, doch niet erg, kamers waren op de 1ste verdiepong. Gezien de uitzonderlijke hittegolf (35°) gedurende mijn verblijf was een airco wel handig!

Had a fabulous couple of nights returning to Les Hauts after 27 years. It has change hugely but very much for the better. Staff were lovely. Dinner was amazing. Can’t wait to return - this time much sooner than 27 years.

Very friendly staff and good experience here. The room was nice enough for the price, no frills but comfortable big bed and bathroom was spacious. The fan in the room was so helpful given the weather as well. Dog friendly, good location near shops and restaurants, and quiet over night. Tesla electric car charger was very useful. We only spent one night, but we would come back again.

the room we were offered ( Room 3 ) was on the ground floor and not the luxury accommodation we had booked with Booking. Com.It did not contain the facilities described in our confirmation from Booking. Com.
The window catch was broken , the shower drain hole was mouldy and the room had clearly been occupied by a dog . The hotel receptionist was embarrassed by the situation and endeavoured - unsuccessfully - to find alternative accommodation in the area.
I had especially booked good quality accomodation for the last night of our holiday in France. In the event the room at this hotel was so poor that we decided to return to England overnight and arrived home at 5.00GMT. I am 75 and my husband is 80 ! Can you do anything to assist regarding compensation?We have previously stayed in Logis but have never experienced anything like this before.

Accommodation was as we expected but very disappointed with evening meal experience, which was reason for choosing this hotel. Not only was one meal extremely poor but to be told it was good was insulting. To be told dauphinois potatoes which were burnt were fine because the inside was ok was totally unsatisfactory..

Geen airco, wat niet meeviel voor de warme dagen. Inde kamer geen bagagerek om valies op te zetten.
Kamers waren wel heel netjes. Personeel super vriendelijk. Parking reserveren is niet echt nodig. Je kan overal gratis parkeren.

Nice hotel in centre of Montreuil with facilities around an internal courtyard. Well appointed rooms, excellent food and friendly and efficient staff. Only slight problem is shower has no door and screen only stops some water ending up on floor.

Pleasant hotel with remarkable architecture. The reception was okay. The breakfast is remarkable with quality products! Only downside, the room (standard category) is really outdated (and even more the bathroom) and urgently needs a real refreshment!

Very quiet, pleasant hotel at the foot of all amenities. Room in perfect condition, clean, well equipped. Varied breakfast, fresh, in a pleasant setting Paid parking, remember to book it before. Blue zone parking on the street. Nobody at the reception after 7 p.m., you have to go to the bar. Possibility to book an all-inclusive "STAGE" night with the evening meal I recommend the hotel for both business and leisure trips

Very welcoming hotel, with excellent food in the restaurant and for breakfast.
I only chose a basic room (no.20) which was fine. It was on the second floor in the eaves wit a double bed, shower and WC. TV had BBC News and BBC1 (Scotland!). Only two minor niggles were the lighting over the desk and clothes hanging area was poor, and the air conditioner was too noisy to use at night.
There is parking in a yard off the street directly behind the hotel which is secures with an electric gate.
Would certainly stay again but may choose an upgraded room.

Very good hotel, very comfortable room with a large bed and good bedding, easily accessible shower. Presence of a small refrigerator and a kettle.

Well located hotel and comfortable room. Lacks a little water pressure in the shower (As well as a hose that allows rotation) and the supply of soaps would be appreciated (the bathroom is however equipped with shower gel dispensers). Gourmet catering at the patio restaurant. Very nice staff.

Second stay in this very pleasant hotel where we take great care of the customers. The only downside: we had booked 3 standard rooms, two of which overlooked the back, with sloping ceilings, quiet and renovated. Ours, however, overlooked the street, which was very noisy, and the room, in this part, deserves a little freshening up. For the rest, everything was perfect, the restaurant and the breakfast are top notch, we were won over once again.

Too bad when we arrived a strong smell of sewer back. We reported the problem and did not get a small gesture. Very good restaurant table.

Pleasant hotel but the proximity of the electric vehicle charging station to our room was disturbing. Staff really very pleasant and available especially at breakfast.
