The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are well-designed (a classic workspace and a more comfortable area with a sofa for breaks), spacious, and offer a very relaxing view of the surrounding landscape. The staff is very friendly and smiling. It is a real pleasure to be welcomed like this. The hotel is easy to access by bus (5 min walk) or by car (Parking in front of the hotel entrance) The room was clean and pleasant. What I regret, however, is the door at the entrance of the building which made the common wall between the corridor and our room shake (a little annoying when you sleep to be woken up by a slamming door and the noise of people talking in the corridors) in addition, our toilet flush made a dripping noise, we could not do anything to remedy it. (fortunately, it stopped from time to time) The breakfast was good and varied but I did not really like the taste of the coffee (served by a machine). We had dinner at the restaurant the evening of our arrival, as I said previously, the staff was very friendly. The menu is made up of dishes with good quality products from what I could observe around me. Unfortunately, being a vegetarian, I had no choice but to have a starter (the only truly vegetarian dish on the menu was a delicious butternut velouté). The staff offered to remove certain ingredients from certain dishes as a solution, but I find it a real shame that there wasn't at least one vegetarian dish on the menu... We found the menu a little expensive compared to the quantity on the plates, but the quality was there! The hotel is very well located, facing the Loire. The rooms are well decorated, and the bed is very comfortable, however the soundproofing is very poor, you can hear everything that is said in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms and above. Too bad.

Great, well-equipped room (thanks for the water carafe that wasn't a plastic bottle). Great water jet that uses little water. Everything was perfect, with a gesture from reception to let us leave a little later.

The room was very small. It was almost impossible to walk around the bed. Check-in ends at 6 p.m. A shame for a 3-star hotel.

We were very well received by phone and at the hotel (Alexandre and a very pleasant older lady). We appreciated the setting, being upgraded, and the price of the hotel was attractive considering the services. The bistro restaurant was very good. Be careful with the cleaning of the toilets; we had to flush the toilet upon arrival to evacuate some remaining fecal matter, something we have never seen in a hotel, even though we often stay at hotels. - Pleasant and relaxing hotel, well located with a beautiful view. - Very professional and helpful staff - Room occupied on the second floor is adequate (good comfort, a little cramped with a small window and placed very (too) high up. - The bike room needs to be reviewed because it could be very good if it weren't for all the clutter (garden tools, DIY tools + various and varied storage). From 6 bikes, it becomes complicated. You should also leave some space to reach the hotel gate because you have to pass between 2 permanently parked cars (probably staff) while a sign indicates a drop-off point. The bike garage is nevertheless kept closed at night, it is well secured. - The breakfast may seem expensive at first glance but it is of good quality with a very decent choice.

Satisfactory dinner and overnight stay. For the private parking, it would be good to change the code regularly, because the keys used are marked in relation to the others. So it is very easy to identify the correct code.

We made a reservation for the first time in a hotel where a restaurant was planned on site in the evening and access to the relaxation area. However, on the website, which apparently is not kept up to date by the host, we did not have the restaurant in the evening because it was closed on Sunday evenings, nor access to the relaxation area. The code we had did not work because the area was also closed on Sunday evenings. But there are no details about this on the website where we made our reservation. So we paid for a room with bathroom and toilet at the price of 185 euros per night for a simple room with breakfast and parking. We do not want to come back. The price-quality ratio leaves something to be desired. We would add that the noise level between the rooms is not great. In fact, some customers left a baby crying for an hour, starting at 7:00 in the morning. After having finished filling out this questionnaire, we note that the person who did it did not reread it... there are incomprehensible questions. reread yourself. thank you

The plus is the presence within the establishment of a very good bistro or a gourmet restaurant, your choice, with a view of the Loire!

Why limit the air conditioning to 27°? Why does breakfast have to be before 9:00 a.m.? This is unheard of for us.

Very beautiful facade for this waterfront hotel. A warm welcome, a small but pleasant attic room with a view of the "beach", a functional bathroom, and everything very clean. A courtesy tray and a bottle of filtered water. The only downside: the duvet is too heavy and too hot, worthy of a very cold country. We therefore slept quite badly, having to get up in the middle of the night to drink water. This is just a detail that can be completely corrected.

The location is magnificent and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very professional and attentive. Our room had a beautiful view of the Loire, but it was a bit cramped. We were completely satisfied with the food, both at the bistro and the gourmet restaurant. Our stay was therefore very pleasant and very successful.

Beautiful establishment with a magnificent location on the banks of the Loire. The rooms are comfortable with good bedding. The restaurant is of good quality. The downside of our stay was that breakfast only starts at 8:30 a.m. and we were refused a simple coffee when we left early (8:45 a.m.).

The dinner was truly worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant and the Savennières 3012 was a pure marvel.

I'm not objective. But having been there and returned regularly, I can say there's no debate: it's truly a perfect establishment. Impeccable welcome, pleasant room. In the evening, stopovers include a high-quality brasserie meal or top-notch gastronomic meal, with a menu that's always changing.

Hello, Very warm welcome. Quiet and well-located establishment. The boat suite is spacious and has a very beautiful view of the Loire. A small downside, however, is the heating: a single radiator in the entrance to heat this large space is not enough. At this time of year, very humid, being asthmatic and subject to lung infections, the heating at 20°c is quite insufficient and the only radiator had difficulty warming us up. Furthermore, we were asked what time we wanted the cleaning person to come (between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.) and when we returned at 1:30 p.m., she had not come. The negatives: - communication problem with the reception following my request for a vegan diet: the establishment highlights environmentally friendly choices and offers almost no 100% plant-based dishes ... in 3 days we were only able to have a breakfast with plant-based milk. In addition, unaware that the "bistro" requires reservations, we tried to have lunch there, unfortunately it was full ... we were unable to find out about the possibilities of vegan dishes for a possible next time. As there is no other restaurant or caterer nearby, a space with a microwave near the rooms would be welcome. Overall satisfied with my stay despite everything, the price seems exaggerated to me compared to the lack of adaptability

The reception closed at 6:00 p.m., I didn't see anyone when I arrived but everything had been planned and I had been informed by SMS of all the instructions for accessing the hotel and my room. The parking lot right in front of the hotel still offered a few free spaces. Beautiful bourgeois house extremely well renovated, on the banks of the Loire, ideally located. Too bad for me, the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings. I was in room 3, spacious and well equipped, fairly classic decor, the glass chandeliers that come down to face level could do with a good dusting. Very comfortable bedding, no noise in the hotel or in the surrounding area. Breakfast is served in a beautiful, cozy room with a view of the Loire.

Very nice hotel. We have had a pleasant stop here several times on the way to our vacation on the Atlantic coast. However, we don't know if we will come again. The breakfast times have apparently changed. On weekdays, breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. For us, that is definitely far too early for breakfast on vacation. Unfortunately, we were not given an explanation for these early times.

Only one drawback, the dining room is very noisy and as we were a group of 30 people, we could not hear each other speaking and a waiter came and asked us to speak quietly for the comfort of the other customers, which was difficult to do. receive view that the problem is the acoustics and capacity of the dining room.

(And a small oversight in the dinner service, we waited a long time for dessert) But you will sort all that out quickly, it's simple to do :-) and we're counting on it for our next visit. I stayed in this hotel with a stopover package (dinner, night, breakfast). semi-gastronomic meal at dinner, sophisticated presentation, quality dishes. Very varied breakfast. Spacious hotel room, clean, good bedding, large shower.

What is mainly missing is a social venue, such as opening the bar area outside of dining hours. This is sorely lacking and limits its functional notion. Where we could better appreciate its location on the banks of the Loire and make the place more lively. The breakfast is a bit minimalist.
