Very nice hotel that we recommend... however, make an effort at reception and everything will be perfect!

Charming, quiet hotel with quick access from the highway. Neat decoration and exterior where it is good to relax (very beautiful garden). The rooms are well appointed, nothing is missing. Tasty cuisine and very well presented dishes. Everything is done to satisfy the customer.

Easily accessible. Good car park. Rooms are fine. Staff generally very helpful and friendly.

A well.appointed bathroom but I was disappointed that there was only a small towel in bathroom.

The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. I don’t eat meat and thought the filet de bar with linguines looked ideal.

The fish was just ok. There were far too many linguini and i found the heavily salted cream sauce inedible. The small tomatoes, mushtooms and courgettes were swimming in oil and I couldn't eat them.

I stopped eating and no-one came to take my plate, ask if it was ok or did i want a dessert.

The restaurant was very busy and I gave up and left.

A great pity as the hotel was fine. I've stayed in many Logis and never had an issue with the restaurant.

It won't stop me from staying in them again (I'm an ETIK member) but not there.

Wij kwamen half tien s avonds aan en toch heeft men nog heerlijke maaltijd voor ons geregeld. Service was top. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en hotel zeer goed onderhouden en schoon. Ontbijt wae ook top.

Rooms weren't large but were very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with a good shower. No toiletries provided orher than basic shower gel and soap, but for the price thats fine.
We didn't book the restaurant alobg with the room - they were full but kindly squeezed us in. Sometimes its easy to book the restaurant and a pet with the initial reservation but it wasn't here so send a message to book a meal when you book the room.

I would have liked a real shower because the bathtub is very slippery.

High quality services both on a professional and human level. Beautiful spacious and comfortable rooms opening onto green and soothing nature and in the evening, a meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant where the dishes are at once copious, inventive and refined.

Everything was perfect, both the welcome and the service, the absolutely delicious meal, perfect breakfast. Only one surprising downside: the television placed on the desk, next to the bed and not opposite it... So to watch it you have to stand on the side... Totally uncomfortable. Point emphasized by many it seems... It's a shame! And shower head to improve.

Je n'ai rien à redire. Sauf concernant l'accueil. Je m'explique. J'ai omis de réserver un couvert lors de ma réservation. Comme je n'étais pas enregistrée comme tel, je n'ai pas reçu même une assiette de charcuterie ou de fromage à ma demande et malgré mes excuses. La personne à l'accueil m'a renseigné un resto. Tai dans les environs qui était fermé. Je n'ai rien trouvé dans le coin. Je suis donc revenue à l'hôtel et ai été me coucher sans dîner.
Après un voyage Belgique St Victor hyper fatiguant et hyper long (3h. pour traverser Paris) l'avant veille du réveillon de Noël.
Votre chaîne d'hôtels ne permet pas au client l'erreur et ne fait pas face à l'imprévu. Un hôtel privé se serait plié en 4 pour satisfaire sa clientèle. Dommage.

Very pleasant hotel, the decoration of the common areas is superb (especially during this holiday season), the team is professional and pleasant. We enjoyed ourselves at the restaurant and took advantage of attractive half-board rates. THANKS !

Satisfied overall, but like many modern hotels, a problem with soundproofing!!! Neighbor's toilets, hallway noises!

Too bad you don't offer room service, for a single woman in the evening it's not pleasant to be alone in the restaurant. Not to mention I needed to relax after a day of work.

Friendly welcome, warm atmosphere. The rooms are modern with a terrace overlooking the garden, just a little small. The bedding is of good quality and the place is quiet.

There is no outlet in the room. Meal at 8 p.m., we would have liked 7 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. Excellent and plentiful cuisine. Great welcome, waitresses at the top.

Really a very good address. The staff is adorable, very good quality of reception, of the restaurant. My 5 year old son and I also loved the breakfast. The only point to improve is possibly a refresh of the bathroom. Very good value for money. The human here really makes the difference compared to other of their colleagues.

RAS except for the very unpleasant surprise of having to pay a Logis commission. I looked for a hotel in Montluçon or its surroundings and booked on the hotel website. If I arrived on the site of a group, it is abnormal. Moreover, I have never seen this elsewhere. For example, no hotel in the Best Western network charges a network communication!

Unfortunately we arrived at this Logis on Thursday and restaurant was closed. We had a very small room, the main reason for my poor ratings. We also did not think the breakfast was worth the extra expense either.

Great step! Warm welcome, and really nice hotel. Restaurant very good, even full and without reservation with the room for the night, we were able to find a solution for dinner!

Perfect

We arrived at the hotel at 5:45 p.m. after a 5 hour drive. The receptionist asked whether we had booked a table in the restaurant and when we replied that we had not, said that it was full. We have been using Logis hotels for over 30 years and have never before been refused a table at a hotel where we were guests. This was disappointing and meant we had to drive into the town to find a meal. The room was quite small and had an interconnecting door with another. After 22:00 the male occupant of the connecting room had a lengthy telephone conversation that was clearly audible. The breakfast was good.

Brilliant stay. Staff were super helpful. The meal 8n the restaurant was superb.
