Good hotel, well located. Comfortable and well equipped.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and very pleasant, and the welcome was provided by a smiling female team.

We stop here very often for the welcome, the quality of the meals, the cleanliness, and the decor. Congratulations to all the staff! 👏🥳

The room was perfectly adequate, but the best part was the welcome, the service and the standard of the restaurant, even for a one-night stopover!! Bravo!! I travel quite often, it's extremely rare!!

This has become a regular stopover on our journeys through France and each stay provides a lovely way to start or end our holiday. A very comfortable room, nice surroundings, fabulous restaurant and friendly staff. What more could you want?

This hotel has become a must-stay for us when we go on and off vacation.

Poor location for walks from the hotel. A car is required for every activity. Dinner at the hotel was not possible without prior reservation. We chose this hotel as a stopover on our trip because of its restaurant. We booked well in advance, but were still unable to dine there. Upon checkout, we were charged for a more expensive room than agreed upon at the time of booking. The difference was only refunded after discussion. There were also problems processing the €15 ETIK voucher.

We recommend the restaurant for the quality of the meals.

High quality hotel, well-appointed room, good bedding, bathroom with new fittings and faucets. You can feel that the investments are there. Varied breakfast, fresh products. The only downside is the reception on arrival, a person who feels she does not have to respond to customer emails because the answer is obvious to her, as it is on the website. Professionally, if a question is asked, it is because the customer has not seen or found the answer, so the least polite thing to do is to answer her and not to talk down to her upon arrival, when she feels taken advantage of. In addition, advice is given half-heartedly to help find a restaurant. At checkout, however, the person at reception was great.

Perfect. The only small remark would be that the soundproofing of the room is not great. But I will come back without hesitation.

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated and clean room as well as the bathroom. The only downside was the air conditioning which was too strong upon arrival in the room (too much difference compared to the outside) and an error in billing the room compared to the reservation.

A very pleasant stay. The room was a bit small and the walls were "light," but the location was quiet and the bedding was perfect. The restaurant offered high-quality food and produce, with a very original approach to flavors (almost too much so...). The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Dinner was very good, only slight complaint was the restaurant did not open until 8.00 at night ( we prefer eating earlier)

Overall very impressed apart from the arrival. We arrived at 8pm just as the restaurant was opening. We did wait patiently for 15 mins and when the young girl came she was very rude and didn’t understand me even though I showed her my booking. Another guest overheard and helped me. She then just gave me the key and couldn’t be bothered to engage anymore. Not the best impression!!

Excellent hotel and high quality catering. One downside was the arrival where we had to wait 15 minutes for the reception.

The first time we came we were won over, so we were passing through Montluçon and we repeated the experience. Once again everything was perfect; very clean and comfortable room, the restaurant is extraordinary and the welcome from the staff is top notch. We felt at home. Looking forward to the next stay.

I can't say whether we preferred the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the hotel, or the delicious meal we had there in the evening. A wonderful discovery of a hotel that deserves its name.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent. Too bad you don't practice rom service even with simpler dishes. When you come home from a day's work you don't necessarily want to spend part of the evening at a restaurant.

The garden view rooms are very good, perhaps with more closed screens for a little more privacy on the small terrace, but that's a detail.

We had a good stay but unfortunately the hampe de boerf my wife had was very tough as it hadn’t been cut across the grain of the meat.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as a Sunday evening so was disappointing.
Was waken late by people checking into the room next door. The walls are paper thin! It made us conscious to be quiet in the morning.
Bed linen isn't of great quality but for the price acceptable.
I left a blouse in the wardrobe as husband hurrying me to leave!
I will contact the hotel to advise that someone has a very lovely addition to their wardrobe as i believe it would be to expensive to post.
Overall it was great value.

Very warm welcome, even late in the evening, and equally warm reception at an early breakfast – it was nice to be greeted by such genuinely friendly people. The breakfast quality – freshness and variety – was really very good. The setting is pleasant, with views of the hotel's own garden or of fields. The hotel is far enough away from the motorway to be peaceful, which helped with a good night's sleep. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom a generous size with a good shower area. We thought this was very good value for money.

A well.appointed bathroom but I was disappointed that there was only a small towel in bathroom.

The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. I don’t eat meat and thought the filet de bar with linguines looked ideal.

The fish was just ok. There were far too many linguini and i found the heavily salted cream sauce inedible. The small tomatoes, mushtooms and courgettes were swimming in oil and I couldn't eat them.

I stopped eating and no-one came to take my plate, ask if it was ok or did i want a dessert.

The restaurant was very busy and I gave up and left.

A great pity as the hotel was fine. I've stayed in many Logis and never had an issue with the restaurant.

It won't stop me from staying in them again (I'm an ETIK member) but not there.

Wij kwamen half tien s avonds aan en toch heeft men nog heerlijke maaltijd voor ons geregeld. Service was top. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en hotel zeer goed onderhouden en schoon. Ontbijt wae ook top.

Rooms weren't large but were very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with a good shower. No toiletries provided orher than basic shower gel and soap, but for the price thats fine.
We didn't book the restaurant alobg with the room - they were full but kindly squeezed us in. Sometimes its easy to book the restaurant and a pet with the initial reservation but it wasn't here so send a message to book a meal when you book the room.

Everything was perfect, both the welcome and the service, the absolutely delicious meal, perfect breakfast. Only one surprising downside: the television placed on the desk, next to the bed and not opposite it... So to watch it you have to stand on the side... Totally uncomfortable. Point emphasized by many it seems... It's a shame! And shower head to improve.

Je n'ai rien à redire. Sauf concernant l'accueil. Je m'explique. J'ai omis de réserver un couvert lors de ma réservation. Comme je n'étais pas enregistrée comme tel, je n'ai pas reçu même une assiette de charcuterie ou de fromage à ma demande et malgré mes excuses. La personne à l'accueil m'a renseigné un resto. Tai dans les environs qui était fermé. Je n'ai rien trouvé dans le coin. Je suis donc revenue à l'hôtel et ai été me coucher sans dîner.
Après un voyage Belgique St Victor hyper fatiguant et hyper long (3h. pour traverser Paris) l'avant veille du réveillon de Noël.
Votre chaîne d'hôtels ne permet pas au client l'erreur et ne fait pas face à l'imprévu. Un hôtel privé se serait plié en 4 pour satisfaire sa clientèle. Dommage.
