Un séjour toujours très agréable (humainement) et très confortable. Ce n’est très souvent pas le cas ailleurs. Restez comme ça !

The hotel for an overnight stay is not great, because at €125 for an overnight stay, you should expect a decent service, from a culinary or comfort point of view, and here the two are not there, a very low-end restaurant with mediocre food (school canteen quality dessert buffet) and unfortunately uncomfortable bedding and poor quality breakfast, otherwise a friendly welcome

I have stayed at le Chatard many times and have enjoyed the stay every time. Staff are extremely friendly, welcomng and professional all the time. we always reserve a balcony room because the views are so lovely.

When I booked my stay, I had the correct date which was two weeks from the day of reservation. When I wanted to pay my card did not go through, I went back and redid it with another card. The date changed and I did not notice it so I booked for the day I made my reservation so not the correct date everything was planned in full before I realized it even having canceled it was still planned. What a shame that no one called.

Wonderful staff, great food.

It could have been very good, but finding out upon arrival that there has been an air conditioning problem for two days when it is 35 degrees is unacceptable. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere; the night was very hard with the heat. Huge disappointment there, other than that, nothing to complain about.

We had a wedding and this hotel is great for the location. Very quiet and thank you for the welcome and the arrangement of the keys. Looking forward to it!

Hello, Just a quick one-night stay following a wedding at a nearby estate! So the location and accessibility were great! My only complaint was the soundproofing of the rooms and their size, which is a bit of a letdown for longer stays!

Upon arrival, I have no trouble parking my car in the hotel's large (unfenced) private parking lot. The welcome is cordial. I am given my room key with a smile and directed to the elevator that serves the 2nd floor. No offer of assistance with luggage. The room is beautiful. Large enough to be comfortable. The air conditioning is vigorous and easily overcomes the heatwave. The power outlets are well placed. The desk and luggage rack are functional. There are two seats in this room intended for two people (a chair and a stool). It would be perfect if there were an electric kettle with coffee and tea bags. The downside is the Wi-Fi connection. The smartphone connects without difficulty, but the Windows computer categorically refuses to connect. This is likely a software security measure since no password is required. I use the modem function on my smartphone to connect the computer. In the shower room, the mirror is too far away, making it difficult to shave properly (or apply makeup for the ladies). A closer magnifying mirror would be welcome. The dishes on the "summer relaxation" dinner menu (gazpacho and calf's head gribiche) are surprising because the main item is accompanied by unexpected additions that in no way detract from the flavors, quite the contrary. Nothing is missing at breakfast, sweet and savory. There is hot milk from the machine and cold milk in a jug. There are even teapots and table trash cans. My only reservation concerns the only cheese offered (Emmental). A softer cheese for spreading would have been desirable.

Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Comfortable and well-kept rooms. The restaurant serves quality and varied dishes. The hotel is quiet. The indoor pool is very enjoyable.

Great welcome - very friendly staff.

The staff does not help their customers, they even blame their customer. I had a problem with my reservation I had asked for a large bed I got two small tiny beds that we hit on the sides of the wall. Bathroom with mold and water damage. The hotel is way too expensive for the service (if you can call it a service) and it is shabby. Of course the staff did not help me and did not change my room and of course no compensation. Catastrophic experience!

Hotel close to the highway. Friendly, pleasant staff. Comfortable, quiet room with no overlooked views. The extra bed for children is good quality. Delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of options for relaxation. There are games for children outside. We stayed here for one night, but I would like to stay while visiting the surrounding area. Excellent for families.

A comfortable room with an unbearable ventilation noise. After 2 trips down to reception we were finally changed rooms. Swimming pool, yes but so cold that you can only put one foot in it, Ok, let's go for the jacuzzi: whitish water, quickly a shower to rinse off. The meal was good

Very nice hotel but not for a stopover. Two single beds in the room and a magnificent menu on a slate but not for a stopover. €125 for a stopover with a very ordinary dinner and breakfast.

Spend 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel for work. A great experience with really nice and smiling staff, a real pleasure.

It was great to have opportunity to swim.
Although the restaurant is closed at the weekend we were offered a substantial and very enjoyable cold meal.

Hello, The quality/price ratio is not there with this hotel. The rooms are dilapidated and the view is obstructed by a hedge. The bathrooms contain the toilet and the shower without walls forcing the guest to pass the squeegee to not flood the room... The television did not work. The breakfast is very poor in choice. Highlight of the show, you have to pay 5€ to rent a towel for the swimming pool. In short, far too expensive for the experience as a whole.

V good. I had emailed about my son's gluten and dairy allergies but the lovely host remembered, took us through the menu and made sure he had a lovely stay.

Hotel with a large parking lot surrounded by green spaces for walking your dog, it's perfect! Kind welcome with practical information. Clean room, small downside to one of the large towels in our bathroom which had been left as a "foot" mat... Quiet night. Good value for money and generous breakfast.
