Upon arrival, I have no trouble parking my car in the hotel's large (unfenced) private parking lot. The welcome is cordial. I am given my room key with a smile and directed to the elevator that serves the 2nd floor. No offer of assistance with luggage. The room is beautiful. Large enough to be comfortable. The air conditioning is vigorous and easily overcomes the heatwave. The power outlets are well placed. The desk and luggage rack are functional. There are two seats in this room intended for two people (a chair and a stool). It would be perfect if there were an electric kettle with coffee and tea bags. The downside is the Wi-Fi connection. The smartphone connects without difficulty, but the Windows computer categorically refuses to connect. This is likely a software security measure since no password is required. I use the modem function on my smartphone to connect the computer. In the shower room, the mirror is too far away, making it difficult to shave properly (or apply makeup for the ladies). A closer magnifying mirror would be welcome. The dishes on the "summer relaxation" dinner menu (gazpacho and calf's head gribiche) are surprising because the main item is accompanied by unexpected additions that in no way detract from the flavors, quite the contrary. Nothing is missing at breakfast, sweet and savory. There is hot milk from the machine and cold milk in a jug. There are even teapots and table trash cans. My only reservation concerns the only cheese offered (Emmental). A softer cheese for spreading would have been desirable.
Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Comfortable and well-kept rooms. The restaurant serves quality and varied dishes. The hotel is quiet. The indoor pool is very enjoyable.

Great welcome - very friendly staff.
The staff does not help their customers, they even blame their customer. I had a problem with my reservation I had asked for a large bed I got two small tiny beds that we hit on the sides of the wall. Bathroom with mold and water damage. The hotel is way too expensive for the service (if you can call it a service) and it is shabby. Of course the staff did not help me and did not change my room and of course no compensation. Catastrophic experience!

Our hotel has two types of rooms: those with a double bed and those with two single beds. We make this distinction clear when booking, whether through our website or by phone. Upon arrival, you informed us of your preference for a double bed, but unfortunately, our establishment had been fully booked for several weeks and no room changes were possible. We understand your disappointment and sincerely apologize.
Regarding the bathroom, we recognize that a humidity problem has affected some of our rooms this winter. Renovation work is already scheduled this week (starting April 30, 2025) to address this issue.
