Excellent establishment, very comfortable room, quality food, pleasant and attentive staff. I highly recommend it.

This is our second stay at this hotel, we were so pleased the first time. The welcome is excellent, the meal delicious, and the room comfortable. Well worth the detour.

Very warm welcome, but two dogs were barking continuously in the next room. The hotel manager changed our room at our request. Too bad, it disrupted our stay a bit...

Very good experience, friendly welcome and very kind staff. The rooms are comfortable and have a small sunny terrace! The evening meal was good as was the breakfast: very varied with local products. We stopped there on the way back from our vacation and took advantage of the afternoon to discover the pretty city of Troyes. Highly recommended.

Stayed there and back. Very nice, comfortable room. Separate toilet and shower room. We had half-board, quality restaurant, very good breakfast. "Garage" in the basement. Good value for money.

De baas van het hotel was heel vriendelijk .we voelden er ons onmiddellijk thuis .

I frequently use this Logis on my return from motorbiking in France, the night before making the crossing back to the UK. It is a superb way to spend the last night of my holiday. I have a general point about not one of the many Logis I have stayed in provide any form of "grab rail" or handle within the shower area to help my less than nimble self . All hotels should provide this.

A very neat hotel, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and breakfast. Rooms at the back are better; at the front, you can clearly hear passing cars. For me, the beds were rather hard.

A real pleasure this stop on the road to our vacation.

Perfect stay! We arrived late due to a car breakdown. We were warmly welcomed. The room we were assigned was perfect for our needs! We are traveling with a small dog who was also very well received by all the staff! The establishment's breakfast and restaurant room was allowed, which allowed us to have lunch and dinner there without fear or stress! This is a significant aspect to highlight! All the staff, regardless of their role (chambermaid, waitresses in the restaurant, gardener, owner, etc.), are attentive and considerate. Since there was no taxi available within a reasonable time, the owner himself took me to the garage to pick up my car! The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the village center with all amenities, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, cafes, etc., 5; 10 minutes from the hotel and at the same time close to nature walks! The village of Chaource is cute to visit. We spent two very pleasant days. THANK YOU We'll come back!

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and a restaurant with lovely countryside views and an excellent outdoor terrace if the weather allows.

Always happy to return to Cadusia, good welcome and the evening meal is very good and very convenient for parking.

The staff is very professional. The room and bathroom are modern, and the air conditioning is a real plus. The buffet breakfast is varied and balanced. The 3-course dinner was delicious, with regional dishes and wines. Everything was perfect, except for the soundproofing of the room. We slept on the road side on a Saturday night. There was traffic, and the room's bay window, despite closing the shutters, was not impervious to outside noise. The Wi-Fi was average.

Warm welcome, friendly people, all our wishes could be fulfilled.

The hotel generally felt a little understaffed. No-one on the desk when we arrived and had to search for someone to check us in. We were left to find the room ourselves after finally getting the keys. Signs indicated that English was spoken but that wasn't the case with most of the staff. The restaurant was busy but understaffed and quality of food average at best.

Medium size hotel with modern rooms and ample parking space. Friendly and effcient staff. Magnificent breakfast and good restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxed stop-over. Wish that every 3-star hotel is like this one. Chaource is a smaller town with shops and restaurants and the hotel is sutuated on the outskirts, but still a short walk from the town centre.

Perfect stay! The hotel is a real haven of peace. The staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is very warm. The cuisine is excellent, with fresh products. We were very well advised by Frédéric especially for the champagne 🍾. The room is spacious and bright with a view of the greenery. Very quiet! I highly recommend this establishment.

We were welcomed like kings, impeccable room, very good restaurant.

We were disappointed on arrival to discover that the restaurant would be closed that evening. The hotel was effectively closed from 7pm - front door locked, lights out, no staff on duty.

Stayed for New Year. The special New Years meal was excellent with drinks and dancing included.

This is exactly what I expect from a small hotel restaurant off the beaten track, the welcome is charming, the rooms are clean, functional and pleasant, prefer the countryside side to enjoy a very relaxing bucolic picture, the restaurant is well designed like the whole hotel and we had a very good dinner for a very reasonable price. Bravo to the whole establishment, you honor your profession.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean modern and comfortable. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace overlooking the fields behind and the food was excellent.

On a stopover, this hotel has excellent rooms with very satisfactory services, a little noise for the rooms on the road side but nothing unpleasant. I am less of a fan of the "gourmet" restaurant which presented us with rather local services (terrine, grilled ham, ice cream sundae in a bowl) with an ultra too fast service (1 hour for amuse bouche, starter, main course and dessert), it was a little disappointing..On the other hand, nothing to say about the top breakfast!

Overall, very good with excellent and charming staff. The restaurant was good and a real bonus to a traveller. ( Increasingly few have one). The very poor WiFi is a real disadvantage.

The hotel was very welcoming and its position excellent, we are always happy to drive a few miles from the main autoroutes, and this was a delightful find. Especially on a Sunday its restaurant was open for the evening and we very much enjoyed good food and warm welcome. Our room was excellent and comfortable, with all we needed. A great find. Gave this full stars for all the questions, unusual, but it’s well deserved.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location. The reception was very friendly. The room was big enough and very clean. We enjoyed dinner on a cozy terrace with very attentive staff. The breakfast was very plentiful. What we particularly liked was the extremely cheerful lady in the breakfast room. That's the perfect way to start the day.
