Comfortable beds; quiet hotel; good restaurant with friendly service; breakfast is a bit limited if you arrive last and 15 minutes before closing time
Always perfect, the welcome is warm and professional. A very beautiful hotel, the restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the food is always excellent. The rooms have been renovated and are well laid out. A rare find, and I can't wait to return. Mr. Carlier
A human-sized lodge, the team is friendly, the meal excellent (one of the best in the region) and the breakfast very generous.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The welcome was pleasant, although the room was a bit small, the bathroom tiny with no shelves, and the toilet cramped, opening right up against the bed. A major plus was the hotel's quiet atmosphere and the warm welcome. We would recommend it.

The pros: the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast. The cons: noise from the floorboards between floors, sharp bathroom floorboards, avoid the restaurant appetizers if you have gout problems.
A lovely establishment on the banks of the Seine, with a friendly welcome despite arriving during the busy service in the kitchen. I highly recommend the restaurant if you're passing through La Bouille. Bravo, it's excellent.
The location is great. Room and breakfast were also good. The only downside was that the bed was a bit small for us (at home we are spoiled with a big bed)

The hotel is in a very attractive village and faces the river magnificent Seine. Arrival is a bit awkward as there was nowhere to park in front of the hotel to unload luggage (the parking opposite was full) and the hotel doesn't have a car park. I parked several hundred yards away, which was fine. The restaurant was very good, with an inclusive menu, an interesting wine list with reasonable prices and tasty food. I went down for breakfast at 8:45 but it had been cleared away. The bathroom was a bit cramped. It is a tall hotel, but has a lift. It would be a good place to stay for several days, as the small village has about 5 other restaurants!
Delightful and welcoming, with a superb restaurant
Nice clean and tidy hotel which provides good accommodation and a great restaurant. There are nice touches everywhere which proves that the owners care about providing a good stay to customers. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel. We have stayed a few times on our way south. It's definitely worth paying extra for the Seine view, it's spectacular. The hotel is full of character, especially the mosaic floors. Really nice staff. We haven’t eaten here (we have a dog, and they aren't allowed in the restaurant in the evening) but it looks good. Great breakfast. Lots of local produce. Our room was fabulous. It appears that the hotel is being refurbished and our room looked like it had been done recently. Huge shower, incredibly comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very well-located hotel with a magnificent view of the Seine. The room was a bit cramped, with no welcome tray but a small bottle of water. The bedding was too firm. Free and easy parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel is beautifully set on the banks of the Seine in a pretty Normandy village. The interior is very dated but some modernisation is being undertaken. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side. Breakfast is continental style and adequate.
We were able to take advantage of an offer and got value for money. There was also a safe place for our e-bikes. Everything to our liking in a very nice location.
Whilst the dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic, the hotel and breakfast were disappointing. Although the bed was very comfortable, the next size down would have been fine as the room and shower room were very small and needed upgrading - eg the toilet seat was not straight. Not all parts of the carpet had been cleaned. The lift is old and very 'clunky' but worked. We were last at breakfast but arrived an hour before the close, but, even so, some items were used up and not replaced. We did not consider this worth 14 euros.

The hotel is perfectly located. The view of the sea is pleasant. Our room could use a bit of a refresh, or even more. Otherwise, we had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. The restaurant is worth a visit, both for the quality of the dishes, their flavors, and the friendliness of the staff. Excellent restaurant!

We had a room where the floor wasn't level and the bed was obviously also tilted, which wasn't pleasant for sleeping. I think this hotel is in dire need of renovations. The elevator wasn't very reassuring and was sometimes out of order; I personally didn't use it.

A temperamental elevator, rooms for homeless people on the top floor, disabled or not. And if you're not happy, as management says, you can always look elsewhere.

A delightful location. Our bedroom overlooked the river and was high enough to avoid road noise. The food at dinner was imaginative and delicious, as was breakfast the next morning. Everything fresh and appetising. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to revisit.

Great view of the river. No bar. No coffee making in room. Noisy lift adjacent, but a comfortable room. Parking could be a problem on busier days. Efficient service in the restaurant and breakfast.

Too much noise at night waking us up, consider soundproofing the private accommodation as we understand that the occupants live there but we travel a lot and sleep is essential.
Very warm welcome, efficient and friendly staff, very good quality food whether for dinner or breakfast. On the other hand, choose rooms identified as "Comfort" rather than "Standard" if you want to benefit from quality amenities and a top-notch bathroom. But since the establishment, housed in a 19th-century house, regularly undertakes work to modernize the oldest of its rooms, these comfort gaps are gradually being resolved. I nevertheless recommend it for the location, the quality of the food and the kindness of the team.

A welcoming smile, a charming, quiet hotel with a view of the Seine. The restaurant is always so good.
Every time I flushed the toilet the water tank wouldn't fill and would spend 10+ hours filling up the tank. It was very loud and inconvenient, and also the doors didn't close properly or easily so I wasn't able to drown out the noise while I was sleeping. I also couldn't figure out how to get the water in the shower to work for the shower head instead of just the tub faucet, so I wasn't able to properly shower. Everything else was fine, I just wanted to communicate this so that the toilet and hopefully the doors can be fixed for the next person.
