Decent hotel, very small room, bathroom and toilet also the rooms are a little dated, deserves a new decor

We spent one night in this hotel where we were very well received. Attentive, welcoming and competent staff. We took a room with a view of the Seine. Small downside for the bathroom, certainly functional, but a little small. Good value for money.

Very nice home. Lovely hotel. Very pretty view from the room on the village side. Excellent restaurant. Perfect breakfast. Separate toilet and bathroom, it's very good. But the toilet opens directly at the foot of the bed and the bathroom in the small entrance hall to the room. The opposite would have been better. The hotel environment is very quiet but the interior is not at all soundproofed. It's a shame.

A simple hotel in a perfect location right on the Seine. Everything is a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The place is very pretty, great as a stopover on the way to Brittany, for example.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Restaurant was excellent . Staff were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more.
Downside is difficulty in parking.

A small hotel on the banks of the Seine in a superb little village. The catering is of excellent quality, absolutely worth trying if you are in the area :)

Perfect stay

Pleasant welcome and all the necessary information is written on a sheet given to each arrival. Elevator appreciated for the floors well done..

Its not a criticism of the hotel, but finding parking near the hotel was almost impossible. There is no parking available at the hotel and on-street parking was already (at 4.30pm) completely taken - its very difficult to recommend the hotel if one is disabled.

The rooms are a bit cramped, the dinner makes it worth visiting this hotel. An excellent, resourceful chef makes dinner an experience that is far above average.

Gelukkig een lift aanwezig, Hoewel een zeer oude. Bed was goed.

Een leuk kleinschalig hotel met een prima restaurant! Wij hebben zeer genoten van het diner en ontbijt. 's morgens werden we wakker met de geur van versgebakken brood. Een goed bed, schone kamer! Niets dan lof!

Very good evening stopover

Frank and professional welcome, beautiful dining room, very good catering with homemade food. The simple and basic decoration of the room is not of the standard of the establishment. Nothing serious, but we would like to find the style of the house and the dining room also in the bedroom. No WIFI problem in my room located on the 2nd floor. I recommend this establishment, the home spirit is very present. The friendly and efficient team.

Excellent I highly recommend this hotel

Very well located hotel on the banks of the Seine! We had a room overlooking the river, magnificent view! The dinner was tasty, careful cooking, good products. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and its delicious homemade or local products. The restaurant room is very pleasant. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, although the shower in the bathtub was a little difficult to access for people who are no longer 20 years old!!

The hotel is well located and clean, the rooms are very simple. The hotel stands out for the kindness of the welcome, the excellence of the products served at breakfast, and if you opt for the restaurant the great finesse of the cuisine served

The room is very shabby as is the bathroom. Nothing to do with the photos on the site. The bedding is also tired. The blackout curtains are shorter than the window or poorly positioned so the blackout is not correct. The free WIFI does not allow internet access so it is of no use. This is the first time I have found this type of WIFI in a hotel.

Excellent view and quaint room with very good soundproofing. However ,
every Logis we have stayed in has at least tea/coffee making facilities except for this one. Also, we were disappointed that the only WiFi available was in the reception area - surely this is a basic requirement today? On the plus side, the hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Love this hotel. Rooms at the front have the most amazing views overlooking the Seine. The building is beautiful, particularly the dining/breakfast room and the foyer. La Bouille is a gorgeous place, not well known to Brits. We will always stay here when in or passing through the area.

Clean rooms but very uncomfortable bedding. No soundproofing we could hear all the outside noises in the stairs and above, very noisy. Damage! Maybe the more expensive rooms are better but that was all we got.

Table as good as ever. The room needs to be refreshed. But the bedding being good, that's the main thing. Small minus for the bathroom. A little too cramped.

Very good address. Very pleasant view of the Seine. The room needs a little renovation (floor cracking a lot, worn carpet) and the equipment needs to be reviewed (toilet seat, wi-fi that will drive you crazy). Special mention for the quality of the restaurant and breakfast and the welcome of the room staff. For an evening stopover, it was perfect.

I had a renovated room: very pretty decoration. A small downside, you have to wait a long time for hot water. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Meal: not very original, but it was good. And what can we say about the site... on the banks of the Seine in this charming village of La Bouille.

The welcome is very warm, the restaurant room is magnificent in a modern Norman style. The service is perfect when it comes to dishes, we are dealing with a chef who "orchestrates" fresh dishes, with great inventiveness and excellence. The rooms have aged, regardless of whether they are being renovated. I'm just hoping for a bigger TV and that's the only slightly negative point! I can't wait to come back in April. Thanks to the whole team .

Good location. Fine for an overnight stay. UNfortunately the restaurant was fully booked (which we hadn't expected in late October) and there were few other places to eat that were open in La Bouille.

It's a very beautiful place

No parking available, had to walk 300m with a heavy suitcase. Kitchen already closed at 21.00. Had to find food in another place. Very old-fashioned room, not even a chair to sit on. No hot water, no electricity to charge phone, no WIFI. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Room 32 very limited in terms of cleanliness. Lots of dust, insects on the interior windows (spiders). In addition, it really needs a major refresh and better insulation.

I recommend, very friendly welcome in a pleasant setting. Clean room, perfect breakfast. We had a meal at the restaurant, it was of very good quality in a warm environment.

For a gormand hotel the evening meal was very disappointing - my husband had to send his meal back and my bavette was difficult to cut. We had to make up by having a good breakfast.

A well located hotel in a special location. Parking was easy, just by the hotel. Our room was fine, with a view of the village as requested but also a side window looking to the river. The highlight was the dining experience - the dinner was superb, the best meal of our 9 day holiday. The breakfast was also exceptionally good with lots of local produce. The village is a delightful location for an overnight stop, very peaceful and you can walk alongside the Seine.

It was atmospheric but full of faded glory. Had a bad night due to mosquitoes and shortness of breath. Bed was way too soft and not horizontal (my husband almost slipped out). Sympathetic staff. WiFi did not work in the entire hotel, we were not warned about this in advance,

The noise from the elevator is unacceptable. The moving elevator can already be heard in the room, but then the elevator comes to a stop with a loud bang.

Very good location; charming hotel, the rooms on the Seine side have a magnificent view. Very good dinner and breakfast with many homemade products and excellent pastries. The ground floor has been tastefully renovated; the rooms are simple but pleasant. The staff is friendly; a downside for the tall blonde lady - otherwise active and professional - who is moderately friendly and who took our stay without a smile or a word of attention, which is a shame for a 'Logis' establishment.

Nice welcome for this hotel. With a very pleasant view of the Seine. Quiet. Coming by motorcycle, I was able to park it out of sight in the back yard, closed. Thank you for this attention. I could not test the restaurant in the evening but the quality of the breakfast was exceptional.

Hotel very well located, on the banks of the Seine in the village next to the restaurants. Place in the street to park. Room located on the 4th and last floor with double views of the water and the bell tower + the roofs of the village. Very cute and very romantic for a couple night. Very calm, just the song of the swallows. Good value for money between the hotel night and breakfast. Very friendly staff. The only downside is the elevator which is not very reassuring (but very practical for luggage) and the rather small TV screen.

We felt very comfortable. Our dogs were also welcome. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. Everything was clean and the service was very friendly. The hotel is located on the river Seine. The view of the river from the restaurant and from our rooms was beautiful. La Bouille is also a lovely place. We had booked La Bellevue as a stopover and afterwards regretted not spending more time there. We will be very happy to return.

We were there for just one night on our way from the Netherlands to Bretagne, so I went for something inexpensive. The location was lovely, including a nice view from our room. Staff and breakfast also good!

I booked a two person room for me and my two (small) children and messaged if that would be okay. It was no problem at all and they set up a small bed for one of my kids as well.

The room is ok, but the bedding quite average. Perfect breakfast and very reasonable price.

The room is a little small, however, despite the window on the courtyard side, the view is very pleasant and pretty. The surprise was the evening meal, a very nice decoration. Great food, very well cooked and delicious. Everything is thought out. cutlery, plates, the. bread basket, napkin ring. The service is very good. Thank you.

A very impressive hotel in a picturesque Normandy village on the banks of the river Seine. The general feel of this hotel makes a welcome change from the glass and plastic environment in so much other hotel accommodation. The cranky lift and the creaking floors only add to the character of this charming hotel. The calm and tranquility of the impressive river flowing just outside the room window makes this a place from where you can really appreciate the majesty of nature.

The room was very small, but mostly cluttered with furniture.

Loved this hotel, loved the view, the location, the breakfast, wish we could have stayed longer! I've only knocked a couple of stars off because the decor wasn't 100% but it didn't matter, the room was so large and comfortable, we were delighted.

Room and bathroom far too small and lacking maintenance

The breakfast is varied and of high quality, raw milk cheeses and homemade products such as compote and yogurts. The hotelier having no competition, the effort could not be made... Good reception and commercial people. Tastefully decorated.

Hello, I found the catering part to be of excellent quality. Whether it's the restaurant with delicious dishes that have been unanimously appreciated or the breakfast with local and homemade products; The value for money is excellent, I still remember the octopus and apple juice from breakfast. It is unfortunate that this is marred by poor quality bedding, pillows and mattresses. And here again, this finding was unanimous in our group.

On a business trip, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Simple room (with carpet) and cool (it's the season). Dinner and breakfast really very good and good. Homemade yogurt. Do not hesitate to stop there.

Love this hotel. Comfortable and convenient. Parking outside the hotel can be a little tricky as its a popular tourist spot but early evening parking is a lot easier. The food at the restaurant was delicious!

Fantastic location on the river and in a beautiful village. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The evening meal we had was excellent with regards to food, service and ambience. The breakfast was also very lovely. The room was looking a little tired in terms on decoration but was clean and comfortable and still charming.

Been there a number of times, and this hotel is getting better every year with some renovations done recently. Breakfast is excellent and staff very pleasant. I highly recommend this charming and reasonably priced hotel in this equally charming village!

The major issue we had was Car Parking, i was aware there was none available direct at the Hotel but did not expect to drive around for an hour in order to find a parking bay. This was probably due to our late arrival and it being a Friday night when locals were out for the start of the weekend, after a 13Hr drive when all we wanted to do was settle down and grab a meal it made the evening very tiring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was quite tiny and smelt of damp, possibly from the shower water leaking onto the bedroom carpet. I would not stay again but only because of the extra time it took to settle in and the room size. Again, its no reflection on the staff and their hospitality.

A real find! The rooms are not special, but have excellent views, over the river or the town. The restaurant menu is limited (3 main), but the quality is very high, especially the sauces served with the different dishes - we tried two different ones. We shall go again!
