Cadre sympathique pour cet hotel, chambre correct. Le plus surprenant est la soirée étape, proposition que d'une entrée, un plat et un dessert unique, donc si c'est viande mais que vous n'aimez pas et bien tant pis ! pour une cuisine réchauffée au micro ondes !! En conclusion la soirée étape à 120€ est hors de prix, je connais d'autres Logis qui font nettement mieux et moins cher…

A very warm welcome at the Villa des Bordes. The former mansion has a lot of charm, as does the village and its basilica, the cuisine as well as the Orléans wines that accompany it. A lovely, cozy buffet for breakfast.

Very pleasant welcome upon my arrival even at a late hour. A very good mark to give to the chef who knows how to express the magnificence of the local products from the banks of the Loire, all beautifully assembled and intensely good. Allergic to cucumber, the chef was able to improvise a starter that was not on the menu. Thank you to the team for the welcome, the dedication and the sense of service. Very respectfully.

Pleasant stopover, very quiet environment and close to major traffic routes. Narrow entrance to the parking lot, just specify.

Very nice establishment for a business stopover. A warm welcome in a magnificent setting. The small room without air conditioning is adequate for an evening. The extreme temperatures of the moment accentuate the narrowness of the room. But a simple and soothing dinner on the terrace makes you forget the rest. The excellent Canal Plus TV service is a treat. A very decent work stopover. Prices a little expensive compared to usual

Lovely new owners. Food was superb, room was very clean and recently decorated but the ensuite and hotel generally could do with a refurbishment as it's looking a bit tired.

Charming hotel, quiet, at the gateway to Sologne. Welcoming and attentive staff. Good product. The price is high like everywhere now.

A place to discover, whether for a short stay or several days. The hotel is located in a very calm and wooded environment, the house is magnificent, we feel that a family has lived several generations there. The owners are very pleasant and the cuisine excellent. We will come back!

Very friendly and lovely food

Lovely hotel but the outstanding attribute is the restaurant which I can't believe has not made it to the Logis " table distinguee". Very sadly the current proprietors have now sold so my review may be a bit irrelevant. Very many thanks to Charline/ & Jean-Pierre Mitaine for their wonderful work.

The check in was from 16.30, we arrived earlier. There was no one to welcome us at that point and we couldn’t get hold of anyone. We went into the town and came back at 16.30. Everyone wasbeurt welcoming then! So that was nice.
The hotel doesn’t have airco….it was 36 degrees that day. We’d had a long journey. Airco would have been nice

A typical old French villa in a beautiful cointry setting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the addition of a kettle was very welcome. The food is high quality, with three choices for each course.

Stopover on a Sunday evening crossing France from East to West. Very beautiful setting, full of charm, calm and relaxing. Friendly and attentive welcome. we recommend this establishment.

The hotel is located in an old villa with a beautiful well-maintained garden. There is a spacious terrace in the garden where we enjoyed a truly excellent 3-course menu in the evening at a very good price. The room was neat and clean, but very small and the price of € 110 per night is not in proportion to what was offered. The bathroom was also clean, but that's the only good thing that can be said about it. To use the shower, you must first step into a bath, the bottom of which becomes mirror-smooth after the first use of water. So it is dangerous when getting out, also because there is nothing to hold on to. The hand shower only gave one wide jet and therefore cannot really be called a shower.

Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire de l'établissement. Le logis est plein de charme, décoré avec goût. Nous avons dîné sur place, service tout en sourire et plats délicieux. Le petit déjeuner offre tout ce que l'on pourrait désirer, en salé et sucré. Nous recommandons ce logis.

Beautiful establishment in a pretty green setting

A very beautiful setting, a pretty, well-appointed building, pleasant and well-insulated rooms. We also enjoyed the restaurant in a charming setting, in the summer the terrace must be magnificent.

I forgot to ask for the Wifi code to work and couldn't find it in the room (in the hotel booklet). If it could be indicated, that would be perfect! This is the one and only remark that I can make, everything else was perfect, and I will come back to it with great pleasure

Only one thing not happy about was the double charge for the one glass of wine my wife had. She was offered a top up but said no. I’ve only just noticed. However this is a fine place to stay and very comfortable and enjoyable with the added attraction of good food and hospitality.
