Malheureusement, comme beaucoup de restaurants en cette période difficile, il manque des serveurs au restaurants, mais les responsables acceptent d'avoir salle comble : du coup, beaucoup d'attente avant de pouvoir se mettre à table, pareil pour la prise de commande, et le délai entre les plats.
Il y a en plus les oublis de ce que vous avez commandé : vous avez demandé un apéro? on vous amène l'entrée avant ; un quart de vin pour accompagner le repas? renvoyé aux calendes grecs.
C'est dommage pour cet hôtel restaurant qui avait un haut niveau de service de ce côté là : j'y viens régulièrement depuis des années, je laisse filer pour cette année compliquée pour tout le monde, mais attention, la mauvaise publicité se propage bien plus vite que les louanges....

Hotel bien placé pour un Rv matinal à Grenoble. Mes réserves concernent le bruit occasionné en ce moment par les travaux sur l'autoroute (rocade?) Qui ont duré tard dans la nuit, et que j'entendais pas mal dans ma chambre. Sinon resto très bien et accueil-propreté et confort parfaits.

Aucun souci en ce qui concerne l'accueil et la chambre.
Par contre le plateau repas était vraiment léger : diner servi dans des barquettes en polystyrène , brownie emballé dans du celofrais sans même une petite assiette....

Et le petit-déjeuner il n'y a pas grand chose a manger.
Et le repas du soir n'est pas tres copieux.

dans le contexte actuel, j'ai ete surpris que la chambre ai ete refaite alors que je sejournai trois jour, dans d'autres etablissements les regles etaient differentes!, la telecommande de la tele entre autre n'etait pas enveloppée pour garantir la contamination
sinon rien a redire, le restaurant est tres soigné et excellent.

Dommage C'est la première fois que je suis déçu dans un hôtel logis ... le personnel s'occupe en priorité, et est beaucoup plus attentionné pour les clients qui ont l'air plus prestigieux que l'ouvrier que je suis la semaine prochaine j'irais passez les 4 nuits ailleurs ...
