Our disappointment concerns the food offered in the restaurant. This was very poor in relation to the prices.
Hotel nothing more, the rooms are a bit dated, the water in the pool was green and cloudy. The restaurant is a big joke, dishes in jars, expensive and with small quantities, in addition they are certainly industrial dishes (labels left on the dessert jar...)
Accessible for transit. Rooms are reasonable but restaurant was downright bad. Everything came from jars and was clearly not prepared in the restaurant but clearly came from outside. Probably caterer or wholesaler. For example with beef stew only half a cherry tomato and a sprig of chives was the total of side dishes. With starter a leaf of lettuce without dressing and the other half of the cherry tomato and with dessert a LU biscuit. Definitely not! Logis de France worthy.
Problem with the quality of the restaurant, it is advertised as a starred restaurant that only serves jars reheated in the oven, meal menus according to the customers, distinction made we do not know why, the meal QR codes make you dream, this is no longer the case in front of your jar. Bad faith in announcing that it has only been a week to minimize the problem, hotel taken over for a longer time when we are looking. DECEIVING THE CUSTOMER TO ATTRACT THEM WILL NOT GIVE YOU GOOD ADVERTISING. BE HONEST IT IS BETTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. A little bleach in the showers would be a plus for the customer.
there is no longer a chef for a while, it is a system of jars (cooked dish in a jar) which is set up, for the stopover evenings the choice is not varied there are only 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts which do not change from one day to the next and from one week to the next, always eating the same thing every evening of the week is not great, I am regularly on business trips in this hotel which I appreciated for its varied cuisine, its comfort, unfortunately I still had 2 weeks of travel left, I think I will choose another hotel, too bad because I really appreciated this hotel

Having spent 6 days in this establishment, I can only recommend it. The welcome is top notch, the team attentive, responsive, helpful, incomparably polite (day and night service). the room clean, quite spacious. In the evening at the restaurant a wide choice of menu as part of the evening stops also for breakfast. Really a very good establishment

Very disappointed. Room was dirty and in a poor sate of repair. Curtains filthy. No bar to get a drink, the swimming pool was dirty as was all the outdoor furniture.

We arrived tired and hungry after a long day . We ordered a pot of tea poolside, and we eventually found someone to unlock doors for access after inadvertently
going through a private party in an

days, bits of soggy tomatoes,egg
and olives etc . We ate the fish but avoided the soggy vegetables etc that surrounded it, the clafouti for desert was a poor offering, probably from a
supermarket! The waitress serving us was
even embarrassed with the offering.
We complained. Chef very ill, very very unwell!!, new chef finding his way etc etc.. ,offered reduction of one dinner price, on reflection should have refused payment and should have taken photos of food.

Very satisfied with the accommodation and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A little disappointed with the restaurant as several items on the menu of the day were unavailable. As the hotel staff determine the menu of the day, it seems rather strange that the items shown were not available - especially early on a Friday evening when you would assume that there would be food available to cover the weekend.

Convenient mid-journey hotel between the Les Deux Alpes ski resort and Calais for return to England. The main aim was to avoid early Saturday peak period travel from the resort.

No one at reception when we arrived. We had to call into the kitchens. No heating in the room on arrival. Impossible to adjust it from the room. We had to go to reception three times to get proper heating. Small shower and dirty grout. No hairdryer in the room as advertised. You have to go to reception to get the hair dryer. Room to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. We were called from reception at 10:45 a.m. to ask us not to forget to leave on time.

Very pleasant stay, you just need to make an effort on the pastries at breakfast: very small, sometimes completely dried out, although there was a time when we had real pastries: a (real) croissant and a (real ) pain au chocolat were enough for my happiness, a far cry from these stunted things that are offered to us.

Dining out could be reconsidered...it wasn't very tasty. I believe that cats have no place in the hotel corridors or on the reception desk (guests with allergies). I had originally booked 3 weeks but canceled the last week for another hotel in the same group

Great place for a stopover. Good value for money. Very good evening meal and breakfast was fine. Our room tho had only been set up for single occupancy- only 1 set of towels and I glass. No soap in the shower. However the receptionist was quick to respond to our requests for additional towels etc.
A step that would have been almost perfect if I had had a room with a double bed and not a twin. Having booked 5 days before my arrival, it would have been more correct to contact me to let me know so that I could accept or not. Being faced with a fait accompli is not very pleasant.
They called me in the morning after I left the hotel, informing me that I had not paid the tourist tax. For information, you are the one who issues the invoice. Check before calling because the tourist tax was paid. Seen as never pleasant to be told that I haven't paid. Too bad because everything else was good.

Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de bouilloire, à part du gel douche : rien à la salle de bain, des serviettes de toilettes que pour une personne, pas de système d’aération dans la salle de bain, porte de douche capricieuse, déco désuète, extrêmement bruyant: pour ce prix là et les 3 étoiles je m’attendais à mieux. Mais au moins personnels de l’accueil parfait!

Reception and book in excellent. The two people were polite and helpful. The young woman was learning English and was being coached by the young man. Nice to see you are bringing on young talent. They are a credit to you. The room was comfy and clean ,there was plenty of parking and the service was very good.Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting.Didn't have meals so cannot comment. Would certainly stay again.

Room very little, matrasses old and hard to use. The bathroom smelled very bad. The AC caused breathing problems for me at night, maybe not clean enough. The Restaurant was ok, but nothing we visit twice. The beer prices are way to high. The swimming pool water was milky which is normally caused by bad water treatment. But the most disappointing part was the the women at the reception which was in no way willing to help us at a booking problem, when I asked twice for the manganger she declined getting him as "he only speaks french". This was the most disappointing stay I have had for years.

Correct hotel with a friendly welcome, comfortable and well-maintained room, very clean, the cleaning ladies are efficient. A large 160 bed with bedding a bit too soft for my back but appreciated by my husband! On the ground floor, we could park the motorcycles in front of the windows, impeccable for us, with adjoining rooms with our friends as requested. Clean and classic bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet in the same room) the downside: very poor ventilation, the towels struggle to dry... Otherwise, efficient air conditioning in the room for very hot days. Good breakfast but very classic and cold breakfast room with advanced air conditioning while the week was "not so hot" ... possibility of eating on the terrace, it was more pleasant. And swimming pool area (and to have a drink) nice. On the restaurant side, things go wrong: On the positive side: Pleasant, helpful and friendly servers, some dishes are good (good fish / good ravioli) on the other hand, on the negative side: very little choice. We stayed 1 week and the menu is always the same with 3 possibilities, it's meager. Obviously they suffer from lack of staff and lack of a cook. And the very uneven quantity: a starter with ravioli can be very well served, and 1 other starter (same price) with 1 microscopic slice of pizza borders on ridiculous... I have a sense of humor, we didn't complain , but still the price / quality ratio is not there.

Unfortunately we didn't arrive until 2100. The owner was very accommodating and helped us get a seat on the terrace to eat. Although the kitchen was almost closed, we were served an excellent dinner. We also enjoyed a good bottle of French wine from the chef's well stocked wine cellar.

For a first stay, this hotel was a great surprise. Excellent value for money, caring staff, very good quality restaurant, very pleasant and very clean room with air conditioning. If I had to put a damper it would be on the quality of the Wifi which is a bit weak and caused me some problems during meetings on Teams. I recommend +++

Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles pour la qualité de l'hébergement car, dans mon cas (chambre 20), il y a une porte de séparation avec la chambre attenante, porte très mal isolée, qui laissait donc entendre mon voisin, comme s'il était dans ma chambre. Il y a un effort à faire sur ce point. Sinon, tout était très bien. J'ai apprécié la serviette de table en tissus. C'est si rare ! En revanche, 20 € pour un pichet 0,5 l de vin St Joseph qui n'avait rien d'exceptionnel, c'est le prix d'une bouteille....

Nice, well located and clean. I arrived on a Sunday evening around 8 p.m. (meal time) and the formalities were a bit long because only 1 person for reception and catering. This person is pleasant, but not well organized, which makes him waste a lot of time and thus requires a long time to be served, whether for the key to the room or for the meal itself: I waited for 12 minutes to find out which table to put me at, she passed by my side 3 times (I'm coming) and I ended up going to sit alone at a table that I chose because I'll still be there. .. It's a shame because the rest is really good. Do not hesitate to stop at this hotel!! Shower in the bathroom really small, although clean.

Coming to this hotel almost every 3 to 4 me, I note with annoyance that the pastries for breakfast are getting smaller and smaller, the size of a simple bite now, soon simple crumbs? it becomes ridiculous.... Where have the real pains au chocolat and croissants gone, still there are few good sizes...? Otherwise for everything else, nothing to say, it's perfect.

For a first stay in your establishment , I get a positive summary .
The hotel is very good, good reception, however the shower tray is ultra slippery. (Only black point) no canal either for a 3 star. The restaurant is very disappointing. ultra salty dishes accompanied with bland vegetables. Too much fuss from the servers (who are still very friendly). The restoration is really the black point of this establishment.
